Please stick to that tough, dry stuff that tastes like beef jerky from the gas station that ya'll call "brisket". The pulled pork was nicely smokey and charred, and not overly sweet! So much of the pulled pork in this town is over honeyed/corn-syrup'd/glazed/etc. It came with crinkle fries and coleslaw. The slaw was a brilliant mix of sweet and zesty flavors, loved it. They have a variety of food trucks, some go there almost every Thursday other switch on and off. They update the Facebook page every week and let you know who's coming so be sure to check that out if you want to know. I wish they had a few more picnic tables to sit at. One Down side is sometimes food will take 30 minutes to get out and if you are on a lunch brake like me and have to commute there's not much time. I am always late back to work if I go. The ribs were very good and served on a piece of white bread (BBQ bread ain't fancy, yo!). The sides were much better than some of the more recent BBQ pop-ups post-COVID.
