This is the worse hair experience I've had. I wanted to deep dark brunette color, and I already had medium/dark brown hair. The stylist asked me how I felt about a little red in my color and I said why not. It has been one week and ALL of the red dye and brown dye washed out of my hair. Each time I washed it with my expensive color care products more and more dye came out. The dye is all over my towels. Now I have brassy light brown hair. I'm devastated. I don't have endless money to fix this. It was $273. I called the salon and left a message. They never returned my call to offer to fix it. Bad, bad experience. I'm not naming names bc that's not cool, but please heed my warning. They don't know what they're doing.

It's located inside a boutique salon, which made the experience feel more personal. I arrived at 9:30 AM, and Lucy was incredibly kind and welcoming. I showed her an inspiration photo and explained that I wanted layers in the back and framing in the front. She listened carefully and immediately understood the look I was going for. She started with a hair wash, and the shampoo and conditioner felt amazing. The salon itself was super clean and well-kept, with plenty of chairs throughout. What I really loved was that Lucy brought me into her own private studio space,almost like a smaller room within the salon. There was extra seating as well, so I was able to bring my mom with me, which made the experience even nicer. Lucy was extremely positive, super talkative, and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun. My hair turned out looking so healthy and refreshed, and she also recommended several products to help keep my hair in great condition. Overall, I would absolutely recommend booking with Lucy.
