I've been coming to this Sally's regularly for about a year now. I'm obsessed with the Sauce hair care brand that I recently discovered they carry. Their ACV wash really transformed my scalp. My review is tough because on one hand, the staff is nice and really helpful, and on the other hand, the stock sucks. I'll fall in love with a product, come back weeks later and they don't have any in stock, or the bottles they do have on the shelf has been tampered with. The shelves and products also have a lot of dust. It's a tough call. read more

I would not recommend THIS Sallys. Most Sallys Beauty stores have Staff with knowledge of the products and/or have been to beauty school. Therefore the staff will have an idea of what product might or will work for the customer. I love my Sallys in my area (O.C) , they have no problem explaining or answering any questions regarding supplies or products in the store. I made the mistake of asking one of the rude staff at the store about what product would work best on my hair and they had no idea. The girl was clueless and then asked another staff member who then shrugged her shoulders then came over to tell me "All the dyes are the same". "Once you mix the dye with whatever developer it should cover your grays and lighten your hair to match your highlights". I should have know better. The product she recommended ruined my highlights and did NOT cover grays. NOT a happy camper. I give this store a 3 on the scale of 1-10. read more

After I paid for my items, the sales associate pushed my bag full of items off the sales counter and did not even bother to offer to pick it up. She was very unprofessional and smirked about it. Good luck with your Sally Beauty career...lol read more

I just went to Sally's and the posted sign on the door shows store opens at 10:00, but for high risk customers it opens at 9:00. A young lady cane to the door and said they don't open until 10:00 so I referred to the sign on the door regarding high risk customers. She said she didn't know what that meant and they opened at 10:00. Most stores open an hour early for seniors and other high risk customers. I am 69 years old. Every time I go Mariah is always there to help me and make sure I get everything I need and is always super helpful. She goes out her way to walk over and thoroughly help you. She's always in a great mood and gives amazing customer service. I trust Mariah with my hair plus she remembered who I was last time I went! It made me feel important. She deserves a raise, even my boyfriend was bragging about knowledgeable about how much she knew about hair types and which brands were good etc. 10/10 Recommend for anyone to go to her if you get the chance. read more

I go to this location all the time. It's close to where I work. Normally the girls are very helpful and welcoming. I Went in today for a can of wax I needed asap for my job. The manager told me they were out but had a shipment coming in today by 4 pm. She said she would save it for me. I told her I would move my client to the next day so I could come get the wax later in the day when the shipment came in. I called at 430 to see if my wax was in, she said yes it was but they haven't opened the boxes yet and weren't going to do so till sometime tomorrow. She was rude, not helpful, and that was not what she told me earlier today. Sad that it's too much to open a box for a loyal client. I will be going to another Sally's or cosmo proff out of the way because I was so disappointed with the service today , and that was the manager of the store. read more

Angelina, the store manager placed an order for me two weeks ago and I called last week to check to see where my items were and they weren't in the shipment yet. I call today to finally see why I am waiting so long and she said she called me a few days ago and that was absolutely false. My items got sold and she is just very unprofessional. Basically an "oh well nothing we can do" thing. I needed my items at a certain time for a reason and that clearly wasn't cared about or thought about. Don't even bother placing an order through that store. They don't seem to care and just want to get you out of the store. I'll order my stuff online from now on. I was not made aware by the associates that every time you renew your beauty member card on a timely basis you receive free products ever! I have been a member for 5 years and was not given free products!! Just a $5 coupon. I was never offered a Senior Discount which is a 50% Discount ! I could have used that discount for the last 5 years! I called the store and the associate said you only get the free products if you renew on time. I told her I have renewed on time. She went on to say that the clerk made a mistake!! Really? For the past 5 years???? I called customer service today and spoke to Stephanie about this. She said she will make sure the District Leader knows this so she could brief the staff. There was no offer of some type of reimbursement .... Just a 20% off coupon. I asked to speak to the District Leader and was told she will return my call within 72 hours. Another thing is they don't stamp your card with the month you should renew in!!! You have to look it up on the computer. Total inconvenience!!!! read more
