Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. She'll be upfront when telling you what needs to be done to get your goal hair, so I let her take the reins and I've never been disappointed. (And of course I said yes because I rock Ariana Grande pony tails and buns like it's my job) and then asked me if she wanted some highlights on the underside of my hair so they'll show when I wear it up.
