I got a half up half down but the student could see the teacher was struggling and walked away several times during my session my student was not confident at all and couldn't put my hair in a ponytail tight enough. When I left and woke up the next morning to top half of the half up half down came off my natural ponytail and I called the owner and told her what happen.
