I believe we still had a minute or two before our appointment time so next time I'd appreciate it if we weren't rushed to our seats when choosing a color. Disgusting Hygiene: The technician shook out a dirty towel right in front of me and used that same towel--covered in nail dust--to wipe my hands with just a bit of water. It was incredibly unsanitary. 2. Rude Service: There was no verbal communication at all. No "left hand" or "right hand" please. She just grabbed and pulled my hands around with body language, treating me like I was a pet. 3. Poor Quality: If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on paying customers. The skill level is just as bad as the attitude. My nails are ruined, and my mood is even worse. A total waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

During a leave of absence , I saw a different hairstylist (a level 2) stylist for a cut, and balayage. During the consult, the stylist seemed confident about being able to help me achieve what I wanted. Which was more than reasonable and should've been able to be achieved because frankly it was just like a caramel balayage, nothing crazy. I did not feel that my layers were adequately trimmed. They were not even and my hair felt rough ... my hair looked healthier before the haircut. The balayage technique was not actually even applied. The stylist performed a partial. I went in with level five hair and still came out with level five hair after being in foils for a couple of hours which never happens. I'm always able to get great results with lightning my hair. I left feeling extremely disappointed. When my husband came home, he automatically just said " oh, did you cancel your hair appointment? I thought you were going to the salon today?!" And I had to explain that I did, but he said it looks like nothing had been done. I did reach out a week later, a master stylist reached out to me to fix my hair. Ultimately in the end, I know that the stylist did all they could with what they had to work with to make it look decent. The "fix" was just as disappointing. I have literally spent my entire summer trying to get my hair to heal from this experience. And between the cut and color I spent a lot of my hard earned money to not enjoy the results or frankly the experience. This all happened a couple months ago back in June. I wasn't sure about writing a review, but after taking some time to think, I thought it would be best to let everyone know. Also, I'm not sure if they started using different hair color, but their toner washed out really quickly. Like after one wash. I've always enjoyed most of the stylists here, but if you're gonna spend the money here, really do your research on reviews and book accordingly.- I highly recommend Crystal! She's the best!
