This was my 5th visit and besides the first visit, all other times I got booked with a novice wax technician. And of course they suck. Takes 5 x longer, more painful and messy. They must have a big worker turnover.. I bought a 10 wax package last time and I completely regret it now. I will not be retuning here even if I can't get a refund for the unused package. She started to quickly use the tool to file it off carelessly and nicked me a few times. It was painful. Another member said theyll fix my nails. I was hesitant and said ok I should have left, but I thought there maybe some redemption. At this point, my nails were so poorly shaped, I did not want the french manicure. When this tech was done, I asked for them to fix the thickness. She said my nail beds are round and that's why it looks like this. I felt defeated. They had other customers and I did not want to make a scene. I was charged 65 $ ( I had a pedicure, which was good).
