I always get excellent service and I've been coming here about a year and a half. Dee does a great job on hair and nails and Olga does wonderful manicures and pedicures. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Clean and very professional and a great salon atmosphere! There's a lot of stylists and technicians that work here and they will often come in early or stay late to take appointments. No place else can I get a manicure appointment for 8 am or 9:00 pm! That's a great feature because they really try to accommodate your needs and schedule! Great full service salon! read more

Walked in crying because my usual lady completely messed up my hair. I was mortified. I walked in nervous and humiliated and walked out as happy as can be!!! Everyone there was so nice and gracious, i had an amazing experience. Karen was the one that fixed me! I am so grateful, I walked in with patches of bright red and patches of some other color. I was traveling and in desperate need of getting my nails done. I found Salon 360 through Yelp app and I couldn't be happier. Not only did I get a no-chip mani and a great pedi by Lisa within 2 hours of calling up, I said I could use a cut and color and Nina did a fantastic job! It's not easy cutting and coloring somebody's hair for the first time, but she was up to the challenge and I'm thrilled with it! Aime Rivas is a fabulous hairdresser AND an angel of a human being!! My hairstylist/colorist at my old salon left the business and I researched like mad to find a hairdresser who had good reviews, did organic-based color (I am a breast cancer survivor), and less than an hour away. I saw the great reviews on Aime & took a calculated chance and am so happy I did. I've been to her for 3 visits so far & am so thrilled with the results I have gotten! Aime patiently takes time to understand what you would like, and discusses various options (e.g. keep cut same or gently layer, keep highlights the same or blend them in for more natural gray outgrowth, etc). Here's how my haircut went down. I made an appointment, my hair dresser got started on my hair at the right time, so far so good. When she began cutting my hair, I thought I made it pretty clear what I wanted. A bob angled to be longer in the front and shorter in the back. I told her how long I wanted it and let her proceed. She seemed to be afraid to cut too much hair, despite my telling her I wanted several inches off. While in the middle of my cut, I was told that my stylist is urgently requested to do something else and apparently she was the only stylist in the salon who could do it, so someone else would finish my cut. The other lady finished my cut but I ended up with no angle, hair shorter than I wanted, and generally not happy with the result. Left thinking "ugh, guess it'll grow out." To be fair, my cut wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I wanted. The stylists were nice and the place was buzzing with people, which I always like to see, but I just didn't have a great experience and felt kind of bad about being switched around between hair dressers. The parking situation is cramped and awful. Parking lot maybe fits 10 cars and is shared with the nearby pizzeria. read more

I wanted to try a new place and could not be happier! From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. There was a friendly atmosphere, but still a professionalism, which is what I was looking for. My stylist was Deanna and I can't say enough good things about her. I immediately felt relaxed and trusted her with my color and cut - always a scary thing when you are trying some place new. My instincts were correct. I absolutely love the cut and my color! I've been meaning to write this review for some time now. I wanted to wait till I calmed down before doing so. I will never be going back to Sarah again after my last visit. I don't even know where to begin. I explained extensively what I wanted and even showed photos. I'm already a dirty blonde and wanted to add a bit more dimension with highlights. Simple enough right, wrong. She completely ruined my hair. I don't know what happened but my hair ended up orange and fried. But it doesn't end there. When I was upset about it and asked her why it was orange. she gave me complete attitude. Told me basically if I didn't like it I could leave as she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I was so appalled by her lack of professionalism. I paid and left. Then I had to spend few hundred dollars more at a different salon to have color correction services done to my hair. the hairstylist there said how what I asked for was not difficult and shouldn't have never been a problem. She said the girl must have lacked experience. What ever you do, DO NOT go to SARAH!! I'm sure the other hairstylist are fine. The salon itself was very nice. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! A friend of mine tried to balyage my blonde hair and my long roots turned orange and looked terrible, when I just wanted a touch up highlight. In a panic, I gave Salon 360 a call because I knew they always had really nice staff when I used to go there in high school. Everyone I talked to about my hair fiasco over the phone was really helpful and pointed me in the direction of Beata. In just one visit, she was able to take my hair from dull gross orange and bring me back to a beautiful cool dimensional blonde from root to tip. She explained every step she took to fix my hair and why she did it, doing her best to avoid damaging it. I was so happy with how my hair turned out that I went back to Beata a second time when I needed a touch-up and will continue to go back! The salon has a great upbeat atmosphere and is always extremely busy which is a great sign. read more
