That dentist told me I would need ALL this very, very expensive dental work immediately. I felt weird about it so I waited a week to see Dr. Kennedy when he came back into town today. He looked at X-rays and my teeth and said I absolutely do not need the expensive dental work the other guy said I needed. Totally trust Dr. Kennedy and the staff. 100000% recommend to anyone. My mother has never been so upset and neither of I as we rushed her to get there thinking it was some sort of scare from the doctors office since they don't do telehealth they're acting like it was necessary for her to get there at their time as they didn't even have any of her documents correct. Be aware of this doctors office as they will get you confused with another patient at all times as I've listened to every conversation. It's a disgrace and the fact that I brought it to their attention. They hung up with me over the phone. I am in fear for my life with this office and the fact that my mother had to go through such a traumatic experience. This is not how anyone should speak to their elders.

I did both a massage and facial. My friend recommended Sarah for my massage, who was very good. I added on the essential oils which made for a relaxing addition. Afterwards I returned to the lobby to wait for my facial-- this to me could have been a better experience. I feel like a room in the back would have been better because going back to the busy lobby made me kind of come out of that relaxing zone. Plus, it didn't seem like my esthetician even knew I had an appt beforehand, which I think would have just made more sense. But anyway, my facial was not something I would have chosen for myself as I've never been a big fan of them. It has been probably at least 15 years since I'd had one because I have very sensitive skin. I tried to explain this to my person (forgot her name) and it felt like she was taken aback by it. The facial started out feeling like a sales pitch, which I didn't like. The facial itself was mostly relaxing as they include some massage in it.
