I've been seeing Holly for three years now and she takes very good care of my hair. Plus the salon is so clean and very professional. Summer and Tennis....have to do something manageable ...oh I know micro-links. Well you know how they say once you go black you never go back...Well once you do micro-links u r hooked forever and you may never see your real hair again..my hair feels and looks so real and natural. My normal stylist was out and I wanted to get my hair pressed for an event and needed a trim. I saw pics on IG so I went for it. The appointment was fine but took way too long for a wash, hydration treatment, silk press and trim. I was there nearly 5 hours. I loved the haircut and how the press came out. Fast forward 2 weeks, I have severe heat damage to my 4C hair (some stylists think have to use extreme heat on my hair but this is actually not true) and this would be the reason I would not return. I am very sad that I have a head full of straight pieces The only other irritation that I had was I noticed SBD staff shoot a lot of IG videos of finished products but they don't appear to ask the clients before videoing. I stopped the video of my hair simply because he called the girl over to do the video without checking with me first. Also the video would have shown a really nice press and cut but the aftermath is a disaster would not be seen. My overall rating is a 3 star closer to 2.5 because of the damage. read more

I booked an appointment with the owner Chantelle. I was sure to pick a non busy time to get a true experience. I should have left after I had to sign a release form (to not sue salon) prior to any services being done. If I knew the non certified assistant was going to be the one to do my hair, I wouldn't have signed. The silk press was not a silk press lol. There weren't any products used, and the assistant did the silk press, the hydration, and the wash while Chantelle stood around keke-ing with the staff and staring at herself in the mirrors. When she finally came around to do my trim and make sure I pay, she was very unpleasant and had the worst energy ever. The assistant was nice but I did not sign up for her to do my hair. Honestly.... I'm not sure where to begin. They were all really nice and pleasant to me during my visit. I got a walk in appointment today with "D". I brought my niece as well. She had me fill out a form with information on my hair. We both received wash, condition, steam treatments, and "trims" that turned into hair cuts. I literally enjoyed my visit up until the hair cuts. They were all very warm and personable. But I hate how much hair D cut off. I feel like we agreed to one thing and I ended up with something much shorter. I'm extremely upset. For $215 for two heads I'm unhappy with how my hair look. She made it seem as if what she'll cut off would be better looking than me just trimming what needed to be cut (just the unhealthy ends). I would visit the salon again but I don't think I'll ever be comfortable letting her cut my hair again. I literally left the salon in tears. I'm still crying as I'm writing this. I get that it's just hair but it's my hair and I'm highly upset. Based off of the hair cut I took away two stars. She said it would be to my collar bone. My hair barely/just touches the bottom of my neck. I'm honestly angry and disgusted that she got so scissor happy! Not to mention I was her last client. she literally flew out the door to leave. It wasn't much conversation afterwards once she saw I was upset. Update: I called to complain the next day. The owner Chantelle called me back to help. She's so sweet and helpful. Omg, I wish I would've booked with her or anyone else in the shop at this point. Chantelle offered me micro links at a very discounted price. I was happy to see she was trying to fix the situation. I showed up a few hours later for D to install micro links. Let's just say it looks like my 10 yr old niece did my hair. It's an epic fail! Nonetheless I wasn't in the mood to complain any further. I put it in my mind, D must be a beginner stylist. You literally can see where my hair stops and the micro links start. Thanks to the ugly hair cut she gave me the day before. As I was sitting in her chair she was still very nice to me. She even tried to justify cutting off all of my hair. Which I know is a lie. I went back and looked at my before video several times. My front wasn't as long as my back but it didn't require an entire hair cut. My front could've grew out later on. Anyway I'm over this situation. She probably will never get my money again honestly. Another $80 wasted. I took away another star for these ugly micro links. I will update my review when I try another stylist there. As for now, DO NOT BOOK WITH D. You've been warned. Two days later: I can't believe my micro links started sliding and falling out. I'm honestly over this whole experience. Scratch what I said yesterday. I won't bother to book again. D ruined my Bella Dama experience. I'm just about bald headed now with sore patches from these awful micro links. I can't believe this happened to me. I'm seeking a full refund for my money. I now have to wait probably a year to get my hair back the length it was. I took off another star at this point. My scalp is sore. And I just noticed my cut is uneven. Love it here. Everyone is very kind and the stylists are very knowledgeable and they will not have you looking like a fool okay!! You know how some stylists be like "oh yea girl it's cute" but really it's not .... Yea you won't find stylists like that here. I feel that from what I've seen, not just on myself but on other clients as well, the client gives the stylist and idea and they tweak it a bit to fit the face of the client so the style is nice on them. Products. I'm very please and I must say they do smell amazing. I'm happy with SBD and even though the prices maybe up there, I don't mind paying for quality .. and that what I get. Quality, kindness, knowledgeable stylists, clean salon, and there's a Starbucks on the next block. LOL read more

The salon is located in a shopping plaza with Publix, Willy's, Einstein Bagel and several other shops. It's upstairs and has a chill environment. I had an afternoon appointment during the week and there were only two stylist there. 3 shampoo bowls, several styling stations and a waiting area in the front. The last time I visited this salon was many years ago when I wanted to chop all my hair off. Went in with longer hair and told the stylist to do what she pleased with a short cut. A stylist's dream so she was game. My hair turned out amazing!! I remember getting complimented regularly. So when it came down to getting it cut again, I didn't look any other place. Booked an appointment with Bri. I'm familiar with her work from Instagram so I'm pretty stoked! I'm also nervous....my hair has had a lot of damage and breakage and I wasn't necessarily looking to cut it so short but has to be done. I show her a picture but also say I'm open to whatever she feels is best. She offered a relaxer but I've been natural for almost 9 years so I declined. She took her time and seemed to really think about the best style to give me, which I appreciate. My cut turned out great!We'll see how well I'm able to style it. Lol I came to the salon on a very rainy day, like a down pour almost the whole time I was there. It was sprinkling by the time I left and although I had an umbrella and a rain coat, she gave me a shower cap for the rain. I always leave here extremely happy! I scheduled my first appointment with Holly. I walked in and checked in. I filled out paperwork on my hair. I was seated at a sink for one of the assistants to detangle and wash my hair. She was very rough with my hair. This was painful and I couldn't wait for it to be over. Holly applied my color. They had a guy who came in and offered to bring the ladies food. This was definitely a plus. I was starving at this point and had time to eat while under the dryer. Another assistant blow dried my hair and Holly straighten and trimmed my hair. It came out so beautiful! I came back a month later, but was unable to see Holly. Lanna straighten and styled my hair. I definitely did not leave disappointed. I love this place. It's clean, the music is great, and my hair is always on point. It's definitely worth the hour drive. read more

After wearing protective styles for several years my natural hair and edges were in poor shape. Although I had length my natural hair was very dry and brittle. I was very frustrated and fatigued by its condition and decided to just get a "relaxer". When I arrived Amber (Chantelle's assistant) advised me that I didn't need a relaxer. She did an excellent job washing/conditioning my hair. Chantelle was very concerned about the condition of my hair and answered all my questions and she also educated me on how damaging relaxers can be. She pressed my hair with such precision. I ended up with a beautiful bob cut and a press and I was ecstatic with the results. The atmosphere of the salon is very fun! Great old school music and courteous salon staff. I have already set my next two appointments. I look forward to getting my hair healthy again!! read more

Poor communication from receptionist! Very nonchalant when she makes mistakes that can cost stylist a customer (It did). Did not get what I came to get on my birthday ! Microlinks on a track rather than asking which technique the customer wanted - IDIDN'T KNOW there were two. Neither does the stylist's receptionist! After various emails and calls...I get a style that I'm unhappy with! THANK GOD I don't celebrate birthdays, because this would've really fucked it up. read more

"I'd rather not deal with you anymore..." are the words from a so-called professional stylist here name Jasmine. The blame for her faulty work and attitude is placed on me since I sat with a tilted head (so she says). I don't excuse this one moment. The real situation is amateurs mostly operate the salon. I can say with assurance the stylists feels the salon's reputation is long enough that they can treat customers with any behavior. Jasmine bragged about how the master stylists are "Instagram famous." It's sad when a salon thinks they're famous because of a presumably large social media following. In turn, customers aren't respected nor valued. I liked Jasmine's technique my first visit. I tipped well based on my liking. She changed the technique my second visit. It's not terrible; it just needs correction. I politely called once I noticed the issue. I informed her of the problem and initially she was willing to help. It changed when I said I can't immediately turn around and I'd rather not wait for days. Her demeanor changed, she claimed I'm no longer welcomed and offered a refund. I questioned why the sudden switch and she hung up on me and refused my calls for minutes. I called back and received an answer. Jasmine mentioned I'm at fault and was firm on my unwelcome in her chair. The phone was handed to someone else to issue the refund. Jasmine and the team began laughing as the phone was handed off. Apparently, this is amusing and probably usual. I can't support this place. Imagine had I been present and had an equal attitude. She'd be prepared to assault a customer, no doubt physically. I can easily see the situation escalating with a different customer especially in-person. I do not recommend this place considering the thin-skinned, impatient, ill-bred, and unprofessional staff members. I'm not even upset just highly disappointed. read more

The worst salon experience ever. I went in Friday morning to have a consultation and I spoke with the owner. I have natural short hair that I'm growing out and I wanted color. I had about 25% old color on my hair and wanted a single process to blend with my roots. I explained I wanted and was told to come back at 1 for an appointment with Bethany. Big mistake. She bleached my roots because she said I couldn't achieve a red without lightening my roots. This is where it went down hill. After my hair was bleached she added red washed it out and I had pink strawberry blonde roots and bright red ends. After the owner told her what color to mix and 2 hours later I have purple roots and dark ends. She offered highlights at no charge since she knew I didn't want dark hair. I don't know why she thinks I would ever go back. And I was given a 5% discount on the service. That was extremely insulting. The owner said they did a lot of color there...probably weaves and hair that can be thrown away after you wear it. At the end I'm hoping my hair doesn't fall out due to an inexperienced, horrible stylist, Bethany. Thanks for nothing. read more

One star is too much. I waited to write this review for a few reasons. I made an appointment to get my hair and extensions washed. I have microlinks installed which is something they claim to be experienced with so I figured why not let them wash my hair since I'm no good at washing my hair with the links in. So I go to wash it. I booked my appointment with the owner who I think is Chantelle? She looked at my hair and passed me off to someone else to shampoo it which is normal. But then when the shampoo was done, I got in Chantelle's chair and she decides to let the shampoo girl blowdry it. First things first, if you're experienced and knowledgeable of microlink extensions, you know you are NEVER to put extreme heat on the link. It melts the keratin bond that holds the hair together. Chantelle blowdried a portion of it before handing me off the shampoo girl who finished it off then put me under a blowdryer. After that, Chantelle decided to flat iron the LINKS which burned one off and she blamed the link for burning her hand. It made the extension and my hair come completely off in a crisp. She waved the burned extension in my face as if it was funny and continued to burn the links. One glance in the mirror and I saw the keratin bond melting into my hair. She gave up, bored of my hair not even half way through and went to tend to a wig she was making for a customer who was not even there. I was there for about 5 hours while she let the shampoo girl do my hair. She tugged and pulled (again, do your research, you do NOT PULL on microlinks) on the links and curled my hair with an extremely hot curling iron doing a strand by strand which took HOURS!! I even spoke up saying she was hurting my head and BURNING my extensions. My cry for help was ignored. The hair looked great but that's just the only upside to this. she then took pictures of me and posted them on the salon Instagram and photoshopped makeup on my face as if I was not pretty enough without the makeup. It's 2014. Aren't women already told we need makeup enough as is by MEN? Anyway, fast forward a couple weeks where I give up and take the links out myself at home. I lost faith in trying to find someone else to wash them so I removed them not to find they had burned off nearly 7 inches of my hair. my natural hair goes about halfway down my back and my hair is now inches above my shoulders. it's thin, brittle, and you can clearly tell extremely heat damaged. The links were installed by a natural hair specialist who said I take great care of my natural hair but she was out of town when I needed the wash. It's unfortunate I subjected myself to this salon. They don't know a thing about hair care and treating healthy hair. They just know how to make it look pretty but you'll lose in the end with all the heat damage, carelessness, and lack of general hair care knowledge they have in this salon. Waste of time and money. If you have to go here, don't book with Chantelle. She'll pass you off while she chats with the workers and talks on the phone the whole time. That's years of hair growth burned off in this salon and I can't get a refund on damaged hair. read more

I've been going to Brianna for two years and she takes great care of my hair. My hair is definitely transformed from where it was when I started. She gives me tips on how to take care of it and always makes sure to do whatever is best to keep it healthy. I've also gotten weaves from Holly in the past. One in particular was sewn in so well I was able to keep it for about two months and I didn't have any damage when I took it out. The stylists are very informative and helpful. read more

I've been here three times before and up until my last visit I've had an excellent experience which is why I'm split on the rating . Keep in mind this was around a year ago and I've only decided to give a review now that I'm not nearly as mad as I was at the time. New to the area, I found the reviews online and decided to give this place a shot. First visit my sister and I went in for a relaxer touch up. Lovely place, the young lady helping us was very attentive and even offered advice with our hair. Quicker than our usual 4 hour ordeal we decided this would be the one. Next appointment same young lady (I forget her name, she was in school) helped us and remembered every detail of our last visit and again I had a pleasant experience. Hands down made my hair feel the best. No one since can compare. With my relaxer treatments going well I decided to try another service. At the time I decided to try a sew in. Being my first time getting one i was unsure of what to do. My hair was colored up to the roots a few months before so I was wary it wouldn't last but decided to go in anyway. Before the appointment the woman (I'll withold her name, hopefully she's improved) looked over my hair and asked some questions. I informed her this was my first time getting weave and asked if my hair would hold up due to the bleaching. She felt it and said it would be fine. Nerves settled I'm in the chair for braiding (pre washed at home). While new to weaves I was very familiar with braiding having worn many styles from kindergarten through 8th grade and thought it was a bit odd it was swooping around into a small ball near the top. I ignored it and let her do her thing. The overall process of braiding and sewing took around 5 almost 6 hours with the same woman doing my hair the entire time. Having been my first time I figured it was average until going to two other locations and having it be 2 or 3 max with a full studio. When she finished I saw it and was very pleased. It looked amazing and for the price (they had a deal where it was 180 for a partial tuesday/Wednesday but discounted me further to 140) I thought it was great at the time. That night I couldn't sleep on my left side due to the bump of the braids near the top. After a few days one of the tracks came loose. After two months it was unwearable. Went to a new shop to take down and put it back in (they tried but some of my tracks had been cut into tiny pieces apparently) and discovered her assumption that my hair would hold was dead wrong. So I was left with 5" of my natural hair (lost over 9"), bad weave and only a couple months of wear time. The 50$ weave shop left me with 8 months of good hold which is sad considering the huge price difference. I've vowed to never go back here in fear of wasting more money. I would still recommend the relaxer treatment however I've heard the young lady from before isn't there. read more

My stylist Darcell is the best. I have been in Atlanta 13 years and have been to the upperscale and ghetto salons in hopes of finding a stylist that can cut, color and style. Well today, I finally found her, she was professional and she was full of knowledge. I have fine, curly hair and people always plug me or burn my scalp when they curl my hair, because they don't understand my hair is so fine you can't deal with my hair like you do course black hair, I'm black but my hair is not very thick and course. I got the most beautiful color and cut and my hair felt like silk and was so shiny when I left. The salon is very clean and nice, they were all very friendly and the prices are really good for a top end treatment like I received today. Tell her Vinis sent you. Tried out Salon Bella Dama for the first time after I searched the internet for stylists specializing in precision cuts for short hair. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment the very next day with KENA. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment to a very bright, clean professional and quiet atmosphere. A few moments later I was met by my stylist who gave me a brief yet thorough hair consultation. I was very confident in my stylist abilities and was able to relax while she began. We had sporadic conversations throughout the process, but not overwhelming where I could not sift through and read my magazine. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly, I mean exactly what I told her to do. I left with a sharp cut that was light & fluffy with a natural shine.As a first time client I received 20% on my entire service. I was very pleased with my results and overall experience at the salon. I will definately be returning to Salon Bella Dama! read more

Though I had my first visit to Salon Bella Dama last week, I followed Nita to this salon. Every time I've had my hair styled by Nita, I always receive LOTS of compliments on how fabulous my hair looks and this visit was no different! Normally, I just get a shampoo and press but this time I got color - highlights and all-over color. My color is AMAZING!! Seriously, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my color, Nita! (And so does everyone else from random flight attendants to my family and friends!) There's no question that I'll be back to see Nita in the near future! :-) read more

My 1st visit to this salon I asked that my short natural hair be bleached/lifted and when i arrived on time for my appointment I met with the woman who would be styling my hair. She asked me to take a seat while she finished up on another lady, so I did. After about 10 minutes she gave me a form to fill out and she asked me to fill it out in another area which I complied, as I filled the form out and began to further read towards the bottom; I noticed there was a release part that negates any liability during the services rendered if your hair doesn't go the way you want/intend. I inquired with another employee immediately with this since I am unaccustomed with filling out release forms, the employee told me it was standard such as going to the doctors office or etc. I felt uneasy about signing away and if my hair in turn was messed up I am basically saying responsibility would not be taken by their part. The employee seemed to be very flippant and nonchalant about me signing stating I didn't have to but she wouldn't look at anyone's hair before they signed it. At that time I really felt uneasy, I began to think maybe this place has had a few lawsuits and this has become normal practice. I eventually signed b/c I really wanted my hair done blonde and set out this morning to have that accomplished so I gave it to the stylist I would be seeing. She seemed to look at me at this time and act hesitant to do my hair since I was apprehensive initially on signing their release form. She stated to me that it seems like i didn't know what I wanted and I explained to her that I had just cut out my locs I had had for 5+ years and before that time nor after was I used to signing release statements. I told her what i wanted, but she stated my hair was dry and she didn't feel comfortable doing my hair blonde today. She said I should just pick out a brown I feel comfortable with for a while b/c she didn't know if I knew being blonde with dark hair is a process. I told her I understand that I just don't want brown hair. She then touched my hair and told me she didn't even want to dye it brown and I should not get anything done today except a hydration treatment and maybe comb curls and if not that I should deep condition my hair multiple times in a row for a few weeks/co washing before coming back. I felt like this was a cop out at this point and I was severely disappointed. I just feel like i did not have this much issue when i went to another shop after visiting this one. The other crazy part was the stylist tried to tell me that my hair isn't curly and it looked straight which made me laugh because my hair is 3C/4A and it goes right back into curls as soon as it is humid out or it touches water. When I visited I hadn't washed my hair in about 2 weeks and I had half of it stretched into a ponytail and I had no coco oil applied at that point for like 2 days. I feel like the workers I dealt with were very elitist acting and maybe that's b/c she didn't truly know how to do hair. I am not saying being blonde is not a process I am just stating I feel they could have been less condescending and alot more comforting to a potential new client. read more

Hi I was in desperate need of a haircut and I needed someone who was good with short hair. I looked on the website and I was impressed with all of the stylist and I booked an appointment with Bethany Perry. I was a few minutes early and as soon as I walked in she took me to the chair and did a great consultation and gave me a great haircut and style. I will go back the salon was clean everyone was very friendly and I am really glad I went. I was in and out in an hour and fifteen minutes. This salon is awesome!!!!!!! read more

I would pass on this salon. Went on Friday for a rod set and color with Ianna. She left the color on too long so it was darker than I asked for. I ended up with two different types of curls--spirals on top and comb coils on the sides and in the back. I did not realize how ridiculous I looked until I got home. The salon can use some freshening up. Dryer and shampoo bowl chairs have several rips and need replacing. read more

I am originally from Atlanta but I currently stay in Jacksonville so on a weekend trip to Atlanta I decided to give this salon a try because I did some research and saw it had some positive feedback about natural hair. I have yet to trust any salon to do my natural hair from fear that they won't take the same precautions I would take and boy was I right. This salon seems like it is really good at weave and putting heat to your hair but basic customer service and shampooing, and conditioning is sub par. So once I arrived the place was very clean and I liked that and I was immediately seated at a wash station so that was a plus but that is all the pleasure I received from this visit. Once seated at the wash station it was like they forgot about me. I guess the shampoo girl can only do what the stylist tell her to do because she immediately started washing another girls hair who arrived after me. So I sit at the was station for maybe 15mins until someone starts on me. However, the girl go straight for the comb and is actually tugging my hair trying to detangle it, mind you its in a old wash and go so it's really kinky. I stop her and tell her I detangle my hair with conditioner and I get split ends very easily so if she could wet wash and condition my hair before detangling. She then replies, maybe it was just me but I think it was in a condescending tone are you sure it's not going to get matted and I'm like I'm sure it's not and she says oh ok like she doesn't trust me telling her about MY hair. She goes to wash and condition and says when it's all done oh you were right your hair is soft. No shit Sherlock! What took the cake was once i was finally seated in the stylist chair the shampoo girl comes back to detangle my hair because the stylist is still busy with another client and does so with a wig brush even though it was less kinky than it originally was she was still tugging my hair way too hard. I was only there to receive a crown braid and even that was sub par because the stylist didn't tell me to bring the weave that she needed to braid with so she used an extra pack she had but she only had one pack so my braid wasn't as thick as I wanted it. This is not a good hair salon for natural girls in my opinion it may have been because I was a new face because the regular clients seemed like they weren't having the same problems as me but that's all more reason not to waste your money or time. read more

I went to this hair salon a few weeks ago, and had a hair stylist by the name of Ronald did my hair. I had a shampoo style/flat ironed with a custom hair cut. First off, my appointment was at 10:00am, but Ronald didn't get there until 10:30am. When he finally came in at 10:30am he didn't even apologize for being late, and was to busy talking to the other stylists about his night before. When he started to wash my hair he started gossiping to me about another hair stylist that worked there which was very unprofessional. Then after, he put me under the dryer and had me sit down in his chair he started telling me he (think he STILL have the coronavirus, because he was sick for 2 weeks back in February). He started telling me how he didn't really need his job, and that he was working somewhere else before the salon. He told me the owner of the salon gave him a ultimatum to either work at the salon full time or quit. So he decided to work full time at the salon which I really didn't care to hear about. He did cut my hair into a really cute bob, but he sprayed to many hair sprays on my hair which made my hair real heavy. After he flat ironed my hair, I noticed when I left how my hair had a strong (burnt smell) to it. I don't know if he burnt my hair putting to much heat on it, or if the flat irons where just dirty. BUT............... The burnt hair smell didn't leave my hair even after 3 days of him flat ironing it, and it smelled so bad that I had to wash it out. I've also noticed since my appointment with Ronald my hair is shedding really bad, and comes out in large chunks when I wash it. I think he damaged my hair with all of the heat he put on it, because my hair was super healthy before I went to this salon. I have really soft hair, and it don't take much heat to press it out. Ronald was very unprofessional, gossiping about other employees at the salon, boasting on himself like he was doing the salon a favor working there, had my hair smelling burnt, and was acting too extra at my appointment. I really thought after seeing their amazing hairstyles on Instagram that, I would have a pleasant experience. It was neither of the sort, and I will never patronize this salon again in the future. read more

I went in to get a silk press and short haircut (pixie or tapered), but I was told that I would need to get my hair relaxed. I was typecast and told that as Black people our hair looks really nappy when we don't have a relaxer and it gets wet. I don't know why the owner would tell me that, obviously not all Black people have the same hair texture. She told me unless I was mixed and/or had really silly almost straight hair to begin with, it wouldn't work. I've seen plenty of natural sisters with those same haircuts and they just use flat irons to straighten it. But, she told me I would need to get a full or partial relaxer. My hair would've been just fine with the silk press and cut, I've seen it before. I agreed to just get my hair pressed and cut into a bob. I got the feeling that the one who did my hair (Brie) was a fairly new hairstylist because the owner kept having to come check and make sure she was doing my hair right. Before she even started on my hair, I told her that my hair was very fine. Most stylist would take this as a clue that they need to cut and style my hair to make it look fuller. Once Brie finished straightening my hair, she started to style it. The finished product looked like she just felt ironed it. It had no curls, no body, no style, it was so limp. First time customers are supposed to get a 20% off discount, but I still felt like she charged me more than what I was quoted for. I left feeling like I wasted my time and my money. I hated my hair. IF I ever go back to Salon Bella Dama I would let Holly do my hair, I was very unsatisfied with my hair. read more

I am so disappointed in this cut. I have (*HAD*) long hair and asked that the stylist preserve my length. Well, he told me he would take an inch off and showed me where he would cut to. That was fine. However, that's not what he did. He cut off three inches! It also has awful uneven layers and he tugged my hair so much that it's noticeably thinner! On top of that, when I came in I asked for a trim (the price listed is $20 for a trim and $35 for a cut)... Well, they ended up charging me $50. I would gladly pay another $50 to have my hair back to the way it was. :( read more

If I could give no stars I would. Spoke at length with someone from this salon about having issues with my extensions. Waited a week to get an appointment with the owner who know all about extensions but she never showed for the appointment and the staff let me sit there for 35 minutes without even investigating that my appointment was some how not on her schedule. She know everything about extensions but jack diddly about how to run a business. read more

Great experience! Ebony did a great job on my hair. She explained everything she was going to do and frequently asked if I was doing okay. My hair looked and felt so soft and amazing after she finished! The cut was really cute too. read more
