However I noticed that despite their ADA compliance, it's still a little tricky for people who might have mobility issues to navigate. It gets slippery esp with all the water dripping from people as they transition spaces. Overall I did enjoy my time and found 90 mins was the perfect amount of time. Long enough to feel luxurious but short enough my fingers didn't get pruney. The staff is really super helpful and thoughtful. I appreciate the auto 20% tip as it makes things more straightforward. Even when there was a lot of people in the small sanctuary spaces (10-20 clients), it still felt super peaceful bc everyone is respectful and quiet. People also come in waves, so at times it felt very full and at other times I had a pool all to myself. The price point makes complete sense given all they offer, but I'm a little too constrained financially to do this more than just a few times in my life.

If we had that room the whole time, they should've given us the snack at the beginning so we had the whole time to eat it.. we each had at least two services. I had the massage and it was very average. The lady didn't know where my trigger points were at all and was just massaging with no regard for my personal trigger points. Then when I laid face up, she put a wet warm towel on my face and by the end of it, it was cold and felt like gross wet towel on my face. Also that evening, I had red bumps all over my face. And she completely fucked up my neck. She had no idea where trigger points in my neck were either and was just pushing way too hard on all the wrong spots. It was not great. The sauna can fit two people and you could get on YouTube and play whatever music you like. Which was nice. But I don't see the benefit in the sauna at all. Very odd. The therapist really worked out the tension in my back -- it hurt in the best way possible. While he didn't stay fully consistent with my problem areas or work much on the front side, the foot massage and stretching were both very good. My third visit, however, was amazing. Leo did everything right. He followed my booking requests perfectly and is honestly the reason I'm giving this place 5 stars. My only regret is splitting his tip between cash and card because he absolutely deserved it. Overall, this place has a very welcoming atmosphere. I love the setup and how genuine it feels compared to some of the more "manufactured" spa experiences I've had around the city. At this point, Reflexology Plus has become my go-to spot.

While it is not cheap, it's worth it. You get ushered back to the bathroom to change. You have your own locker that you can put all your stuff in and lock, so very secure. Very nice bathrobe and sandals to put on and then you go into a waiting room. Very calm and serene. A couple of different flavored waters to choose from and snacks if you're so inclined. Waited in there about 10 mins (you can bring your phone but come on people - you're here to relax. Put the flipping thing in the locker. You can disconnect for an hour). My masseuse came and collected me and ushered me to a nice quiet room. She listened to what I wanted her to do and left me to get under the sheets. The room was nice and warm and I was never cold. The massage was WONDERFUL. I needed a deep tissue and she delivered. Within 2 days my shoulder and neck were worlds better. After the massage they take you back to the bathroom. I super appreciate that there is a shower. The only downside of massage is having that oil all over you and getting dressed again. Loved the shower - very clean and great towels. Inness bruised my lip badly, which has never happened to me with a lip flip before.
