I have never been so relaxed after a spa treatment or massage. I felt cared for and the pressure was just right. The lady who did my service was so sweet and could tell I really appreciated her. I said thank you no less than a dozen times and laid there on the table with a smile. I want this weekly, forever. 10/10 would recommend to not just women but men too. This is too good to keep a secret, even though it's one large room with privacy curtains between stations it was clean, quiet, and I don't think I could rave about this experience more. If you're thinking about it, go. Seriously, you deserve this 90 minutes of bliss.

When Cheron called me at 9:10 I immediately apologized and even offered twice to reschedule if that was easier. Instead she just asked for my ETA in an irritated tone and said she'd see me soon. From the minute I got there the whole appointment felt tense. I asked for a simple trim, some face framing pieces, and something low maintenance since I don't spend a lot of time styling my hair. It didn't feel like a difficult request but I felt like my preferences were an inconvenience. Even the shampoo was so rough it was uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The haircut itself turned out nice but what really shocked me was the finish. I paid $150 and expected at least a basic styling. Instead, my hair was blow dried with her fingers... no round brush, no comb, no straightener, no curls. Nothing. I genuinely couldn't believe that was the finished result. I'm happy I ended up with a decent haircut but the overall experience felt uncomfortable from start to finish and nowhere near the level of service I expected.

The place itself is pretty cool looking (in a grungy kinda way?), but I feel that the place may not be clean as it should be. I could be wrong here, but I've seen dust on their surface and arty structures. Also, I really don't like how they blow dry and comb your hair with their fingers. Not just a little bit while blow drying...but all throughout! It just feels a bit gross. I mean, who knows how clean their fingers are! I also hate the way they wash your hair. They actually have a separate girl that wash your hair (instead of the stylists)...and this girl is just not good! She has zero strength in her fingers...and I hate the way she even touches your hair! Possibly THE worst hair washing experience (experiences) I've ever had in ANY salon. I can't believe someone that's actually hired for this job (hair washing) does such a poor job! Despite liking the location and pricing, service and overall quality is always an issue. I may give it another try...but if my thoughts and feelings are confirmed once again on my next visit, I'll just find another salon in the area.

The fade was mediocre and the blend between the fade area to top was very amateur level. I asked to point cut my hair to thin it out, but my hair was thick as hell after. Wife was not happy after this one. I guess depends on who cuts your hair, you can either get a decent one or shitty one. The ambience is ok, website design is attractive, they have drinks you can enjoy, but remember why you go to a barber - "to get a decent haircut". Don't think I will throw my money away like that. After 2 weeks, I urgently need a new haircut now. Will look for a new place. Feel like the place has gone down since early days. Disappointed.

I then resorted to texting to ask them and I typed out a clear and concise message that indicated that I was inquiring only and didn't intend on changing my appointment at that given time. The message read: Hii! I wanted to know that if I wanted to reschedule, would there be any penalty/issues? I don't know if I need to yet, just weighing my options. Alexis, the owner, told me there was no penalty and that I can reschedule online if need be. After speaking to the airlines to change my flight to extend my stay (for the emergency, my grandfather passed), I decided to try to simply reschedule my appointment for a later date. After having issues booking online, I decided to call back because the same thing happened with booking my initial appointment. And Alexis manually went into their system to change it, and thought that perhaps she could assist me again. Instead, she texted me an incredibly RUDE and insensitive text, following another that said that she cancelled my appointment although I never asked for her to do so. There was no apology, no customer recovery, nothing. Attached you will see the text messages, please read them. And please do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RESPECTED AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, because you will not get it from them. I really wanted to support a Black owned business, but there are others in the city that deserve the money that you'd spend here. UPDATE: Per the business owner's response (Alexis), she has made it even more apparent that her overall inadequacy and inability to thoroughly read, be honest, and even manage her books properly is alarmingly unprofessional. In the response (below), she claims that they "went out of their way to accommodate me past business hours," which is a prime example of her fragrant dishonesty. I simply asked her for whatever time that was available for my booking. I never asked for a time. Alexis took it upon HERSELF to book me at 6pm and not 6:30pm, as she claims. Please see below for proof of my statements via Alexis and I's text message conversation. In addition, I did call at least 4 times to try to be considerate, so I wouldn't cancel my booking. As I mentioned in my initial review, I had just received news of my grandpa's passing and had to change my flight to attend the funeral. When I messaged her (see texts below), I apologized for the calls and notified her of my family emergency-- which she chooses to ignore-- and even settled to come in for the appointment still because I didn't want to throw off their schedule. With the passing of my grandpa, I simply wasn't thinking of if the business was closed or not, and just wanted to get in contact with someone who could possibly give me information on rescheduling, if I decided to. Also, since when is calling a business when they're "not open" an inconvenience? If their contact number was solely their business number, someone calling during the daytime closed or not, isn't bizarre-- logically. Simply put, this all stemmed from a very prideful, egotistical business owner that refuses to own up to her mistakes and apologize for cancelling my appointment, when I only contacted her to get information on their rescheduling/cancellation policy. I believe that she may have trouble properly reading. During our entire exchange via text message, I was so kind to her. Never gave a rude or snappy response. So I'm unsure why she deemed that I wasn't a "good fit for their business." I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau on this matter.

I loved this place. the stylist (Carlee) new exactly what i was trying for and was able to show me how and what to use on my hair to get it to look the best. she made sure she was doing what i wanted throughout the haircut and didn't just wait till she was finished before asking me what i thought. another thing i loved about this place was when i first called to make an appointment i asked for a specific time, unfortunately that slot was already filled so i had to pick one later in the day, BUT when the time i wanted freed up due to a cancellation i was notified almost immediately and asked if i was still available to come in at my preferred time. i was really impressed that they remembered what time i originally wanted, and it showed how much effort they put into customer service. i know this salon is still new, but i highly recommend going!!! read more

I recently discovered this hair salon on Facebook, and I was impressed by the modern and clean atmosphere. Apparently, this place is under new ownership beginning of 2025, and the whole salon has been remodeled. The staff, mostly Vietnamese, were very friendly and patient. They took their time to wash my hair, which was incredibly relaxing. I also opted for a mini face massage/wash, priced at $30, and found the entire experience to be amazing. My hair color and cut turned out great, and the stylist provided valuable advice on hair care and recommended a Keratin treatment for my frizzy hair. read more

We called first but came in after 2pm per their request. They are open until 7 pm every weekday except Sunday at which they close at 6pm. Since most of the staff are Asian Americans make sure you communicate well how you would like your hair cut and styled. I got cut and color because a touch of grey doesn't suit me anyway. Having said that, we both were impressed with their professionalism and work. We think we got the same style as we would have at a higher price at a John's Creek or Milton salon for half their price. That said, we walked away pleased with our haircuts and plan to be a returning customer.

Highly recommend this hair salon if you want a trustworthy hair stylist who has much experience. She used to work in New York City and had a studio up there and has had over 25 years of experience. On my wedding day, Stella didn't rush despite having a busy morning. She prepared my mother's hair, my maid of honor's hair, and mine all in a row. It was 150$ total for the 3 of us. My hair was up in a romantic up do and stella even lent me pearl hair pins for my big day. She finished my hair in 1 hour and it stayed up all day to midnight. The look was elegant and complex and it survived the Atlanta humidity as my wedding day dragged on. I went in at 11 a.m. and hair lasted through midnight.
