Have stopped here twice, with my mother-in-law. It's about 25 mins from her place, and being on vacation around this area, I asked her if there wad a Sally Store nearby. I wanted to get a Tangle Teezer brush for my niece's long and fine hair and a hydrating hair mask for me since the cold and ry air from winter is something my "tropical hair" is not accustomed. Quickly grabbed the products I was looking for, however, my mother-in-law wanted to try some new hair products. We asked the staff for guidance and she oriented us and pointed us in the right direction. My mother-in-law does not speak English, so I kept translating her 101 questions to the staff and the lady helping us out was nice, patient and would continue to show us options and products with a friendly face. She later reminded my mother-in-law about their free rewards program, with special sales and discounts and was very thorough explaining their awesome return policy. All in all, no complaints and we were happy with services received and their return policy. This location is a waste of time. This location is 3 mins away from me and I would still rather travel to the Sally's in Bel Air. They have better staff, more products, and they stay opened an hour later than this Edgewood location. Just close this location down. They never even have anything stocked either. Big waste of space. what would I do without Sally's? now occasionally I must order online but great selection usually have what I need. i bleach and tone my own hair and tone well due to great customer service above and beyond call of duty. i have found new healing products to add to my repeti thanks to the employees. i use ion color brilliance bleach, big tub lots of apps, ions fake olaplex, ion 20 vol developer, ¥toners , I switch up sometimes I've been too sensitive to tone right after bleach so I sometimes use purple toning masks or ion toners day after or so. I've used blonde me platinum blonde toner, and we'll T 18 for my bright almost white hair. i just had to fix a horrific mistake Megan at ulta did to my hair w sally products. i don't even trust ulta to wash my hair at this point. i do my own hair w far better results thanks to this Sally's read more

Horrible customer service. Was told on the phone I could do an exchange and got to the store just to be told the opposite. They also talk smack on their customers right IN FRONT OF THEM!! The girl was talking about me like I was "cheap" for wanting an exchange. More like I'm unhappy with the product, and just want one that works. Humiliating and rude staff here. Don't waste your time. Decent number of products for a small store...cashier acted like she was doing me a favor by ringing up four items. When I thanked her, she replied with "hmm.". Despite her sparkling wit and charm, I'll probably stick with the Sally's in Bel Air from now on. read more

If I could give 0 I would! Don't go to this Sally's ....They don't follow they're store policies on returns at all! Bought wrong clippers and returned them within 10 mins WITH RECEIPT & wouldn't exchange them because they had hair on them. I never even opened them and they accused me of being associated with someone in my area who returns used clippers because we have the same last name!?!!!!! The FOH!!!!! My husband and I shop there regularly because I'm a nail tech he's a barber and spend A LOT!!!! Of money there. So disgusted won't ever set foot in there again! Wouldn't refund my money!
