Christie was amazing!! I had a situation, I had my below shoulder length very curly hair up on top of my head for too long and it became very matted. OK. Let me start by saying I haven't EVEN been to this salon just yet, but Vanessa was so sweet and kind on the phone that when I am in need of a salon, I will be visiting her and Bella. Earlier this week, I had hand surgery and have not been able to wash or style my hair in a week. Vanessa answered the phone and was so kind and sympathetic to my frustration of not having a clean head of hair. Her vibe was chill. She laughed with me about teasing my husband who said he didn't really want to spend the two hours to wash, dry, and straighten my hair so I booked an appointment with Bella. I guess my husband was actually bluffing because when I called to let him know I found a place, he said that he would actually like to make a date out of it so that he could spend some time with me and see how it actually is to deal with long hair. Mind you, my hair goes down to the bottom of my shoulder blades and is very thick, coarse and curly. When he convinced me that he would actually like to spend the time to pamper me, I called back the salon and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and understanding about me canceling the appointment. This level of customer service in the world of Hair is simply put, awesome and not normal anymore. My point is, even without actually being a customer, their phone etiquette and customer service convinced me to be a FUTURE customer when it's time for a cut and pamper.
