Jo Ann is awful. No social skills whatsoever. No smile when meeting me for the first time, no eye contact while I was explaining where my pain was, brusque, and abrasive. When I asked her to turn the bright overhead lights off and just have lamplight, she dimmed them and said "this is as dim as they go" but as soon as she left the room I realized it was in fact possible to turn them off like I asked, so I did. Who gives a massage in a bright ass room?! No background music. I laid down and she acted like she had never given a massage before. Immediately goes in aggressively and just kept right on going even when I said "ohh!!" This is NOT how massages are done. They always start slow and feel what's going on with your muscles and work their way into deep pressure. She was moving her hands so fast and she dove right in like she was scrubbing barnacles off a whale. Then she asked what my job was, and there are very specific reasons why I do not like talking about what I do, and I deflected VERY politely in the most non confrontational way possible and let her know I prefer to just relax during my treatment and I'm not very chatty. She barked "I NEED to know for your muscles. Because you are very tight. Are you lifting, pushing??" (No shit Sherlock, I know my muscles are tight, that's why I'm here.) I said "No, it's nothing physical like that." I guess she couldn't hear me and she loudly said "EXCUSE ME?" which was super abrasive. I told her I wanted to cancel and just leave because I was so uncomfortable. I had already told her that my last massage was two months ago, but she asked "Have you ever had a massage before??" Implying that it was me that didn't understand the process. I said "Oh yes. HUNDREDS." On her way out the door she flipped on the lights full blast, and that pettiness was not lost on me. The front desk lady came to the door to ask me what happened and as I was explaining, Jo Ann pops her head around the corner and starts defending herself! I had to tell her that I did not want to talk to her anymore and she reluctantly went down the hall. On top of this, the place is janky. It does NOT feel like any spa or massage studio I've ever been to. Cheap. They had space heaters everywhere and said the heat was broken and had been for a while. Said they were waiting to "get enough money to fix it." Uhhhh okayyy. What an absolute shitshow. Jo Ann is a rude bitch with zero understanding of standard practices within the field of massage therapy. They did refund my money which was the only good part. read more

My husband and I purchased the couples float and this was our first float experience. The check-in employee was friendly who gave the tour and explained the process. However the experience fell short of expectations. The float room is across the hall from the dressing room. There is no robe provided so we just used our towels which were meant for after the float (only provided 2). Seems strange the lack of privacy and no robe to go to/from the float room. Also I did not bring sandals which would have been smart to bring as otherwise you are barefoot and wet walking across the hall to dress again after. I did not notice any sanitary issues in the float room, but the dressing room and bathroom did not have clean floors... I could tell they had not been mopped and there was long dark hairs on the floor. We were the first appointment of the morning so there really is no excuse for that. Made me wonder what else had not been cleaned. As for the float itself, we were told which buttons controlled the lights on the inside and the panic button before the employee went back to the front. It wasn't until we were inside the float that we realized the music stopped and had no way to contact the employee to ask that the music be kept on (once again, you have no robe so to walk back to the front to ask we would have been barefoot in a towel...). I ended up getting my phone to play soothing sounds because neither of us were enjoying the dark float room with no music. That's just our preference, but it seems strange thinking back that this was not explained to us if that was an option to keep soft music playing? The lights on the inside only have 2 settings... fully on and sort of dim (but still bright in our opinion) so we opted for dark. Would be much better to have the lights on a dimmer to have the option of very minimal light. Overall would not be back or recommend for the $120 we spent. read more

I really really enjoyed my time here yesterday! I've always wanted to try one of these float places and finally had the opportunity. I was worried that I would feel claustrophobic but I totally didn't (and neither will you). The rooms are clean and well-appointed and it was a rare thing for me to be able to quiet my mind for an hour. I felt very calm when I left and carried that feeling through the day, also slept great. We were the last session of the day & had never been to a sensory deprivation tank before, purchased one off Groupon & gave it a go! The gentleman showed us around & briefed us to shower before & after. Having never done one before we weren't exactly sure what to expect. The water & music was relaxing! Because the gentleman was beyond helpful & courteous we tipped him as we will definitely be going back & telling all of our friends & family!! Thank you soooo much! read more

My wife and I did the salt float and loved it! It was relaxing and just an amazing experience. The rooms are super clean and have all the amenities. My wife loved the warm towel at the end. It just shows the attention to detail that they have. I loved that my sore muscles from the gym felt so much better the day after. We both slept great that night too. Their TWO projectors to project a beach scene for " each therapy" were broken. So sitting on a plastic lawn chair in a hollow room with no "beach" isn't exactly therapy. The salt float is slimy and not efficient. Timer can't be edited, lights turn off after 15 min and you have to turn them back on every 15 min yourself. Just not a well thought out "spa." read more

This place was awesome!! My sister and I visited this place for her birthday and did the salt flotation. We arrived a few mins early and I believe we were greeted by the owner that allowed us to wait in their salt room until the flotation room was ready. The salt room was set up with beach chairs/blankets and the floor was designed to look like you were at the beach. The wall had a big screen that showed a beach relaxation video. My sister and I are from a country that has some of the most beautiful beaches..... so we grew up going to the beach ..... but when we saw this room we thought this room was super cute and we really liked it.... once our room was ready we were given instructions. We were given earbuds to have and shower caps to use if we wanted... once we were done we could use the shower that came with shampoo/conditioner/ and body wash..... also we could use warm towels and the hair dryer if we liked as well. The flotation session was 60mins and was awesome. We were able to lock the main door and close the flotation door. The flotation room ceiling gave the illusion of stars in the sky. Music was played for roughly 15mins and the lights and music were turned off so you could enjoy the space and relax. All the facilities were clean and we really enjoyed the experience read more
