I am new to the state and needed a place that uses Eufora products since I've been using them for five years. I found this place thanks to the Eufora Store Locator online. I met with Emilee to do a consultation because I have an odd hair cut (an "extreme long-angled Bob"), and needed to discuss hair color planning to transition me back to my natural hair color. I clicked with her instantly--gotta love a hair artist that oozes knowledge, has a genuine smile, fun hair, and interesting tattoos. Luckily, I snagged an appointment on her books that same week thanks to a cancellation. I came into the salon, was greeted by name, and served coffee. Then got started with Emilee. I'm not sure of the technical language, but we did quite a bit of color work on my thick and coarse hair, then a deep moisture treatment, then a trim to shape up my haircut, and ended with a blowdry. I came in nervous about my first experience with a new hair artist in a new state, and I left a few hours later, happy and refreshed and looking good! I went to get my hair cut today and first of all it's like 2 mins away from My house, so that's a huge plus. Walking in I was welcomed by my stylist named emilee. And it was a very professional place. I had to do a "quiz" about my hair and ask about my hair and hair goals. Then we went and the stylist washed my hair and in the midst of it she gave me a head massage and a hot towel treatment, oh and before she started washing my hair asked if I wanted my feet up, like what?! All I could think the whole time was what did I do to deserve this? It was a very nice experience and all the other staff were awesome as well and I'd get any of them to cut my hair. My husband got a men's haircut at this salon. The cut was lopsided and the stylist did not trim his sideburns (even after asking her to do so), nor did she shave his neck. I called the owner - Faith to request a refund on the terrible haircut he got, but she refused to do a refund. I don't recommend this salon to anyone and he won't be going back. Now he has to go to another salon to fix this terrible haircut. Their website states they have wonderful men's services - this is not true. read more

They did a good job, but good freakin god. They charged me out the ass. $235 for hair bleaching and a trim. Like I know I have a lot of hair (it goes about to the center of my back), but that much?! Throughout my cut she was super kind, thorough, and dedicated to making sure my hair turned out the way I wanted it to. I have very long fine straight hair and she was extremely conscious of adding in my layers little by little to ensure it flowed great and was what I wanted. I seriously can't thank her enough for her amazing service. This was the first time she cut my hair, but it definitely won't be the last. So, this was my first time at this salon..and it was beyond expectations. To have a head and shoulder massage first, a detailed chat about my hair...then a wonderful shampoo and hot towel...then a great cut, a good finish...and all the while explanations on what Marybeth was doing, and what it would do for my hair..etc...it was just great. Faith is amazing, I saw faith for a long time until I moved an hour away. My wife actually has a hair license but will only see Faith for her cuts, style, color, or whatever else she has done. My wife works in Scottsdale and drives from Gilbert. Funny thing is, is she has clients that drive from Queen Creek and Peria to see her. Faith Fixes $15 haircuts. Mary Beth and Emilee have both cut and styled both mine and my child's long hair over a period of several years. It's hard for me to find someone who is consistently really good with layers and with my daughter's hair that is thin, cowlicky, and grows unevenly. All the hair cuts we've gotten here have been amazing. The cuts also grow out really well. I don't think you could really go wrong with any stylist at Salon Faith. Faith makes sure that her employees are well trained and does continuing education with them on, I believe, a weekly basis. They are at the top of their game. Side note- the Eufora products are great! If you spend a lot of time in a chlorinated pool and/or don't have the benefit of a water softener to help you cope with the super hard Scottsdale tap water, the nourish urgent repair shampoo (Eufora shampoo in the blue bottle) is going to be your hair's best friend. It strips all the minerals and chlorine out of my hair. What's left? Shine and body! It's expensive but worth it- plus a little goes a long way. read more
