I went in looking for foil gel because the one I previously purchased from Nail Bling never seemed to work properly. I simply wanted some help--whether that was product recommendations, troubleshooting, or basic instructions on how to properly use it. Unfortunately, the young lady at the front couldn't explain how to use the foil gel, couldn't tell me if I might be using it wrong, and offered no real guidance at all. When I politely asked if the employee in the back might be able to help, since she may have more experience, I was told, "Sorry, she's on the phone," instead of anyone actually making an effort to assist me. As a long-time customer, this was incredibly disappointing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just customer service and product knowledge from a store I've supported for years. Instead, I felt dismissed and unimportant. After reading recent reviews, I can now see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Nail Bling's customer service has clearly gone downhill. It's frustrating to see such a decline from a business I used to trust. If customer service and knowledgeable assistance matter to you, this may not be the place it once was.
