Winter has been so blah and so has my hair. She was quick with wonderful suggestions and got right to work mixing up color. I'm extremely upset about my visit to the salon. On the website it says that a haircut is $37 so you'd think that's what I'd be charged right? Nope. I was charged $60 to get 1.5 inches off my hair and that is it. No layers, no styling just a trim. I feel taken advantage of and used by the salon. Maybe they failed to warn me on the phone that Susan charges more or maybe it's because when she asked me what I was charged in Seattle for haircuts in the past I said $60. Either way I'd consider that being taken advantage of. When I confronted the receptionist about this she acted as though she could do nothing so I had to stand there and pay $60 for a simple haircut. You bet there was no tip added. Never coming back. On to the next salon. read more

I seen on the reviews that this salon had almost 5 stars so I decide to book with them for the first time. Worst mistake ever! I booked for a trim and bangs. Not that hard. The inside was really nice I give them that and so was the staff but my poor bangs, I could cry! The lady who cut my bangs took WAY to much hair! My hair is super thick so to cut that much for bangs was a HUGE mistake. They start almost to the middle of my head! I WILL never cut my hair there. I am stuck putting my hair up most the time because of my ugly bangs! I will never get my hair cut there. read more

Just got back from having my hair cut by Nora and this is one of the best cuts I've had! The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. I called to make an appointment for a Saturday and then called back and asked for an appointment for Wednesday with Wednesday being the next day. They got me in and were super nice. Nora does a great job getting a feel of what you want and what you need from your hair. She did an excellent cut and then went on to teach me how to get my hair curly. I loved the education portion of the appointment and they do bang trims for free in between cuts. read more

Awesome. I have curly hair and haven't found anyone who can cut it as well as Nora! She gave me the best haircut I"ve ever had...I love to get my haircut and love to try new places. I'm only going to Nora from now on though. Once I had to wait (she ended up going later with previous coloring appointment) and she gave me a free hot oil treatment. Reasonably priced as well.
