I met Bruce through a coupon I found in a flyer. The first time I met him he was honest in telling me that my hair was a disaster. I totally agreed with him, which is why I decided to see him in the first place. I personally like Bruce and his candor. I have gone to other hairdressers in PHX after moving here from the Midwest. After being here for 6 yrs I could not find anyone who understood what I was looking for. Bruce on the other hand understood me, and was fantastic in handling my thick, Hispanic hair. A lot of people know how to cut hair "good", but Bruce not only is great at it there is something more to him. I always know when i go i will get the cut and treatments i love ( which always is done right), plus even getting great tips and tricks, BUT the special part is himself. Dear Ladies., I am writing in regard to a slamming and degrading review made about Bruce Craig and his craftsmanship. The remarks were uncalled for and could have easily been handled if dissatisfied with a haircut to remedy the situation. Bruce is a caring and professional man in every respect. My daughter, granddaughter, and I have for the last three years been going to this establishment because it is clean, private, safe, and very comfortable and relaxing. It is an escape from a world that is filled with many problems. The person who wrote this defaming report has a right to her own opinion, but to openly try to get people to join a coalition to discredit a hard-working accredited hairstylist is shameful and illegal. I had been referred to Bruce Craig by a dear friend and I do not regret this decision one bit. From the moment I walked in until I left, he was very attentive and personal making sure to take care of me during my entire stay. Having never had short hair before, I went in not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair, giving him full creative control he made feel comfortable in my decision to get rid of 12 inches of hair which had been something that I was nervous about getting rid after all this time. Bruce was recommended to me by a fellow worker as the best person/stylist to fix the mess my former "stylist" had created in my hair. I have been with Bruce 10+ years. He is the best! I have dark med brown hair. When I first started dying my hair in my early twenties wanting highlights, etc. I always came out with copper colored hair. Stylists would tell me it was my hair that would bring out that color.
