The young man placed me on hold to see if they were in stock, he came back and said they are in stock and he has them at the register. I gave the young man my husband's name. My husband arrived home with the ultra bag with the two items I needed. I asked my husband did you go to the register ? NO you made it so easy for me to get what you needed by the pictures. I purchased the items before you called them. I called Ultra to let them know they can put the two items back for someone else. Jasmine answered the phone in the sweetest voice. I said hi, and I explained that my husband picked up a lip liner pencil in "cork"and a silky matte creamy lipstick in " Twig Twist #690 " and that I have the two exact products on hold at the register and I gave her my husbands name. Jasmine said " Oh Thank You for calling and letting us know." " We truly appreciate you letting us know." I said no " Thank you!" This is WHY I love Ultra and the employees here are all amazing.!!! Customer service is amazing, the employees and the manager are number 1 in my book. !!!! Large fully stocked store, assistants to help, polite, clean, very well organized, and maintained. I couldn't hear what was being said but this push did not look playful it was aggressive! I could not believe what I saw, she just pushed her right in the chest! It took me a couple days to actually decide to write this review I normally stay silent about these type of things but I decided I should write this. If that were me or my daughter I would want someone to say something and stand up for what's right. Nobody should be putting hands on anyone for any reason and for that to happen to this girl at her place of work is not okay. Your managers should have more class and better training . I hope you guys check on that poor girl and make sure nothing like this ever happens again to her or any of your other workers! I don't think I can ever step foot in this ulta again! When I finally asked the front desk what was going on, they told me to wait another 5-10 minutes even though they close at 5 PM. I said I wanted to cancel, and the staff member didn't even apologize for the delay or the wasted time. I wasted an entire hour between driving there, sitting in their waiting room, and driving back home. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they manage appointments and treat first-time clients, I would never trust them with a laser.

VERA has a boutique feel, the wait was almost non-existent, and I didn't feel rushed. Tests were ordered, prescriptions were sent, and I was given really good information. Making an appointment was also super simple. Such a difference from my old office (they were big with many locations) who rarely answered the phones, hardly ever returned calls, had a crammed waiting room, ran behind with appointments (overbooking, probably), and rushed you out of there. Something didn't feel quite right so I declined his recommendation and after reading reviews I changed my dentist to Dr. Hung's office. Only two visits later and my filling has been replaced. (Something the previous dentist told me was impossible to do.) And since I went with composite fillings I only paid $50 out of pocket for that one tooth. Now I see why all the great reviews.
