I like it cause you can book online, as well as call but it's easier for me to book and change online. they send reminders 48 and 24 hours before. The receptionist is kind, and I've only had to wait for my appointment 1 time and my stylist found someone else to help get started. It is expensive, VERY expensive - it might be the only negative to the place and why I have a 4 star. They have a menu for drinks as well, if they gave you one free drink while getting your hair done it would help at checkout.

Perhaps, she charged it " à la carte" instead of the combo listed online. I'm still not sure it would have came to $175. And I didn't actually get a style, no flat iron or curling iron. She did blow it dry, but she said she had to so she could cut it dry. I went in expecting full foil, which I know would have cost at least $175, so the price itself is not the issue. It is the price for the service I received did not match the online price. And seems a bit steep considering a full foil, cut and style (listed as flat or curling iron) is only listed as $185.
