I placed an order, which was delivered on January 4--the day we celebrated Christmas since everyone was sick on the actual holiday. With all the chaos, the box ended up getting thrown away. Unsure of how much product was left, I decided to stop by the store while I was in town for a meeting. Luckily, the promotion was still running! I get that customers can be super rude sometimes but I can't believe how rude the workers are in here. They were super condescending to me and other customers. I saw that they were rude to the people ahead of me so I decided to be over the top nice in hopes that they'd at least be nice to me or maybe they were just having a bad day. But nope. Super rude and condescending. You can literally feel the tension when you walk in, it's been that way the past few times I've gone in. It was really disappointing, I walked out wanting to cry. Like I said I totally get having off days or dealing with entitled people but this wasn't the first time I've seen the workers be rude like this. Great customer service. Best Sally's I've been to. The store is clean and well maintained. They are always willing to check their stock on any items not on the shelves, or find out when shipments will be received. Some items are discontinued, but that is no fault of theirs. I come here for specific beauty supplies when they are a better deal than Amazon or Walmart. I have purchased many things here over the years including hair dye, base, acrylic powder, dip nail system elements, nail care items, hair styling items and lashes. I find their prices similar and at times better than Amazon or Walmart on certain items, depending on what sales they have going. Their staff will always address you to see if you need help, but I believe they are not licensed beauticians of any sort, so be aware of that. They won't steer you wrong on purpose, though, so I trust their opinions. 8/10 will return based on sale prices read more

I had pretty good service on the phone when I called in - in an hour things had changed when I personally went in. I did not see the person with whom I had been speaking to and had to basically find what I needed on my own. No greeting, no offer of assistance. The store was not very busy. I am happy with my purchase but found some of the prices pretty high. Unlike other beauty supply stores I have been in, this one was cramped and over stuffed with "stuff". Not a comfortable place to take your time and go aisle by aisle to find new and exciting things. Will only come back if necessary, but never will I come back to browse. read more

Obnoxiously un-selfaware staff. I immediately wanted to walk out the second I walked in. I hadn't been there for years and just wanted to look at nail polish. a normal human female activity. but instead the second I walk in I was bombarded by a woman loudly announcing specials to me that I did NOT want to hear. I don't need to be forced to listen to you the listen I walk in. then she proceeds to try to shove me into the corner of the store with two associates on either side of me yelling at a third associate across the store at the register. I didn't give them any business because obviously they didn't care about it. All of them need to be told that they speak too loudly and completely ruin a welcoming experience. Imagine I was feeling happy after going to pick out a color I was happy with and then wanted to buy more? They are open during the Covid quarantine and the two girls working there were definitely having a rough time with all the phone calls coming in and trying to take orders for their curb side deliveries. Even though all of this was going on they still remand calm and super nice and helpful for all of their customers. I was so satisfied they were able to get the supplies I needed so last minute. They even gave their own numbers to help customers that weren't able to call the store due to high call volume. I hope they give these workers a raise for all help they gave during this stressful time. read more

Today I was making a purchase of 100 dollars, all very well until I arrived at my house and started to see my products, and there was a lack of oil, if they charged it because it is on the receipt, I called to ask for it, and indeed there is the oil, I do not know why they make this type of mistakes, if they are not new employees, they make me think that they do it on purpose and that it is not the first time they do it, because obviously I will not return for an oil of 5 dollars, because Get there, it's 30 minutes to go and return again, plus the cost of gas. Sally Beauty Supply is very small, cramped, with shelves overflowing with all things beauty related. The interior of this space is not attractive; there are just too many things on these shelves and very little attempt has been made to arrange them nicely. I've purchased both pedicure supplies and hair products here. My latest purchase was of a straightening iron, a jilbere nano silver, not exactly an inexpensive brand, is one I haven't been able to locate elsewhere. I tried using a friend's nano silver and really loved it so when my chi finally built the dust I asked her where she acquired it and she said Sally Beauty. She said that they rotate what's on sale and that I should wait to get it cheaper but with the premature demise of my old one I was over a barrel. Imagine my surprise when I found it on special - regular price but I got a free hair dryer with my purchase of the same brand. Both work beautifully and it was actually significantly cheaper than my Chi. Not only was the cashier friendly, but she pointed out that if I paid $5 to join their Sally Beauty members club I would save $8 on this one purchase in addition to discounts on future purchases. This location is really awful. The products are great, but the employees are rude as can be, to me and a few others who have said that same thing. Not once have I EVER gone in this location and someone ask me if I need help. Really? You work in customer service. I shouldn't have to hunt employees down. One girl went as far as to run in the back room when she saw me approaching to ask a question. The rare times that I do get an opportunity to ask something, their response is very short. Even the most basic question is like a bother to the girls who work in here. They'd rather gossip amongst themselves, which I find to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. Disappointed. This place gets a poor review for customer service and client assistance. I had never been here before and I don't know much about hair dye. I didn't mind looking around on my own and I was impressed by some of their selections of brushes and girly hair jewels. When the young woman behind the counter offered to help me , I decided to say yes as I thought she may have something to impart to me that would help me immensely. However, I didn't get the feeling she wanted to help at all - in fact , she seemed impatient with me choosing the hair color I wanted when she herself asked me to choose. She finally, in an exasperated way, told me that I could choose my own hair color and developer and rather abruptly just walked off. I decided not to take my business here and I won't be back. Came here on a whim to find eyelashes. I found a large selection of human hair lashes by Ardell that were buy one get one free with a coupon. I didn't have a coupon, but that wasn't a problem. The cashier said it was cool since they had them up front. I was able to use it three times in one transaction. It was such a good deal that I came back another time to get more.
