I have had Tiana do my balayage for a couple of years now when she was at Fantastic Sams. My hair never feels brittle or coarse, and I always get compliments on how soft my hair feels, even though I get my balayage touch-ups every couple of months. I was so glad Tiana let me know that she is now at this location. The location is conveniently located off the freeway, and there was plenty of parking available. The salon is gorgeous and has a nice, calm vibe to it. I asked Tiana to change up my balayage and wanted a honey color to it. Like always, she did an amazing job. I always blow dry and style my hair at home, so this is my hair after I've styled it. Tiana is a master of her craft. She's very kind, patient, and attentive. I highly recommend you book with Tiana. You won't be disappointed!

*AVOID THIS GROSS SALON!* Tamara, the most unethical thief and mediocre hair stylist I've ever come across in my entire life. She played games on my hair for 9 hours with horrific, striped 7-tone highlights, and told me my hair was "TOO GREASY" and I "SHOULDVE WASHED IT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT." She told me she was embarassed of her work and told me if she couldn't fix it, to just color it all dark again. She is NOT a master colorist nor a blonde specialist in my opinion. I got bullied and made fun of at work all week because of her botched job. She didn't refund me even half after I asked her all week. also do NOT drink the wine they offer, it tastes putrid, and has been sitting in the fridge with floaters for months. I wasn't going to write this, Tamara, but you blocked me and ruined my hair while stealing my money. Hope you learn how to be more professional.

I had my hair colored, trimmed and styled by Miana! I couldn't be happier! She helped me make a decision on a color and explained different kinds of coloring I could get. She did an amazing job and was even able to curl my hair exactly how I wanted. My hair is very fine and stubborn and she somehow was able to style it and color it perfectly!!!!She will be the only person I'll go to for hair services from now on. Also the salon was very beautiful and stylish and the chairs were very comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodative.The place is very well ventilated as well. Every time Hannah does my hair I always love the outcome! I always get compliments on my hair. She cuts and colors hair well. I have found it hard in the past to find a stylist that can do both well. I've been going to another salon for 10+ years in town. I really wanted to try another salon. I saw great reviews from Salon O and made an appointment with Alicia Hoskins. I was nervous at first, but I'm so happy I found her! She is not only an amazing hair stylist, but has really transformed my hair. She is a great listener and always gives me great suggestions, without any pressure! She is an expert colorist and really takes her time! I'm never rushed out of there! Haircut was fine but the lead up to it was not. Through Yelp, I specifically asked the salon if they applied i-tip hair extensions and the owner assured me that they did. I then called and asked again. I was assured again that they did, so I booked an appointment and I was told to just bring the hair extensions. I also asked if I could get my bangs cut during the visit (I explained that I had gotten a haircut 2 weeks before) and I was told that just bangs would be $25. Lo and behold, when I arrived I was told that no, bangs would actually cost the price of a haircut ($80), that they in fact did not install i-tip hair extensions and that for extensions, they generally only install them if they are purchased from their specific distributor. Annoying/irritating at best. I highly recommend that salon management thoroughly inform themselves on the services their stylists actually offer, as well as their policies and pricing. read more

The Salon is great. Feels luxurious yet comfortable. Brittany is amazing. Takes her time to truly understand what the client wants and goes above and beyond to make it happen. I have been going to Ashley for years now and I never have to worry. I've been going to Ashley for years, and I have wavy/curly hair so i alway used to worry about someone not cutting my hair right, however Ashley ALWAYS nails it perfectly. This time i decided to put color in my hair and OMG it was perfect! She took the time to listen to what i wanted and to perfect my color. Ashley is not only an amazing Hairstylist (especially if you have curly hair) but she is also professional, genuine and passionate about what she does. I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else. Had my hair toned in this salon! Alicia is the best and the sweetest! She took her time to discuss what i wanna do with my hair as im very indecisive .. I showed her 4 photos for reference and she definitely turned my hair to what I really really wanted!!! My heart is sooo happy :) Also, love all the products she recommends.. UPDATE: One last update as Kamryn clearly saw my updated review from this morning and wasn't happy about it. Ive attached a picture of said text below but would love to clear the air a bit. This whole situation started because I expressed my disappointment before even leaving my very first appointment and she didn't care to fix it. It was only after I left my first review that she reached out claiming how damaging it was to her and her business and she would fix my hair if I took the review down. Well guess what, she didn't fix my hair and reverted back to her original stance in me needing to pay to have it fixed. I literally told her today in her chair that that was not what we agreed upon and how unhappy I was with that. Guess she didn't hear me but I could have sworn she did with her go to response of sorry but she needed to be paid for her time and product tyrant once again. And harassment? Leaving a factual review with all of the details is not harassment. Here's a tip, conduct yourself in a manner you would feel confident about should it be reviewed! I would have never needed to throw this all out there if none of it happened! Also, it's amusing how you didn't deny anything in your text, you simply just didn't like that I put it out there. You had no problem with your sorry, better luck next time attitude when I expressed my disappointment in your chair today until you saw my review. Girl bye! I was never planning on coming back anyways, hence why I updated my review so I could give people my real experience today. Fed up. I am truly just fed up with this entire situation and lack of professionalism displayed by Kamryn. After my previous conversations with Kamryn and one of the owners, Kamryn reached out to my partner saying that she would like to fix my hair and schedule me for a test strip 4-6 weeks out from the time of my initial service and after the test strip appointment, we would schedule a time for her to fix my hair. Okay, great! Finally we're getting somewhere. At some point in the conversation I ended up just reaching out to her personally from my phone because her first reaching out to my partner and communicating to me through him made no sense. We were finally able to get the appointment for the test strip scheduled for today. Welp... what do you know. She dropped the ball AGAIN. She did a test strip for about 20 minutes (let me just note that whenever I've gotten my hair done elsewhere they have always left it on longer) and took me back to her chair. At her chair she showed me my hair which did lift some but not a bright blonde. Okay, no problem because again, the issue wasn't that it didn't come out as blonde as the inspo pick I wanted. The issue was that she bleached it, then over toned it back to a dark brunette. Which she even stated today that she understood why I was upset last time and that she toned it back too dark. Now here's my issue.... She said she could tone my hair overall to a copper color for free OR if I wanted to have my hair bleached again aka FIX THE ISSUE I WAS IN FOR, that her and the owner decided I would need to pay to have another service completed. So WHAT was the actual point of doing a test strip today if you never even intended on bleaching my hair and fixing it as you first gave the impression of? We could have completed avoided the test strip and she could have just said hey, I'm not willing to fix and redo the service but I will tone it again if you like. Extremely misleading and unprofessional. Once again she made she to point out that she would have to charge me again due to her time and product spent. Yeah we get it girl, you don't do this for free. But when you genuinely MESS UP and make a mistake, as a business owner/independent contractor it is only good business practice to take responsibility and fix your mistake. Stating that you were willing to fix my hair, would like to have me come in for a BLEACH test trip and then schedule a follow appointment from there and then telling me that you will not bleach to fix it unless I pay for a whole new service again after said test strip appointment is NOT fixing it. It was all just a sham to get me to delete my review which I am definitely not going to now. If the owner was aware of this as well then shame on this entire business. Every time I see someone requesting hair dressers or recommendations I will be sure to let everyone know to avoid Kamryn and Salon O in general. This is just ridiculous. read more

I was in dire need of a haircut and reached out to Salon O via Yelp. They were so quick to respond (2 minutes) and even squeezed me in for a haircut on the day off. Score! Walking in I noticed Salon O was extremely busy (huge plus) and receptionist was very friendly. She and my stylist Claudia graciously accommodated me and my toddler (hard to make time for myself with a two year old). Claudia made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and would even position my chair so I could get clear view of my son who was sleeping in stroller on the side of station I was in. Overall I am very happy I found Salon O in town and definitely plan to return. Only reason I didn't give them 5 starts is because I asked for more layers which I didn't get (noticed after I left). My hair looks good but I was just hoping for more body/layers. read more

I started with Salon O with Alicia in June of 2024, at the time I was looking for someone who could just keep up with my natural color hair and toot touch ups as I had always been use to Jet Black but I wanted to embrace my natural brown! I contacted salon O and spoke to Alicia and she got me in that same day which was awesome! she new exactly what I wanted and how busy my schedule is as I work far and would need a late appointment it was no problem at all! I have been a client of Brittany's at Salon O for a few years now. She truly listens to her clients and will offer her professional opinion and suggestions which are very much appreciated. She is gentle and thorough, start to finish. She always offers a water or coffee or tea and makes sure you are comfortable. I have never had a bad dye or cut from her. She worked tirelessly on a fall for me that has been a lifesaver and brought back my confidence. I am so grateful for her! Everyone I have ever interacted with at Salon O has been kind and pleasant. We recently moved to French Valley two weeks ago. Found my AMAZING stylist, Halie, here at Salon O. Halie knew what my hair needed from the start and put the BEST highlights and color I've ever had...and I'm so beyond happy with the way she cut my hair. Halie took layered it so nice, taking a lot of split ends and damage off without losing much length. She's a bright light with the warmest, welcoming heart. I just saw Hannah last week, as always, she did my hair beautifully!! She might be new to this salon, but she's the best and has been taking good care of my hair for years!! I have been following her wherever salon she's in because she's that good!! I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone ever BUT HER!! She's also good with kids because she gave my girls haircuts. My hair always looks and feels good after a service with her!! ‍ Her curls or blow out every service lasted longer than I ever expected. She's also a very warm, kind, and honest person. Hannah Alley has done my hair a few times now and I am SO happy that I found her! Not only does she make you feel warm and welcome with her first "HI!!", she makes every step of the process fun and relaxing, she gives one heck of a scalp massage in the wash bowl AND she is a stylist that understands that getting our hair done is a luxury, she doesn't charge an arm and a leg for her GREAT services. I still would NEVER recommend your salon. After your employees treatment and how unprofessional your salon handled the aftermath. I have to wait a whole YEAR for my hair to grow out to the length it was and the only reason you guys even "reached out" was in regards to my review. I'm not happy, but what can I do. Her blending skills were incredible, and she really knew how to enhance features without making the makeup feel heavy or overdone. The final look was soft and natural, while still giving that glamorous polished finish perfect for a special event. She created such a beautiful balance between elegant and effortless. Everything stayed comfortable and secure throughout the event. The makeup lasted and did not smudge or smear off. It's early March, I left DC for a quick getaway to visit my buddy Jason in San Diego and play some rounds of golf. This year's winter was extended and I was excited to finally come out of the DC winter hibernation. The weather was still chilly when I left so I was bundled up. In San Diego we played a round of golf in Encinitas and Jason decides we should pick up Ryan in Escondido, swing through Palm Springs for some desert golf and then hit Vegas and come back. I work for home and all winter I was hiding under hoodies, beanies and NorthFace. To say I looked like a distant cousin of the Geico caveman was not far removed from the truth. I told Jason; dude, I cant go to Vegas like this, I need to get my grooming locked in. I said I need a haircut, bad! Jason shaves his head so he had no hook up and suggested we grab Ryan and along the way and he may have a suggestion, if not, SuperCutz it is. I hit up Ryan and asked if he had a suggestion for a barber around his spot, towards Vegas and he said yes and gave me the number to the salon and said ask for Rose. I spoke to Rose and she was able to fit me in for a quick cut the next day. We packed up and headed towards Escondido, grabbed Ryan and swung by Rose's spot. Rose was super professional and nice. She greeted us, took me to her station and after some niceties, she asked what I wanted. I pulled off the beanie and kept my eyes on hers to see if she'd flinch. Rose did not judge me when the DC winter beanie came off and a mix of unkempt graying mane and pretty obvious signs of male balding patterns met her. She looked around my hair and asked what I wanted. I said a miracle. She said she's a stylist not a sorcerer. Fair enough, I said I want to leave the top a little longer to assist in the comb over, but I want the sides short, especially around the ears. But not skin fade! Also I want a little bit longer in the back so that my nape is not exposed fully. Imagine, very well groomed and blended, short kept mullet. Rose said that's not a problem and she offered to wash my hair even tho I had showered the night before. She got to working her magic. We talked a bit and she was really nice! She learned about the San Diego visit, and the little trip we had in plan, and I felt her work expeditiously but not rushed. I really enjoyed enjoyed her personality, professionalism, and skilled execution. She used scissors which my barber back home only finishes off with. I could tell I was in the hands of a professional, mostly scissor cut and a few brushing of the clipper. There was cool music playing and the place looked nice. I was stoked to have Rose do the work; as guys know, getting hair cut in the wild is a dice roll! A few years back I was in Brooklyn and asked for a haircut from a barber and let's just say I could have dropped the hottest Reggaeton album of the year. Bro, the Dominican gal, she gave me skin fade with pointy sideburns that could have connected to a thin chin strap beard. Nah... I was cooked. It was the type of haircut that would require skipping a day of school. No shade. Just a miscommunication I guess? Rose was stylish and she got it, she was locked in and did her thing. When the cut was done I felt cute as fuhhh -I almost uploaded a selfie to my IG. She cleaned me up, shaved the strays on my neck and sent me on my way. I for sure thought I was gonna feel a dent in my wallet, but surprisingly not. Thank you Rose! Vegas was for sure gonna be a movie! I'm Jake and I approve this endorsement. I booked an appointment based on the high reviews. I asked for my daughter's hair to be cut…read morestraight across and to take off the damaged ends. It was about 3" in total that was needing to be cut. The stylist gathered my daughter's hair into a ponytail with her hands and snipped the edges off dry. Not a huge issue but it did surprise me because in a ponytail, that won't cut them evenly. But no biggie. So she took my daughter back and washed her hair, she was nice enough to my daughter and I. No issues there. When she was done cutting her hair she asked what my daughter wanted for a style. My daughter wanted pigtails. So she parted the hair down the middle. Except the front piece of the part was about an inch off, again, no big deal. My mistake was in not asking to see the cut before it was put up into pigtails. Because what I got when I took down her hair the next day was not a straight cut/trim across. It was super choppy!! I ended up trimming a small piece to try to blend it with the rest (the small piece I trimmed was a good INCH longer than the rest of the hair in what the photos show!) before taking the photos. I ended up calling the next day to cancel my own hair appointment as I was NEVER going to go back after what was done to my daughter's hair. Got my hair cut elsewhere and told the lady at the other salon what happened. She graciously offered to cut my daughter's hair for free. So I brought my daughter to get it fixed. She showed me how the side on my daughter's right side was so much higher than the rest so she had to cut off around 3" more after the hair cut l had gotten here. What was supposed to be a trim turned into 6" of hair having to be taken. My daughter is supposed to be in a wedding in 2 weeks. Hence why I needed her har to look good. I was really upset and to be honest, embarrassed that my daughter's hair looked so uneven after coming here. I do not feel that asking for a 3" trim straight across should have turned out this awful. And believe me, it was worse in person because for the phots I only ran my hands through her hair to get it captured. If I had a brush and a comb you would see how awful and choppy it was. I have no idea how this could even happen. But I will not be going back.

Before my appointment, I sent photos of both my current hair and the look I was hoping to achieve. I also explained that I had experienced significant breakage in the past and had spent over eight months growing my hair back out. Karen confirmed she was a blonde specialist and assured me she could achieve the look I wanted. I paid $400 for what was supposed to be a full service, but I left with uneven color, large sections of dark hair still visible throughout the top, underneath, around my ears, and along my neckline. The banding I wanted blended was still visible, and many areas had little to no lightening. I also felt the appointment was rushed. After I reached out with my concerns, Karen initially told me she had "foiled as much as she could" and that there wasn't much hair left to foil. However, she later said she could foil more but that doing so could damage my hair. That response directly contradicted what I had originally been told. If there was enough hair left to foil more, then it raises the question of why it wasn't done during the appointment. That inconsistency was very disheartening. Plus the excuse she didn't want to damage my hair? My hair is very healthy. I also did not want to come back for a redo because my trust had already been broken. After leaving with a result that did not resemble what we had discussed, I was understandably concerned about having the same outcome again. I asked if she would consider at least a partial refund. Although I don't even feel I received what would be considered a full partial highlight because so much dark hair remained, I requested only a partial refund simply to be fair for the time that was spent. Instead, I was told that she does not give refunds and that the only option was for her to fix it herself. It is not right to send a client home with uneven, incomplete results, say nothing about the issues, and then expect them to feel comfortable returning to the same stylist for a correction. I was trying to be reasonable by requesting only a partial refund, even though I don't believe that was a fair resolution considering the amount of corrective work that is still needed. Karen later told me she believed my appointment had been a color correction that took ten hours. Which it did not- it was a 5 hour appointment and not a color correction- she never mentioned to me before. Was a root melt and baby light. She then apologized and admitted she had confused me with another client. That only added to my concerns, as it suggested she was not accurately recalling my appointment while responding to my complaint. Learning afterward that Karen is the salon owner made the experience even more disappointing. As a salon owner, I would expect honesty, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I did not feel those qualities were demonstrated. This experience has been a waste of both my time and my money, and now I have to pay another stylist to correct the work that I originally paid $400 to have done properly.

The space is a two-chair area that is welcoming and engaging; it is always well-organized, clean, and comfortable. Appointments are well-spaced, honoring customers' busy schedules. Get ready for a long review. I have been to this salon 3 times with three different stylists. So I will review each during this. I first when there after seeing a special Kristina Rubi was having. So I booked it and I really liked her. She was very personable, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. I was very happy with my cut & color after that appointment. I tried to get future appointments with her but our schedules never worked out. But I would recommend her for blondes. She is great with blonde color. (Sorry you had to be grouped into this low rating- I would give you 5 stars). Then I saw Whitney the next time. I decided I wanted to go dark. I found very specific pictures of brown with highlights in it and showed her. Then she brought out a book and had me try to pick the colors from the photos from this color book. Really?? I thought you were the stylist. So I tried my best but I kept showing her the photos that I brought. She was nice but hard to have a conversation with. She'd asked me "So, have you lived here long?" and I'd answer. She'd ask me the same exact question 5min later like she never was paying attention to anything I said. So, I noticed when it came time to doing the highlights in my hair she wasn't using any foil which I thought was odd. Well...when it came time to blow dry and actually see the color the highlights were non existent. My hair was just a solid shade of dark brown. When she did the "highlights" she just painted the color over the brown dye that was already on my hair. And on top of that, she didn't even start the "highlights" at the top of my head so my hair looked like it had several inches of super dark growth then the very very faint highlights showed. When I made it to my car I was in tears. Especially since I was having our family photos done in 2 days. I was devastated. I stupidly gave this place 1 more chance. I wanted to try to get my blonde back. Almost 3 months had passed since the brown and it was so faded and just looked horrible. So I found pictures of ME when I had my hair blonde to bring to the salon. They gave me an appointment with Angela. I explained on the phone exactly what I wanted done. I wasn't really concerned with a trim/cut just color. I wanted all the attention on the color. When I sat down with Angela she didn't have a very friendly feel. The first thing she said was "Ok, so we are just touching up the roots?" I said no and showed her my pictures. She seemed annoyed. Maybe she thought it would be a quick appointment? I don't know. So she mixed up my color and we discussed what went wrong the last time with Whitney. She just said, "Oh yeah, she was let go." Then she told me about how long she's been at Salon O (I think since 2006). So I thought, "Oh good! Someone who knows what they are doing!" NOPE!!! I felt like this trip to the salon was a complete waste of money. The blonde hi lights were horrible. I don't even know if I would call them blonde, they were more of a carmel? She left the toner on for soon long that I think it took all the blonde out and made them a weird tone. I was not happy with the color at all. It almost looked like I left looking like a dirty blonde. Intact, during the course of the week not one person said, "Oh you got your hair done" nothing. The color was so bad nobody in the course of a week made a comment to me about my hair. Then the haircut happen. It's going to take a year of growing my hair out to erase the damage she did to my hair. I feel like I have a mullet. She kept telling me how thick my hair was and asked if I'd like it "Thinned out a bit" I told her I'd like a trim of maybe an inch of the bottom because I liked the length and maybe just touch up the layers. She used these scissors (one side looked like a comb and the other side was a blade). And she went to town on my hair!! I am so so sad with the results. The top of my hair is all think and poofy. The bottom of my hair is completely thin and stringy looking. The middle of my hair where the thick and thin meet looks like shredded hair (If the owner would like to contact me for a look, feel free). I am so disappointment with this Salon and the 2 stylists mentioned above. Like I mentioned above, if the owner wants to contact me she can. I had a terrible experience at Salon O with Amanda. I booked with her after seeing a promotion for a free haircut with any color service, but unfortunately, the service I received was far from professional. Before my appointment, I informed Amanda over the phone that I had previous coloring in my hair. Despite this, she didn't perform a test strand--a basic step that could have helped avoid the damage that followed. Throughout the lightening process, she repeatedly reassured me my hair was holding up fine, only to admit during the haircut portion that it actually wasn't looking good at all. The haircut was rushed and unfinished, leaving me with uneven, choppy ends and severely fried hair. The blonde tones were patchy and inconsistent, and the final result looked nothing like the inspiration photo I provided. We barely had a consultation to discuss my goals or the condition of my hair, and it showed. Amanda even admitted she was rushing because it was late in the evening. As someone with Asian hair, I know how important it is to take time and care when lightening--it's not a process that can be sped through. Unfortunately I did not get the chance to photograph the damage made after the first service. To paint a picture in your mind, it looked like I had tried coloring my hair on my own...with no mirror. I eventually asked to be referred to another stylist, and thankfully Brittany helped bring my hair back to its original color. She was great--but the damage had already been done. What made things worse was having to pay $300 for the color correction. Considering Amanda's missteps, I believe that fee should have been covered by her. If you're considering booking with Salon O, I highly recommend Brittany. But I would advise caution with Amanda. read more

I've been thinking on this for a while: whether I should leave a review, or not. In fact, I've actually written two reviews, and then deleted them, on Facebook. I finally decided that I needed to leave a review, so that others know about the experience I had at Salon O. We've all had that bad hair styling experience where the stylist either doesn't care, doesn't listen, or just doesn't like you, for whatever reason, and yet we not only pay the stylist, we still tip them. That's what happened to me. Yes, I was one of those idiots who was mortified by a horrifically bad haircut, yet still paid for it. Madison, I believe her name was, was my stylist, and she stated that she "likes to cut hair dry". I'd never heard of such a thing, but went with it. Seriously, I think she only made about eight cuts, after washing, and drying, my hair. Then, she threw in a couple of lazy curls with the iron, and declared me done. My hair looked so awful that I cried in my car, afterwards. Not only did it look bad, but the cut was a hack job which was severely uneven. I ended up having to wait for my hair to grow out, before I could get the style corrected by another stylist, otherwise I would have had to have the sides shaved, and that is definitely NOT a good look for me. I will NEVER go back to Salon O again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. If you ignore my advice (it is allowed. This is a free country), and they give you over to Madison, run. read more

I had the absolute pleasure of getting a much-needed summer refresh at Salon O in Murrieta, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Brittany Lester is a true artist and professional -- hands down one of the best stylists I've ever had. She was so attentive and made sure every detail of my cut was perfect. She gave me helpful styling tips and educated me on exactly which products I should be using to achieve the best results at home. I especially appreciated how she made sure I was completely comfortable after the cut -- she even used baby powder on my neck to get rid of any lingering hair. It's those thoughtful touches that really set her apart. Not only is Brittany incredibly talented, but her energy is infectious. She radiates positivity and gratitude, and she even thanked the receptionist, Maddie, multiple times for keeping the space clean and ready for her busy day. Schedule your appointments with Cindy! I have been going to Cindy for approximately 12 years. She is an excellent stylist, who knows what she's doing and she is superb at what she does. She goes above and beyond for her clientele. From color to cut to extensions, to makeup, you name it and she can do it. She is also known by her trademark name TMS (Trust Me Salon), and as we all know that choosing a salon/stylist can be a scary thing, her name truly stands for itself. You can definitely trust Cindy to give you the style you are looking for. I won't go anywhere else. She has been coloring/highlighting my hair for years and I recently had her put extensions in my hair for the first time and I absolutely love them. The hair is beautiful, lightweight, and totally easy to manage. I am able to wash, blow dry and style as if it were my own hair. Best of all, it looks and feels like my own natural hair. Since finding Megan as my hair stylist, I haven't found anyone better. I actually followed her from her previous salon to where she now works out of, at Salon O in Murrieta (which is also a good location since it's right across from Starbucks haha). She is young, relatable and has a great attitude. I have long straight naturally blonde hair that tends to get very dry and beat up from being periodically pulled up for work and in the sun, salt, etc., and chlorinated water. She does a great job at giving it a revival every time with a deep conditioning and good trim of all the split ends, plus any layers or little "whispys" that I like, and ending with styling it either straightened or curled to wear for the remainder of the day. She also has good recommendations of products if you are looking for a better shampoo/conditioner, hair texturizer or other product. Definitely appreciate both Salon O and Megan :) read more

Since the first time I called and requested an expert stylist in blond coloring I have been greeted by absolutely incredible ladies at this salon! Always smiling and kind to the customers and helping each other. It's great to walk into a salon and not feel as if it's full of snobby girls with sub par skills which I have experienced far too many times at other area salons. Karrissa is by far a genius at her craft of taking anyone and turning them into a phenomenal shade of blond without compromising the integrity of my hair. She is so sweet and personal. She genuinely cares about her clients and has set the bar high for customer service and color/stylist. I will never go to anyone else for my locks. I think I will dub her the Michael Angelo of hair! I've been going to Salon O for years but recently decided to schedule with Mike for micro blading, as a form of long overdue self-care. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. His attention to detail is impressive and he has a great eye for facial framing which allowed him to duplicate my natural look without having seen what my natural eye brows looked like before I lost them. I am beyond thrilled with my results and have a new found confidence in something that most of us take for granted. I lost the majority of my eyebrows undergoing chemo and battling rare skin/muscle myopathy and Graves' disease but Mike helped me reclaim my pre-treatment brows. I can't thank him enough for helping me feel as beautiful as I can in my skin despite my health and wellness challenges. Holly is the BEST! She was referred to me by a friend who said this was the only stylist she trusted for her hair. Holly has amazing talent and great customer service skills. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I went in for a balayage and trim, and she gave me exactly what I wanted! She TRIMMED my hair without taking more then we talked about off; which we all know is a really big deal!!! And the balayage has lasted me 6 months! I just went in for another trim and deep conditioning treatment and once again without question, I leave feeling happier than ever!! I used to have anxiety during haircuts, literally worried I didn't explain what I wanted well or the stylist was not listening, and I was never happy after. Until Michelle Johnson was recommended to me by a friend over 5 years ago. Not once have I had to worry or second guess what she is doing to my hair, she listens to what I want but also gives great suggestions when I ask for them. I have gone through multiple styles with her and loved all of her work. Salon O, wow! Loving the new remodel, everytime I go in to see Angela, the stylists are buzzing around, busy and all very sweet girls! Angela Gartley has been doing my hair for 10 years at Salon O, she has always been able to pull off my desired "look". Whether I'm dark brown, and wanting to brighten things with high lights... or do a fun mahogany violet tone for fall season. If I have long hair or short, she's been the magic maker for these tresses through thick and thin I trust Angela with caring for my hair outside of the salon, by investing in the product lines she either recommends or that she's used herself. Michelle Olson is the best hair stylist I have ever had! I found her 5 years ago and have been getting my hair cut and colored by her ever since. She always figures out how to make my hair look exactly how I want it to be! I have long hair and am always scared of getting it hacked off or fried... Karissa at Salon O is the best hairstylist I have ever been too. I had hair extensions for years before visiting Karissa and they destroyed my hair and cost me a fortune. I decided to go to Karissa after seeing a friend of mine get her hair done by her and I have never been happier. She did exactly what I wanted and has worked so hard to make my hair healthy again. I made an appointment via text with Stephanie, the owner of Hair Plus. It's so convenient having to just travel to Murrieta to a strip mall where the parking is plentiful and stress-free. I met Stephanie a few weeks ago for my first haircut with her. Becasue I was so use to my previous hair stylist knowing how to cut my hair, I've forgotten to remember the clipper numbers she used etc. I knew I was in good hands with Stephanie when she told me she knew what type of style it was and how short. She also asked for my input when she was cutting my hair as far as the shortness on the sides. In all honesty, she really did a better job than my previous hairstylist of eight years! Her many years of being a hair stylist in South Korea and in Orange County shows in her meticulous cutting and shaping of my haircut. I was very pleased with the results as was my wife. I am so happy that Stephanie can continue to cut my hair, and hopefully soon, our youngest son as well.
