I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.

Bonitz "We do it right". Our experience with Bonitz has been absolutely horrifying. There was a…read moresubstantial amount of damage done by the install team, every freshly painted door frame is scratched, the new solid wood cabinet doors are scratched. Carpet in the waiting room was installed in the wrong direction (side to side versus length wise) than was discussed with Geoffrey Horn, the estimate coordinator. The hallway carpet pattern is laid in the opposite direction of the rest of the carpet, the patter is unidirectional and the hallway carpet is "backwards" compared to the rest of the carpet. Seams are VISIBLY jagged and uneven. The work performed was not simply careless, it was done without regard or respect. The kind of damage done by Bonitz is indicative of a total lack of regard and respect for my office space, the work done by the contractor, the thoughtfulness, attention to detail, time and money that I put into making this an extraordinary space for my clients. It is one thing to accidentally cause damage, it's one thing to lack the skill to perform a proper installation, it's one thing to make a mistake and take responsibility for the error with a commitment to making it right. This was not the case with Bonitz. These folks came in and just threw carpet on the floor and left. I am clear that the installer DID NOT CARE about the job he was doing. To create the kind of damage that was done and to perform such an awful job is indicative of someone who "just doesn't give a shit". Oh, did I mention that they charged me a LOT of money for the project? Almost $3,700 for 900sq.ft of carpet installed with carpet base. The price was so much that we spoke with the carpet manufacturer because we were concerned about pricing. We were told that the price was high, but that Bonitz was a great company. I liked the carpet and was willing to pay more because I wanted it. What I was COMPLETELY unprepared for was the absolutely awful job performed by Bonitz. I would expect this level of work from a group of high school students doing a carpet install project, not a profession carpet company. I have an email out to Charles Tirpak, Project Manager, and am waiting for a response. I will update this review once I've heard back and have their resolution proposal. At this point, I would recommend that you go ANYWHERE else for your flooring needs.
