I have been going to Salon 360 for about 7 years and I love it. The front desk girls are not only gorgeous but friendly and helpful. They have a full scale makeup artist, Seal, who is also amazing. Not only does she do amazing make overs, she is an expert on skin care. Additional to this they have manicure and pedicure stations as well as a waxing room. They are priced decent for everything, especially color processing. Most hairdressers there are superb, although I always see Alisha (who you should see, she's amazing, tell her Maria sent you!). I can't tell you how this woman has transformed my hair! Okay, I admit I am a picky person when it comes to my hair (then again who's not?). I have extremely long, thick, blonde hair that very few stylists have been able to handle without bleaching my hair to look like a cheap bimbo or making it look like nothing was done. After going to two different people who made my hair look no different then a box of color from the drugstore I started to lose hope. While out to eat I saw a girl with awesome hair so I figured what the heck, I'd ask her where she got it done. She told my Ryan at Salon 360. Normally I am skeptical about a dude doing hair. After my bad experiences though I figured I'd give it a shot and I am so glad I did! He's the best colorist I've ever had. He gets the perfect blonde every time, which isn't easy. Too much, you end up looking like a cheap street walker, too little you look like you didn't get anything done. He does it to perfection every time, and also cuts it perfectly. I've also got my eyebrows done here a few times and each time they were great. Everything I've experienced here has been awesome. Capri took my color and cut to another level and look. She consulted with me every step of the way and made me comfortable. I had an Eversave voucher and thought I'd try this salon out since I was going to be in the area. The reviews seemed pretty good and the website made it sound like a great place. I only got a mani-pedi here, so this review has nothing to do with the hair side of the salon. When I came in, the salon had a very strong nail polish/acetone smell to it. This is definitely off-putting. I've been to a few salons and none had a smell this strong. I had Gina as my nail tech. When she brought me back to the pedicure station, she looked at my nail polish choice and spent a good couple of minutes convincing me that the color I picked was all wrong - it was too dark and it wasn't a currently popular color. I like my toe colors dark, I was sure of my choice, and did not appreciate being talked to like a little kid who doesn't know what she's doing. When she finally "agreed" to use my polish choice, she saw that my toenails are cut very short. She then proceeded to berate me for doing such an awful job on my nails, told me that I should never cut my own nails again and that it's going to be very hard for her to do anything with them. I tried to ignore her small talk and put the massage chair on. Gina immediately told me that I must turn it off since it's shaking my leg and she can't work. Then why is there a massage chair at your pedicure station?! Throughout the pedicure, I ended up learning a lot about Gina's bug bite allergy, complete with a showing of a huge welt on her thigh. I'm not interested in seeing your thigh, truly, I'm not! She scrubbed my feet without using any lotion or gel, which felt very strange and raw. She lotion she put on my feet and legs was also very watery and did not make my feet feel soft at all. On to the manicure...Gina noticed a scar on my arm and asked about it. This is a question I often get, so I'm used to it, and explained what it was from. Gina then asked me who did such an awful surgery on my arm that I still have such big and visible scars. Who says sh*t like this?! Gina then talked about what makes her different from the other nail techs in the salon, how she's the best, and (icing on the cake!) how she would never even think of working on a black woman's nails. I desperately needed a hair cut and I'm new to the area. After checking out a few local salons I decided on Salon 360. I stopped in to check the place out before booking an appointment. To be perfectly honest, I felt overwhelmed at first; the place is so big and beautiful. I was greeted with a smile by the girls at the front desk. They made me feel right at home and comfortable. One of the receptionists showed me around the salon and I was pleased to see that the staff was friendly and professional! I was offered a complementary manicure and mini makeover upon my return. I am not sure of the woman's name who did my mani-ped. She never introduced herself. She did bark orders at me, stuffed a chocolate in her month as she began my manicure, & ignored my wishes to keep my nails long. My big toe's nail was cut so short you could see the sensitive skin in my nail bed. When I showed the receptionist she did offer me a free blowout which I declined. I was not looking for a handout just thought they should know how rude the nail tech was to me. The most offensive part was when she demanded that "You have to relax your arm." I have Erb's Palsy in my arm so it can be difficult for me depending on how you more my arm. I explained that to her but she continued to get frustrated. I have never had this be an issue getting a manicure before. To top it off she kept clearly speaking under her breath in another language. Way to make me feel comfortable! When I walked into the salon, it was so busy! I got excited, because if a place is full of so many people, it has to be good. After being there for a while, I believe most of the people were either friends or employees. It was very loud in the salon, and the front desk people were too busy talking to each other to really bother with anyone else. I had an appointment with Jane, and she immediately came up and took me to her manicure station. Jane asked me if I wanted my cuticles pushed back, so I said yes. I didn't know that meant that she wouldn't do anything else really to my nails. The manicure couldn't have taken more than 15 minutes. The polish started to chip and peel within a day. Jane even told me that she put special stuff on so that it would last a long time. My home manicures last longer. Then I was taken back to get a pedicure. I was really looking forward to the pedicure, because I want to be able to wear sandals! My feet are a little rough on the heels, so I was looking forward to that being gone. My pedicure lasted about 20 minutes. I think that taking off my previous polish took the most time. Jane was very nice, but applying polish is not a good job for her. There were streaks and stuff all over my nails. The polish did not go all the way to the edges. it just looked horrible. I had gotten a deal on eversave, so it did not cost me much, but less than a week later, I need a new manicure and pedicure. What a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this salon if you are going for a mani/pedi. read more

I was surprised to hear all the good things about Salon 360. Maybe the hair stylists are great, but I can't say the same for the nail salon. I purchased a Groupon for 3 gel manicures along with a friend and after my first visit, I called Groupon to receive a credit because I will not go back there. My technician was rude and kept looking at her watch the entire time I was there. She said she had a 4:00 appointment , which meant she had an hour from the time we arrived and we were on time. My technician (forget her name, but my friends technician was Lana) told me that I should have arrived 20 minutes earlier to remove the gel that was already on my nails (never hear of that before) Instead of wrapping each nail to remove the polish, I was given a large bowl full of acetone and instructed to put my nails in it. (I don't think that is very healthy). Instead of cutting my nails with a clipper, she just used a very rough file. I thought she was going to rip my nails off of my fingers. She did try to be nice later but the damage was done. Also I think the salon is very outdated. Each table only had one ultraviolet light, which made the entire process take longer due to waiting for one hand to dry before being able to start drying the other. Plus never got a hand or shoulder massage which is routine in most salons. When we left, my friend had to return because she noticed that her nails were still sticky because they were not properly dried. I suggest Groupon no longer consider this establishment a value. read more

I found this salon after my hairstylist of the last 20 years went out on an indefinite medical leave which she may not return from at all. I have to admit, I was very nervous to be starting at a new salon and training a new stylist. On top of that I am leaving for a tropical vacation in several days. Well, I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only was the staff super nice and friendly, my hair turned out beautiful! Lisa C. did an excellent job highlighting and trimming my hair. I actually like it better than how my old stylist did it. She did exactly what I asked of her and seemed to know exactly what I wanted done. And she is also very sweet and friendly. Make sure you ask for MILA G because there are 2 milas and the other one is always angry and stares you down like shes going to hunt you down....CREEEPY! also the owner is a bitch she dresses like a street walker, walks right by her clients and doesnt even greet them....rude much? The receptionists suck, maybe they bleach their hair so much that it seeped into their brain, they always screw up appointments, forget to call clients when their appointments change. I feel like when i walk up to the reception area I enter in the world of CLUELESS. oh and maybe they would get more clientel if lana didnt give fungus to every single one of her clients. if there was a zero star option I would've picked that! This was hands down the worst mani/pedi I have ever gotten. Usually when you get a pedicure they soak your feet first.....my feet didn't even touch the water when the nail tech began to scrape my feet. The best part about a pedicure is getting to soak your feet in warm water with the jets massaging.......the jets weren't even turned on....and my feet didn't soak for more than 2 minutes. My pedicure was completed in 7-10 minutes total. I told the nail tech i was also getting a manicure as well ( i made an appointment to do both) before i even sat in the chair....and she tells me she only has time to do just my pedicure......why!?!? because she was too busy getting her hair dyed! The WORST pedi I have ever experienced! When i got my manicure done, the nail tech tried to talk me into another color and insisted on painting it on one finger so I can see despite me refusing! The staff here has no consideration whats so ever! The manicure was just as bad as my pedicure....I should've just gotten out of there while I had the chance. The nail tech who did my manicure couldn't stop talking about her men problems and her cold sore......ummm not what i wanted to hear while I'm trying to relax.Overall this was the WORST experience ever....especially on a day I was hoping to pamper myself. Salon 360 gave me the worst service that I have ever received. Not only did my manicure/pedicure last a mere 38 minutes, but it was poorly and haphazardly done. My sister, who was also there for a manicure and pedicure, went in a full 30 minutes before me and I still got done 15 minutes before her. The woman used a pumice stone on my dry feet and filled the tub for my feet to soak for 1 minute tops. On top of all of this, she did the absolute bare minimum--I could have done a better job myself. She was inattentive and did not provide the luxurious experience that I look for at a nail salon. The best part was that I tried to speak to someone about the issue and the woman at the front desk walked away from me and was unresponsive. When I tried to call back later, they told me the manager would call me back within the half hour--it's been 28 hours, I feel like I'm not getting that call. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It was completely unprofessional, rude, and a complete waste of my money and day off.
