Always a fun good time coming into sally beauty! Can't go wrong with it and love finding new products to try along with staple items.

At 5 o clock at this location my sister and I came in for hair products. African American hair products are kept on the back wall of the store, and my sister and I were the only customers shopping. There were at least 6 other customers in the front at the cash register. It is confusing and bothersome that we were approached twice by almost every associate in the store, in less than 2 minutes. We had no interest in staying after receiving this presumptuous treatment, got the last of our supplies and headed to checkout and leave ASAP. Please consider sensitivity training for these women... I had never been to this location before but this one was very clean and they were very friendly when I came in. Unfortunately Sally's corporate is making shopping at Sally's very difficult during this pandemic. This location is now open for customers to come in but only 7 at a time and unfortunately this location is very busy. You have to have a mask on in order to shop there. Also, they are currently not offering any returns or exchanges at this time. Also, there store was low or out of a lot of stuff. read more

The level of customer service has went down at this location! If you plan on having people wait outside because of max capacity! You should provide a tent like other businesses smh... I knew what I wanted and didn't need to browse around, maybe next time you should offer to grab it and ring people up that are actually buying and not looking. I always spend at most $150 and the least $50 but you lost my business at your location for trying to have me wait in the scorching sun outside. read more

I am so disappointed in Sally 's, I have been there twice now once on Monday and once on Wednesday and they closed at 3 o'clock. I can totally understand that but, I called the website and it said they were open until 7 PM. So not only did I waste my time but gas money as well. Normally I love Sallys. They are the only place I can find my favorite hair dye. However, during the pandemic they made it extremely difficult to buy any product from them. This store offers "Buy Online Pickup In Store" but upon looking on their website, there wasn't an option to pick up in the store, only delivery options. I tried calling the store numerous times, after I confirmed business hours and never once got an answer. I also tried calling the customer service number online as well, and ultimately got hung up on. I understand there's a pandemic, however, make it easier for your customers to get product Sallys! read more

I love this place! The girls are friendly and the place is always stocked! A bit of advice don't ask a Sally store employee how to do your hair if you're unsure of what you're doing, go to a hairstylist! This is usually a store for hairstylists or people that know what they're doing with these chemicals. I read the reviews and I think it's hilarious some people would ask the staff advice on their hair. I don't go in to save Mart and ask them how to cook a turkey dinner... I just buy groceries. I loved shopping here because the employees are always very nice and helpful, but my last visit here was awful. The manager had an attitude and didn't answer my questions. Seemed like they wanted me out of there ASAP. Management needs to learn some basic communication and customer service skills for a better customer experience. read more

I went into Sally's to get some knowledge on how to dye my own hair ~ I took the clerks advice and headed home. After applying all the product per her instructions I decided to read the product box ~ to my horror I read you are to mix equal parts NOT to DOUBLE the developer creme. Cute little store. The two older employees (the ones who are almost always running the store) are the most knowledgable about there products but can sometimes come off as rude. Not sure if she still works there but one employee who looked like she was 12 with long black hair does not know crap. Asked her a question about which hair dye chemicals to mix and thought I'd get a second opinion and if I had listened to her, my hair would have turned out who knows what color! Not sure how she ever got hired! Always well stocked with products and good prices on hair extensions. read more

Walked in and the two ladies working and the one customer inside Sally's all got awkwardly quiet I felt put on the spot so I just asked for what I was looking for rather then looking for myself to break the silence. I had some questions but felt to uncomfortable to ask anything being that the lady was just standing there watching me. Mind you the clippers are right next to the registers but didn't even want to touch anything because things felt so awkward so I didn't want to touch anything. then My girlfriend walks in and wanted to shop around but I already felt uncomfortable so I was trying to tell her let's just go they don't have what I'm looking for but she wanted to look for some brush that's sometimes on sale. So I said it's hot in here I'll be outside so I left. And lil while after my girlfriend comes out and says gosh it felt so awkward they got quiet and was watching you leave, I think they thought you stole something. I told my girlfriend, for you to come after the fact of everything making me feel that way and even you see how weird and awkward things were just let's me know that I was right and not overthinking things. Not very friendly staff. I went in for nail polish and hair dye. I walked up to the register to pay. A couple girls walked in who spoke the same language as the manager/owner (?), and she completely dismissed me. I waited for 15 minutes while they chit chated. Finally I left. I went to SaveMart, came back, and they were still talking! Not even a courtesy "i'll be with you in a moment" or "I apologize for leaving you hanging." Nope, nothing at all. They aren't even well stocked or have much of a selection, so I will not be back! read more

I like going here the girls are really helpful and nice. Once when i went they helped me with hair color. Its been a while since i have colored my hair and i usually go to a professional, but this time i decided to do it on my own. The girls were really helpful i followed their instructions and the color came out great! i loved it! i also asked for some shampoo and conditioner and they recommended a really good one that i like a lot. The store is also very clean. P.s. The manager is rude if you have a return or exchange be sure you didn't use it and with appliance be sure it's clean I presenced one time she didn't want to refund someone for their appliance and told them she had to talk to another manager. If she's a manager shouldn't she be able to return it or tell them why she can't instead of calling another manager. Also she fallows you. She thinks you might steal something. Other then that this store is great. read more
