Let me start by saying I had high hopes based on previous reviews and photos. To say that Lisa and her team exceeded my expectations is putting it mildly. I was visiting from Georgia and I stayed longer than planned and had to cancel my appointment at home. I was greeted by her and introduced to her husband and assistant. That gesture made me feel very welcomed. The salon atmosphere is very light and airy as well as relaxing. Lisa's attention to detail was unmatched. From putting a clear mask over my eyes while she was cutting my hair and coloring it, to constantly wiping and checking that color did not land on my skin was a first. The night before my appointment, she asked for a picture of myself and photos of what I would like so she could review before I had the appointment. I walked in and we had a great conversation of what I wanted and then she gave me her suggestions. The entire time she was working on my hair she was photographing and accessing. I been going here for awhile now. Eric and Lisa are both very nice people. I feel like these last two times I have gone to get my hair done that I have been overcharged. Today I really wanted to get a trim and Lisa cut off 2 inches which I was happy about. My hair is usually 70 dollars but it ended up being 120 dollars because I asked for a cut. Never in my life have I ever heard of a cut being 50 more dollars. Now I have heard of a cut being 10-20 dollars more but I was shocked at the price. I paid for my hair since it was already done but I don't think I'll be going back anymore. I am really disappointed. read more

Another salon in the area messed up my daughter's hair highlights. We had two choices: 1- wait until Tuesday for the previous hairdresser to fix her hair for free or get it fixed today. She said, "As a Christian, I have to be honest with you. Your hair isn't that bad and you can save your money & be patient. I'll teach you how to curl your hair." Lisa is an amazing hair artist! My hair required a lot of work because I had bleached and toned it at home many times for years before finally deciding to go into a salon again. I knew my hair was pretty damaged, but she was very patient and gave very high quality treatment so my hair wouldn't be affected by the chemicals much. Also want to add that I got balayage done and it required a root touch up and toning first. The customer service is also amazing! She was fun to talk to and very friendly!
