The day of my appointment, the stylist that I had booked online cancelled on me, but another stylist, Erin, was available. After getting to my appointment and meeting Erin, I knew that she was going to be great and really capturing what I wanted. My first appointment with her she took what I had wanted and turned it into a beautiful balayage. Every subsequent appointment has been above and beyond too! Even when she could tell I wasn't as thrilled with the color, she fixed it to where I was. She also took the time to show me how to curl my hair with my straightener, and show me how to braid! You won't be disappointed if you book with Erin.

We had some issues with picking up but weren't getting upset over it, they asked us to wait and we kindly sat down but the pharmacist helping us was extremely extremely rude, impolite, impatient, and got visibly and physically angry slamming things down on the table. It's the one with colored hair and she's old and white. She's very rude, if you see here you're better off just walking away and finding another pharmacy to get your prescription filled at. The gentleman who took over talking with us when the lady ultimately walked away upset, we asked to speak to him farther away so she wouldn't hear us and he refused to talk somewhere else. They told me that the henna I have used to strengthen and relax my curly hair had destroyed my hair and that my grey hair would never be a nice texture. That no product would help. I told her that I was desperate for an immediate solution, even an imperfect one while I waited to hear back from her. She said there were none. I decided to look for the L'Oreal product anyways. It was $14, so I bought it. Lost business over $14. The Loreal product is wonderful. My cuticle is closed, and my hair looks the best it has in years. I greatly appreciate the salesperson who showed me where to find what I came in to buy in the first place. I was happy to pay extra to be pampered with a protein treatment. I will find a different salon to do so. I've dealt with enough hair stylists who do what they want rather than listening to what their customer is asking for. The hard sell is not what I needed. This is not how you should get clients. It's a good store. Clean, and well staffed. Maybe just be careful of the folks who will tell you that your hair is a lost cause - it may only cost $14 to fix your problem, but they are selling a service not fixing your issue. Disappointed to find that hair at Ulta is no different than taking my car to the mechanic. Refusing to listen to the customer, trying to sell services that are unnecessary, and refusing to provide simple solutions if they can't make it expensive.

The employees are consistently friendly and knowledgeable, and many of them have worked at this store for several years. I especially love how passionate the makeup gals are about their products. They are absolutely willing to do everything they can to help their customers, including matching your skin color to help find the perfect shade of foundation. Sure it feels a little awkward to sit in a makeup chair at Walgreens but it's totally worth it. I also really like the health clinic at this Walgreens store. It's easy to make an appointment online, and the woman I've seen by over the past year is THE BEST. She's super sweet, and she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend paying her a visit the next time you have the sniffles. So happy to have this store close to my house. I always have a great experience when I pop in!

The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times. Honestly, they would benefit from a complete overhaul. Half their staff at the pharmacy here has no idea what they're doing. You can clearly tell there is a gap in training. if you do not need a 24 hour pharmacy I do not recommend this one at all.
