Afterward when leaving they tried to stick me with a bill of well over 1k. So they lied about my insurance covering it, provided no good faith estimate if they wouldnt be covering it, and no alternative course of action for a costly procedure. Nomatter the excuse they might have of being rushed during emergency dental work or whatever excuse they may have, to me it seems like they are far too willing to take advantage of someone in a delicate position to cash in. If they would have not lied or double checked insurance, given a good faith estimate, or pretended that the most expensive option wasnt the only option i would likely still be a customer. Have lost all respect for this dental office and will not be returning, and disputing the remaining half of the outrageous bill. Beware, before allowing these folks to do anything! Just because they say it doesnt make it true and you might want to get a 2nd opinion. After reading some other reviews im upset to have even trusted these people to perform on me at all.

Other dentists I've visited would expect me to swallow and talk with a mouthful of remnants. I do have gum rescission, and my concern at a dental appointment is always if I'm going to wind up jumping out of the chair; due to a lack of attention from whoever is cleaning my teeth and striking a tooth nerve. My (now) husband recommended Mondale Dental earlier this year and it has been some of the best experiences at a dentists office I've had yet. Dr Brian has a great chair side manner and is great at what he does. He filled one of my cavities in May and put me at ease even though it was dangerously close to becoming a root canal. The hygienists have also been really great, cleaning teeth without leaving the person sore afterwards. They are friendly, professional, and calming.
