Here is what happens every single visit: staff confirms my available credits at check-in, I receive my service, and at checkout I am told they do not know how to apply the credits. The manager is messaged and I leave without a resolution, every time. I have reached out following multiple visits and have not received a single response. This is not a one-time miscommunication. This is a repeated pattern of collecting monthly membership fees while consistently failing to honor what those fees cover. I have full documentation of every charge, every visit, and every unanswered follow-up. I would like this resolved.

And her facials - WOW! She uses a great product line - PCA Skin. I've already seen the difference in my skin. My pores have gotten smaller; the blackheads are naturally being forced out, and my skin is smoother. It's just amazing! The facials she gives makes you look like a new person.
