This was easily one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had in a salon. Saw Merrika today, and I don't think I've ever had someone take such amazing care of my hair (including myself)! Everyone was super friendly and comfortable to be around. They actively listened to my vague and unhelpful thoughts about what I wanted done with my hair, and through some magical miracle, set me up with a whole new look that I absolutely adore! Boy, am I over the moon about this place! Just moved here from California and after reading reviews online I decided to try it out. For my first hair appt I decided to go balls and get three different colors at once, plus a hair cut. Reina and Emily not only rose to the challenge, they hit it out of the park. I had dark brown fine hair when I went in and now I have long full blended layers & fringe bangs, and super skinny blond lights on top, alternating chunky cherry red and black underneath - It's just punk rock enough for a 30-something housewife to feel like a million bucks but not look like I'm desperately trying to hang on to a fleeting youth. Also got a full set of lash extensions done today. I've had lash extensions on for about two years now and never had a problem w them falling off prematurely until I moved to Idaho and saw another lady. Before resigning myself to a bleak and lashless existence, I thought I'd give it one more shot w a new salon and I am so glad that I did as they are staying put and look exactly like they did before I moved here. Ashley was able to achieve the Same effect of a 90 min appt in less than half the time. She far exceeded my expectations. Cherry on my sundae of today: customer loyalty discount cards. . I came home with a bag of retail goodies and came in so far under budget that I was able to stop and shop for some new threads on my way home. New town, new hair, new lashes, new products, new threads - I. AM. A. HAPPY. GIRL. I'm looking forward to next week's appt (hair conditioning mask & mani pedi) This place is affordable enough for me to schedule some type of pampering service weekly. I am so grateful to have found Reina! She worked magic on my hair! I was so nervous to begin with because my hair was severely damaged last Christmas from being over bleached. It was dead and I have spent a fortune on products, techniques, and treatments, to no avail (over $1100.00 in less than a year). Reina colored my hair a beautiful dark brown, more my natural color. At first, it was a shocker because I had been living as a blond with highlights for years. I actually have come to enjoy it now that it has settled in over the last two weeks. My hair feels and looks a lot healthier. I am so thrilled. I have received several compliments on my new hair, even had a girl take a picture of it, and it has been awhile since that has happened due to all the damage. My hair was a total nightmare and I had been to two other stylists before finding Reina. My only complaint was the price. I was given a price when the appointment was made but it ended up being quite a bit more at the end. But after spending all of that money over the last year, another bundle to have it fixed was worth it! Super friendly and knowledgeable! I called in for an appointment for a trim and extension consultation and was scheduled with Chloe. I told the lady on the phone I have very curly hair and would prefer someone with experience. Of course she assured me all the stylists are experienced but that Reyna is always there to assist if need be. Reyna checked me in and offered me snacks, drinks, she was super friendly. Then I met Chloe who was also great! They really take their time to talk to you and ask exactly what look you are going for and what you are wanting out of the extensions. This Salon is the worst... I went in for hair extensions expecting quality hair and a decent stylist.. Oh my god I got quite the opposite! It was seriously traumatic for me- I've never had such a horrible experience with the 30+ years I've been getting hair extensions...My opinion? The owner is a hustler and good at her game.. She claims to be the best and she claims her hair is Remy hair when actually it's probably the lowest quality hair you can find...I paid over $900 for her to rapidly twist hair into mine.. Was it fusion ? I don't know.. I couldn't get a receipt from her or anything to show me what kind of hair it was or that I even purchased any service..Odd?! Also I should mention the hair she sold me was an ugly color ... I never had a dirty blonde color set of extensions before- I hated it ...there were no bright pretty blonde pieces at all ...but she kept trying to tell me that it would match my hair and I didn't want it to look FAKE so I really needed to go with her suggestion...UGH! I didn't want ugly dishwater blond hair..plus she didn't blend it with my own hair - NO Haircut or syle to blend in with my own hair IT LOOKED RIDICULOUS! I had to go in the next day and ask for a haircut and style.. She did it quick - Lying to me throughout...not answering my questions about my hair extensions -the pricing discrepancies were bad.. she made me feel like I was crazy- I know what she quoted me.. why did it change?? She even Lied when I asked her if she freshened up the back layers- I knew she didn't I was watching her... LIAR! Does she think I'm blind or not paying attention?? and to top it off...I was charged more money!! Unbelievable true story..she also told me I was lucky I didn't get charged $1200 for the full set ..uhhh seriously!? I wonder has this woman ever been to a professional stylist convention.. or actually had any Professional training?? I'd like to see her credentials..I lived in Las Vegas over 10 years and have had beautiful extensions put in by top stylists- for less than $700!! Nothing like the MOP that she glued to my head - The mop hair actually started to fall out within a few days...and only lasted about 3 weeks total. . I took the remaining Few out myself it was AWFUL..Her salon charges and I wasn't going to pay $500 to go back into her salon and have them removed..How much for MOP removal?? It varies...The prices changes.. sometimes it's $150..sometimes it's a $1000 sometimes it $500..Just to REMOVE. Wow!! I guess customer price depends on what her financial needs are at the time..? IDK but her hustling days need to be over I AM FURIOUS!! I know now that im not the 1st person to have this experience..and Im hoping nobody else falls into this Scam artists Trap!! ( Yes it's that badd..) So I'll post my yelp and yes I will be surprised if this post last very long... My wish is that nobody else has to endure the same kind of treatment and the emotional and financial stress that it causes. Thank you read more

I have never received the level of customer service from a salon that I get at Extension Addiction. Every time I have been in, I have been blown away by how great the staff makes you feel. I went and had my hair colored at Urbana Salon in Spokane Washington that was a huge mistake. My hair was so dry, my scalp and forehead had chemical burns, and my hair was bright yellow at the roots and at the nape of my neck, but grey on the ends. I went to see Chloe at Extension Addiction to have a color correction. Honestly, I didn't think that my hair would be able to be salvaged. She was able to fix it and actually got it to the color I wanted originally, platinum blonde. She was so professional and explained everything that she was doing in addition to doing a thorough consultation prior to bleaching my hair. The staff there was fantastic as well. They asked me several times if I wanted coffee, water anything. They were just lovely. She was so thoughtful and kept asking if I felt any tingling on my scalp. I never did. She was just amazing and knowledgable. I cannot express how grateful I am for her and how my hair turned out.
