I was with a hairdresser for highlights 22 years and he moved back to his country and then i was with a salon for five years until i moved to Florida. i traveled back to NYC 3 times for highlights/ balyiage but it was becoming too much to do that trip for hair so i took a chance a PHE and i couldn't be happier. I had a consultation with Chris and Savannah and they were both super knowledgeable, they took their time and listened and made me feel comfortable that they could get the right color. i have very dark hair and grey and my biggest fear was having chunky orange highlights. Savannah ended up doing my color and it came out perfect. She also did it with speed and she was so relaxing and gentle on my hair. Sometimes the stylists twists your head and make you sit in uncomfortable positions but she was so gentle with my hair that i was almost falling asleep at some points I saw chris give a men's and a women's haircut while i was there and both people were incredibly happy. I loved my experience here. I've been going here for two years and you never know what you have until it's gone. I just moved to long island and have not found a place that can do my hair well. I miss this place. Should have written a review forever ago. I went here two years ago with a bad halo extension to help put in my thin fine hair for a wedding. My hair stylist was Iliana and she talked me into trying the itip microbead hair extensions. I was hesitant because I wanted to be able to remove the extensions if I didn't want them but I decided to give it a go. My friend had recently gotten tape in extensions and loved them. I didn't want tape on my thin fine hair since that would do a lot of damage. Iliana talked with me about the process and found my natural hair color and got them installed same day. I've had them ever since. I haven't had to change my hair extensions in two years and I swim, scuba dive and do all the things. They've changed color with my natural hair. And in my two years of having them, I only had one fall out ever. Never had any fall put when Iliana did my hair though!! Miss her! Wish I could find a place like this on long island! read more

She was very pleasant and explained the different kind of hair extensions she offers, and how micro beading works. I had a choice between synthetic or human hair. My hair is quite short and she explained that I needed layers, and that my hair will be a little past my shoulders with extensions. This is my first experience with micro beads, and since the human hair is guaranteed for ten years, I wanted to try it. I was a bit surprised at the price, but I'm happy to say, it's definitely worth it! August 31 2017, Allia had my hair prepared, and in about two hours my extensions were attached. My hair looked so beautiful!! It felt light, full and the color matched perfectly. I can't say in words how satisfied and happy I was when I looked in the mirror. I felt like a new woman! October 29 2017, I had an appointment for an adjustment. I had four strands that needed to be reattached. Granted my hair didn't look as good from when I had them put in the first time, but it still looked ok. I'm still learning about the process and I guess it's normal that after an adjustment, few of the strands will slip out. I was concerned and Allia said not to worry and to make an appointment to have them reattached free of charge. Today is November 29 2017 and I'm getting the extensions that fell out reattached this evening. So I'm happy about that. So that's where I am in my journey with Allia, and hair extensions. My overall experience with "Spoiled Rotten Salon" was definitely an A+ plus. If you are new to micro beads hair extensions, and are unsure wether or not you should invest in trying it, take my advice and go for it! I recommend Allia at "Spoiled Rotten Salon " Trust me, you will be happy you did! I will be giving another review after I have my extensions removed. I Scheduled an extensions consultation with Ellia after a friend recommended her and I was super excited! I did a lot of research online before I went into the consultation and she gave me lots of info regarding extensions as well. I read about the different types of extensions, the process, the different kinds of hair, the maintenance, and googled various keywords trying to get more info as well as inspiration or ideas. During the consultation, we discussed the different options, the different hair, and prices. A few days later I was back getting the extensions installed. Ellia was able to transition my hair from a grown-out pixie to long beautiful hair within a few hours.I get compliments every day and NO ONE can tell I'm wearing extensions. The attention to detail and customer service I received was top notch. The micro link method is very comfortable, easy to care for, doesn't use glue and does not cause as much damage as some of the other methods. There is minimal shedding in between maintenance visits (which is every 2 months) and she is happy to do touch-ups in-between visits.
