I don't live in Ione anymore but it was so bad I used to drive there until the pharmacy changed hands. I started coming back here and it's a little bit better but once again I just waited in line for 15 minutes after their automated system said it was ready and then was told it's not ready and it would take a half hour. So now I have to drive home and come back a second time which this has to be at least the 8th time this has happened. Unfortunately there's not a lot of better options in the amador county

Her studio is spotless and she goes to length to keep everything very hygienic, while maintaining a warm environment. I have a product allergy and she made sure every single thing would be safe for me. It should be mentioned I also drive a 2+ round trip just for her services. It is well worth to trip, because I know my eyes and lashes will be kept in perfect conditions and safe. I haven't had a chance to have my make-up done by her, but will soon and I can't wait!

She knew exactly what to do and I had no problems at all! My makeup lasted the entire night, even through me bawling my eyes out on several occasions. She also did my Matron of Honors makeup and took my look and muted it for hers. I absolutely loved working with Natasha from the initial conversation, to the trial, to the wedding day and beyond. I remember when Baker Street West was just the upstairs to a really cool bookstore. Now it has been transformed completely. The bar doesn't serve alcohol yet, but there are soft drinks and pastries to enjoy. There is a tea shoppe, an apothecary and of course, Mr. Sherlock Holmes' personal study (complete with bear skin rug). It's so fun just to walk around the rooms and take it all in. If you're a fan of Sherlock Holmes, this is your new favorite place.

There was significant scar tissue and the shape wasn't great but that didn't stop her from changing my whole world with new brows. I am obsessed. I get compliments ALL the time. She was professional, the studio was very clean, she was patient and kind and the most important of all.... Her work is literally unmatched. That's the only good part of finding this place…read more Krissie was very responsive when getting me quotes on makeup for my wedding day, and setting up my trial for my bridal makeup! I came, we talked and chatted while she did my bridal trial, and she did such a great job! Then things took a turn for the worst. After my trial I tried to get in contact with her via email to book her for my wedding. Email after email, over a two month period, not response. She was active on Instagram so I though I would try to reach out there after several emails sent with no response. I got no response on IG either after sending 2 or 3 DMs. As I mentioned she was active on IG, so finally she made a post saying she was going to be going on Maternity leave shortly and to make sure all her clients schedule appointments and such before she would be OOO. So I tried a last resort and commented on the IG post saying, "I have been trying to get in contact with you via email and I haven't heard anything from you" so what happens, she DELETES MY COMMENT and then FINALLY messages me. She apologized for not responding to me and that she will get back to me within the week to get my wedding booked and things squared away........ Well I guess you can guess based on my review...... I never heard from her again. So I am out $100 or whatever it was for my trial and I have no makeup artist for my wedding and now I have to find a new one that is more reliable. If you want great makeup go here, but if you want a reliable makeup artist for your wedding day, I would NOT recommend.

Couldn't be more happy with how wonderful Dr Ask was with my 8 yr old daughter who fell and broke…read moreboth her front adult teeth when we were visiting from San Diego. Him and the rest of his team went above and beyond with the care they provided for her. Many dentist would not want to put in the extra time on a holiday weekend, but he made sure that my daughter had a pretty smile again before we walked out the door, taking the time and great care placing temporary fillings to even out her teeth until they heal enough to be repaired. I highly recommend Dr Ask and the rest of the team at Jackson Creek Dental Group!! They helped make a terrible situation better than we thought possible.
