While they might not have everything, they do offer deals and discounts which can help a lot with the high cost of many products. This location is located in a shopping center with many nearby storefronts and stores. It's easy to miss. There's a lot of parking nearby. My daughter was looking for products for dyeing her hair, and the representative assisted her and provided product recommendations. Overall, I'd say it was a good visit. read more

I told her I speak calmly to her and she doesn't. I received very rude customer service at this location. The staff should not tell customers that they need to hurry and rush out of the store when it is not closing time yet. The staff also said they were out of stock of an item to get us to leave when it was clearly in front of them since I went ahead and grabbed it myself. I only come here 1x a month or everyother month. It's a small place and usually if the employees know you, they wont bother you. If you take too long browsing, sometimes they watch you thinking if your stealing something. Last time I was deciding what conditioner I wanted to use and I kept going back and forth. Customer service is horrible. There are a few girls that are very nice and then there's some that are so rude. I was paying at the line and a woman tells the girl ringing up the clients to offer them the Membership for the Sally's club but I heard her very clearly tell her to only offer it to people who are spending more than $20. So when it came down to me (I was only buying Bobby pins at the time, even though I'm there frequently) I heard her tell the girl to not offer it to me. That comes off so rude. At least try to be discreet about it or explain that when people spend a certain amount they become eligible for the membership, but don't make it seem like I'm not getting one because I'm being cheap that day or something. Save yourself time and go to Bobos down the street! Went in today (1/19/2021) at 945 am and although the bell for the door went off the woman in the back didn't come up to help. She sat in the back room talking loudly on her phone asking about someone being in prison still. Two other women came in after me and the bell rang each time. The woman still didn't come out instead she just peaked her head out and then went back to the back and continued on the phone. People were standing at the front counter waiting to be rung up and she still never came to the floor. I waited just under ten minutes before I decided this was ridiculous and I could just go down the street to a nearby beauty supply store and get way better customer service. I hope management reviews the cameras for this incident because there were people just waiting and wondering around the store with no supervision and no assistance and that can't be good for any business. read more

Always have highlighted my hair myself and lately the top has turned orangish. So I went to this sallies, they salesgirl sold me a packet to mix with the highlighter to get rid of yellow and red tones. The top part of my hair is orange , so I went back and she same girl said to bleach it again. I drove to ulta and they said not to rebels he for two weeks and recommend a purple shampoo to use for now. I Googled Sally Beauty to find the local one and the Yelp reviews came up in the search so I took a quick look at them. Based on a couple of low reviews I went in there thinking as a guy I'd have to fend for myself and probably be treated like an alien from another planet. As I was looking for something I heard an employee named Salina (asked her name when I checked out) helping a woman. Salina was asking the woman some friendly/general questions but getting one word answers back. I thought if someone answered my questions with one word I'd quit asking questions, but Salina kept up her friendly demeanor and didn't seem phased by it. After the woman had paid, Salina asked if the woman needed help getting out to her car (carrying her new goods) but the woman said she should be fine without the help. At that point Salina said "well at least let me help with the door" and walked around the counter and opened/held the door for the customer. When was the last time YOU received service like that? On her way back to the counter area we made eye contact and was asked if I needed any help. I asked for a certain product and Salina showed her knowledge by quickly finding what I was looking for and helping me check out. She didn't hold the door for me but I really didn't buy that much (LOL). To the manager of Sally Beauty, you have a great and friendly employee in Salina, but I'm guessing you already knew that.
