This was the third walgreens I visited because I needed aquaphor. They have a deal going on for a pack of 2 and it's 2/$15 so I wanted to snag that deal. Aquaphor is the ONLY chapstick that works for me. Everything else makes my lips peel or crack and I'm pretty frugal so I wanted to save wherever I could. Unfortunately, I could only find ONE two pack. I was desperate and searching around the store for another one, but to no avail. I ended up going to the cash register and asked her if there was another display that might have more in stock. She asked if I checked the other display by beauty and I did, but nothing. She said unfortunately there was no place else. I gave up, but I told her I understood and it was okay. But she filled me in on what walgreens usually does when they get in more stock and to check back then. When she scanned the item, it didn't display the deal I was referring to so she asked me where I saw it. I pulled out my phone to show her my app and she was like "ohhh, I see." she asked to see my phone to look around and said that when the other pairing of a deal is missing, they will honor half of it. SO GRATEFUL FOR THE INFORMATION! SO GRATEFUL FOR HER! My lips were in so much pain so it seriously made my day! I also had a lot of rewards and ending up owning only $1! What a steal! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN! What a gem of an associate!

She was extremely rude, seems as though she was having a bad morning. I have been ill for the past week the last thing I need is someone with an attitude when I am trying to pick up 2 prescription that are already filled. If me showing up to Walgreens is a problem for her requesting minimal service maybe staying home or choosing another professional may have been a better option for Respina. I went in for a tiny tattoo (a Prince symbol) 2 months ago, and although the tattoo was beautiful…read moreand well done, the symbol was placed the wrong way, which, in my opinion, is my fault for not making sure it was correct, especially since I, and not Megan, was the one familiar with the symbol. Even though I approved the tattoo when Megan placed it on my skin, she still felt responsible for putting it on incorrectly and offered to correct it. She immediately did some type of tattoo removal process. I returned a month later for her to check the status of the lightening process. To be completely honest with you, the tattoo was still 100% visible, but she was pleased with the results and said to let the process finish and we'd re-do/cover the tattoo in another four weeks. I went in today, and again, the symbol tattoo is still very visible to me, but we proceeded with the cover up tattoo. It's a beautiful tattoo. I can still vaguely see the original tattoo, but I love it. The bottom line is that Megan is a great artist, manager, and person. I would say I don't think the tattoo removal/lightening system works very well, so just double check that everything is correct when it's placed and you'll have a beautiful tattoo (btw, the same day I had the symbol done, Megan did a beautiful silhoutte of a cat for me, which I ADORE!

We both wandered around looking for help and couldn't find anyone. There was an employee helping a customer and we asked if there was anyone else available to help us. She was surprised nobody was there to help and went and found someone. She told us someone was on the way. Nobody showed up. By now, there are about ten of us waiting for help in that area. The gal that was helping a customer finished and came to help us. She apologized for the fact she was the only one over there. It clearly wasn't her fault! She was great and helped my daughter choose the appropriate items for her skin type. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went and got in line to check out. The person who checked out did not say one word to us during the transaction. No hello or thanks or anything. Neither of the two people at the cash wrap were friendly in the least. It was as if we were disturbing them. So overall it wasn't great, but one employee was really good (I wish I remembered her name)!

I had products in mind and I'm really glad she gave her honest opinion. She preferred products on the moderate price range and had me test them out. A little goes a long way and she actually saved me money so shout out to her! She did have me try a couple different brands and I stepped out to check them out in other lighting. She agreed that would be a good idea because it's bright white lighting in their store. I went to target next door and the lighting was trash so I took selfies in the car and then I was immediately sold when I came back it was perfect timing because she just got off her break. She checked me out with no issues and we just laughed about random things. Unfortunately they didn't have the living proof no frizz oil I was looking for so I'll have to go to Nordstroms but no worries. I'll definitely come back and work with Reaira again! The place was really busy but I love girlhood because it just felt like we were all getting ready together and sharing mirrors and excusing ourselves when we got in each others way.
