    I booked a haircut appointment for 5:45pm today, and the experience ended up being very…read moreunprofessional. I scheduled this appointment on Monday morning at 6am through Ulta's online portal, so there was plenty of time for the salon to review their bookings. This afternoon, I received a call from Linda, who said she was the assistant to Fabiola (the Elite stylist). She told me I needed to move my appointment to 4pm or reschedule because they were "busy with a hair color." She also mentioned that they usually adjust the schedule days in advance, but claimed their booking system didn't show the appointments until today. That explanation didn't make sense, especially since I booked days ahead. When I asked why I wasn't notified earlier--if they supposedly review schedules in advance--she didn't have an answer. Being contacted last‑minute to move an appointment by less than an hour felt like my time wasn't valued. I expected more professionalism from an Ulta salon, especially when booking with an Elite stylist. This experience left me disappointed and hesitant to book here again.

    Horrible experience this weekend…read more I had at the Lush store located at Victoria Gardens on January 25, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM. There were at least 4-5 employees in the floor and I had to ask to see if there were items in The back where only a sample was displayed. Employees as a whole seemed disconnected and didn't offer samples or knowledge like I'm used to. I have spent a significant amount of money at Lush since the rewards program began. It was not made clear to me that points must not only be earned but also manually activated. As a result, I missed out on many rewards. Bri at the Ontario Mills location was the first employee to ever explain this to me. During my visit at Victoria Gardens, I interacted with a female employee who appeared to be a manager. She was not wearing a name tag, and the receipt lists the employee name as "null." When I realized my points were not applied and expressed my frustration, there was no attempt to offer alternatives, ask about my points, or help resolve the issue. I was visibly unhappy, yet there was no willingness to redo the transaction or provide a solution. I am sharing this feedback not out of anger, but because I care about the brand and want my loyalty to feel valued across all locations. I hope this can be addressed so future customers do not leave feeling the same way I did.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend to any texture hair girls. I know they promote they do texture hair but it's evident they don't. ALL 4 people who touched my hair didn't know how to comb out my curly hair nor have the right tools or products for it. I wanted to get an ongoing service there for touch ups but no longer will be doing so. I paid almost 200$ to be unsatisfied and now to figure out how to get the dye off me.
