Finally, Janice the hygienist has over 10 years of experience and it shows in her technical and interpersonal skills. Her love for her career and care for her patients is admirable and it creates a pleasant, if not enjoyable experience when getting cleanings performed. I scheduled a New Patient Visit since my previous dental office no longer took my insurance. Located 5mins away from me and next to my favorite sushi place. Free parking available, I was able to do an e-check in and all they needed was to scan my ID and insurance card. It was super quick and called back within minutes. Started off with X-rays and doctor saw me after. I opted in just a regular cleaning and not laser this time. Annie was super nice as well as the doctor, which I apologize I can't remember her name. The only reason for the four stars is because I feel the cleaning was way too quick and less than 10mins. She stated I didn't give her much which is a good thing I feel but I've never gotten a quick cleaning like that before. If I really don't have much build up than kudos to me for doing a good job haha. Those are just my thoughts. Everyone again were nice from check in to checking out. Office looked cleaned. Annie sanitized the equipment and everything was covered and cleaned out afterwards. Dr. Tsang Bryan has completely changed my view about going to the dentist. He is incredibly gentle on your teeth and listens to your concerns. I got a crown done and had the worse anxiety about it. The experience was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly a little scary. He came in with mild sensitivity in a molar. Dr. Brown barely looked before declaring the tooth was cracked near the nerve and needed a root canal and a crown -- immediately. The quote? $1,400 out-of-pocket, because the type of crown they use isn't covered by our insurance. That didn't sit right with me. I'd already looked at our coverage and knew the total should be around $200. So we got a second opinion -- and thank goodness we did. The new dentist took fresh X-rays, actually listened, and double-checked after hearing Dr. Brown's diagnosis. He told us clearly: "There is no crack." What was really going on? Just a little enamel wear near the gumline, likely from brushing too hard. He prescribed medicated toothpaste and said if that didn't help, we might need a simple filling later -- no root canal, no crown, no cutting. If we hadn't questioned it, my husband would've had a healthy tooth permanently cut down and drilled into -- for absolutely no reason. By sheer goodness and luck, we trusted our instincts, got a second opinion, and avoided a completely unnecessary and expensive procedure. The thought of what almost happened still makes us furious. Dr. Brown didn't offer options. Didn't explain. Didn't hesitate to recommend extreme, irreversible treatment. It felt rushed, careless, and very much like a sales pitch, not health care. Stay away stay away stay away from this place! Was checked in very quickly and seen by the dr Azar. She made the diagnostic and I decided to get it all done. However, I was kept wait long for a very long time. I was kept waiting for 20-25 minutes at the chair before they came to do my inlay. After that was done, I was kept waiting for another 25 minutes to get my teeth clean. After the teeth cleaning, another wait for about 15 minutes as their X ray machine failed? I literally fall asleep on the chair waiting for all these to get done. Total time is about 4 hours. I think Dr Azar is great but the rest of the staff are below standard, especially the lead Belen and Jacqueline the dental hygienist. I have another session to do my crown and teeth cleaning but I most probably won't be back again. The rest of the staff plays a great role in the client experience and unfortunately at this time, they make the visit very unbearable. I would advise people to go somewhere else. My left teeth don't feel clean after the deep cleaning plus I still see some brown spots that came out after I further clean it myself with a pick. I might cancel the next scheduled visit and go somewhere else. read more

Take note that all reviews are either 5 stars or no stars. I had an appointment at 8:30; I got no confirmation of the appointment or anything. I got there around 8:35 and I just left 10:24 am. I simply wanted to get my teeth cleaned or deep cleaned. I'm so irritated that I spent 2 hours of my morning wasting my time getting evaluated for services that I probably would've gotten had it not feel like they were trying to sell me something. When I insisted that my insurance covered my cleaning+filling and that was all I needed to get done today; they lowered the prices for the services they recommended when I just needed my teeth deep cleaned. I was patient until I was told it would be $940 for a deep tooth cleaning due to a antibacterial mouthwash they use but once I left they "offered" to do it for $450. After a whole hour + waiting. Do not come here if you need to get dental work done with integrity. I understand this is a business but this screams Dental Corporation.... Like an equivalent to a car dealership. Thursday 4/20 root canal - upper right #2 molar. Dr Chow performed the procedure in their Summerlin branch. All went well!! He has a great disposition along with funny quick witted humor. He & I got along great!! Next day / Friday Dr. Brown completed procedure with porcelain crown. Dr Brown and her assistant Bella have great bedside manners and took great pride in completing my procedure with a minimum amount of discomfort. Both made sure that I was comfortable and helped me relax during the time in the chair. By 11:00 am I was out of the office and a week later I'm fully recovered and able to eat everything and anything (not that I'm trying to push it). Not having dental insurance for the longest time, it has really set me back in my dental care. Now that I do have insurance, I was easily able to set an appointment online. There were many openings available and even late in the afternoon which is what I needed. Appointment was at 4, they took me back AT 4! That is so rare for any medical appointment. Stay away! Went here for emergency dental work, walked away beaten up and in worse shape then when I arrived. I chose this location due to the fact they have state of the art practices and can do same day permanent crowns. I have had this done before and is well worth the premium. This is not the spot. Front staff was great, dentist was nice, but the actual dental work was a nightmare. I had work done on Friday, it is Monday and my lip is still swollen with open sores and my jawline is raw. I have had teeth extracted before, this was a horror show. Followed post-op treatment plan as advised, still in pain and can hardly use my mouth to drink. The dental assistant should not be allowed to practice. She was not aware of my lips, how hard she was jabbing the suction into the side of my mouth and forgot everything the dentist said. Had to be reminded/re-told multiple times. I am numb, I cannot tell you when you are causing damage, this should be something that you take in consideration when working on someone's mouth. I am all for education, but when there is a higher sticker price, I expect premium treatment. I could have gone to UNLV dental school for 1/4 of the price and been treated better. read more

I moved to Vegas from the East coast about 2 years ago and my first dental experience was horrendous (they insisted on a deep cleaning and tried to convince me I needed to see their specialist that same day) so I had really low expectations going in. That said, my experience with this dental office was one of the best I've ever had. I had an appointment right at 8am when they open and I was out by 9am. They were thorough but efficient and also very friendly. I saw Dr. Lou and he had excellent suggestions for helping my gums. I went here for an annual cleaning and didn't get that. I had X-Rays done by a tech that was not gentle, kept forcing that film between my teeth when it didn't fit. She had to ask another tech to help her. After she found out I had a stroke before, then she apologized. The doctor said that I needed a deep cleaning and sent a consent to my PCP and never got it back. When I called to follow up a month later, they still never received and I never heard from them again. I went to this place with the good reviews, but this was not my experience! read more
