054/2026/MAR I have been coming to this location several times and they were pleasant visits as far as I remember! Somehow this afternoon of 3/19/2026 was My worst experience !!! The cashier was helping a customer with a lengthy transaction so I waited patiently.. I noticed a seated staff on the floor stocking a shelf behind the cashier counter ! I was about to ask for assistance when the cashier gave her instructions to help a customer who was also standing at the side of the counter !! Ok so I just stood and pacing to be noticed that I needed help one way or the other!! Other customers came in and were greeted welcome by the cashier even when she was still doing the transaction!! At this point after in line for 15 minutes waiting for the transaction before me finished there were already 2 customers behind me! When my turn came I inquired on which cream hair dye would she recommend.. I was rudely pointed to the shelf display that was against the wall and this old lady called out the next customer !! I wasn't sure which brand was best so I just left the store dissatisfied with the service . I don't think I will be back in the near future at this location !! read more

I normally only go to Sallys, when they have sales. They were having a buy 2, get 1 free on some products. The Creme of Nature products were part of that, and I got a big, beauty salon size shampoo and it was the last one. That's exactly what I went there for, and I'm glad I was able to get one. I love the shop 10 out of 10. Great service great people love it. Everybody's so kind products and everything very organized.

Workers are very friendly and actually help you find whatever it is that you're looking for. The isles are a little bit thin since I'm in a wheelchair but other than that the store and all the other Sally's stores have great customer service. read more

Worker immediately came to me to ask what i needed and picked random products off the shelf and went to the register to check me out without letting me browse the store for myself, then kept trying to sell additional products. very pushy. felt as though they assume people come into the store to steal. read more

I usually go to the San bernardino Sally's on 2nd...but I was close to this one today. The girls arent that helpful at this one, unless I came in on a bad day, but it shouldn't. They should always be asking If u need help. This store is layed out a lil diff and I couldnt find my dye. Not one person asked if I needed help finding something and there were 4 of them roaming around and I know my butt looked lost. Please get in the habit of asking ur customers if they need help in the beginning not in the end. read more

I drove an extra 35 minutes out of my way because this store said that it opens at 9 AM whereas all of the other stores opened much later. I wait until 9:05 comes and I go to open the door and it's still locked. There is woman is at the cash register, who decided to ignore me. So I knock on the window and I said "will you be opening soon?" and she rudely points to the sign in the window which says the store opens at 10. Seriously....What kind of customer service is that? Online it says your store is open, yelp says your store is open. Please consider updating your information so you don't inconvenience people. read more

The workers here have bad customer service. I came in looking for two things. They said they didn't have them, however they didn't even try to help me find something in place of what I was loooking for. They're very much the "I don't care get out of my face" type of workers. I ended up finding one of the tings that they said they didn't have! Just lazy and careless. One girl was nice. She's the one who tried to help me, but she may have been new because she would have to ask the others for assistance, and that's where I sensed the attitudes. If they were friendlier and more helpful like the Rancho location, I would give them more stars. Isn't it their job to help you find something that you need? And if they don't have it, they should focus on what you can buy in place of it... That's what good sales people do. Hair products have brands that we're loyal to, yes, but please introduce me to something new! It's not hard. Educate me on what you have that I could use! read more

I get that there's a pandemic and there's essential workers who wish to be home including myself! But unfortunately, we can't. When I placed my order for curbside pickup, it went smoothly and I was looking forward to getting my order! But once I arrived I waited for at least 15 mins in the heat meanwhile the employees working there were walking around in the front of the store making conversation between themselves, even AFTER they've acknowledged that I was waiting outside. I even knocked twice, softly, in hopes to get their attention but they took a look at me and ignored me. I got very annoyed and agitated so it took me to wave my ID aggressively and knock pretty solid on the door to get them to come to me finally. To the women that "attended" me, I, A FEMALE, work at a AUTOMOTIVE retail store where I STILL deal with customers one on one, y'all are working by yourselves simply confirming CURBSIDE PICKUPS. I can assure yall that your little cosmetic job is NOT hard to do. Just quit or file for unemployment! It may not have been me because just a tad considerate but y'all are gonna humble down with the next customer that swings that door open looking for a fight. Please don't be rude or act entitled during a time like this, none of us are special for working through the pandemic! Thanks! read more
