Angie Zerrato is really good a her job, unfortunately the woman at the register is not AT ALL. When I was ready to pay I handle my card and immediately she mentioned the shampoo and conditioner and when I said no, her face changed with "well, WE DON'T guarantee the job if you don't get the products", if the process is successful only because of the shampoos, then why I don't buy just the product? Besides that she ADDED AN EXHORBITAN FEE ON MY AMEX. I was paying $250.00 for the process, $50.00 tip and $25.00 for the shampoo only, which comes to $325.00 ONLY and she charged me $337.97 this is insane, I asked her and she said, "Well that is the credit card fee". I looked at the stylist and embarrassed she said with low voice, well, that is why is better pay in cash. This is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO THERE as the cashier is very fast on your credit cards. read more

I've had multiple cezanne hair treatments here and haircuts, always amazing!! I love how there's an entirely separate area for people who are getting the treatments so no one has to be around the chemicals. They rented out a whole other little store where you leave the salon and go a couple stores down to the other place. It's very professional and top notch service! I went here for the second time to see Lenda. I wanted light blonde highlights. My hair looks like I dyed it myself at home. I went back to get fixed and was CHARGED for them barely throwing in lowlights. Lenda should genuinely get re trained she is awful. I was treated rudely when I went back in even though everyone agreed it looked like crap. I was also overcharged but whatever I wouldn't care if it looked good. But it looks god awful. I do not recommend this salon. I should have known something was off after showing up and they changed our stylist. My daughter asked for curtain bangs and long layers. I showed a picture as well. Kristin said she had 20 years of experience and knew exactly what she wanted. She did old school layers and it was completely uneven. She created a choppy look on beautiful soft wavy hair. Horrible. I blame the salon owner George who was listening and did not step in to say sorry we can't give the hair style you are requesting. He should know the capabilities of his stylists. You'll never get repeat business this way and is probably why they are offering discounts to bring in new clients. This salon is not up to date on latest trends and styles. I went to get haircut n keratin treatment last Saturday. Nasrene cut my hair very short n the treatment damaged my hair too. After the first hair wash when I called to inform them about my hair damage, Manager Jerry told me to visit them, I thought he will help me fix it.. When I went there again today, he was very racist and said that I was not his client and that he doesn't know me and my hair were damaged already before the treatment. His remarks were so rude and unkind that I just left from the place. I wasted my $300 at this place and got mistreated. Infact they are not hygienic at all..I saw them using the same tools for all their clients without sanitizing the tools before use. Worst service ever. read more

Stay away from this salon at all possible costs. I got a curly cut and semi-permanent color with Nez. I am happy to report that the cut itself was great. But the "semi-permanent" color she gave me lasted 6 days, and my hair was then back to my original color. No, I did not wash it at all with shampoo. I called the salon owner for a refund, but since I do not live in Florida and was only visiting, they could do nothing for me from afar. I didn't think this was fair, but over the phone the manager, Jerry, told me that there was no way I could prove my hair was back to its original color so it was only "hearsay." He hung up in my face. TLDR: "Semipermanent" haircolor lasts six days even without being washed. Manager refuses to compensate me and belligerently tells me he doesn't believe my "hearsay." Hangs up in my face. Check my review history - I have historically had pretty awesome experiences at salons and value the work of stylists and salon owners... I would advise anybody to seek services elsewhere, as management and stylists do not stand behind their services - and to top it off, treat customers inhumanely. read more

This has been the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I stopped by for a DevaCut, Nesrene did a terrible job on my hair. I contacted DevaCurl they instructed me to contact the salon and get a refund. I followed their instructions. George Ryan (owner) asked me to text him before and after pictures of my hair. When I stopped by for a refund they would not do it. Then he attacked me via text msgs. This company is out to get your money. You would think they would be apologetic about the situation. The owner called me names and said I just wanted my money back. If you want a DevaCUT do NOT go to this salon. They do not know what they are doing and do not care about the clients. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Got my hair cut there a couple times and it was pretty good, third time, same guy, completely messed my hair up. One side of hair there's a hole where you can see my earring, the other you can't and it's so uneven, long hairs, short hairs, it's so awful it looks like a child got scissors and did it. I couldn't be happier with the friendly staff and excellent service I received. I booked an appointment for my sister and myself to get our hair repaired from the months of neglect, due to the quarantine. We both got full color and she got partial highlights, we both got cuts, and Sidney was even nice enough to squeeze my daughter in for a cut too! Everything is sparkling clean inside and all the masked employees run around sanitizing everything. Perfectly safe social distancing. I was thoroughly impressed.
