I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences.
