I just don't understand why anyone would run a business in such a unprofessional manner. In this time and age (yelp, google, social Media reviews) you can't get away with such a repulsive service! This was my 5th visit and besides the first visit, all other times I got booked with a novice wax technician. And of course they suck. Takes 5 x longer, more painful and messy. They must have a big worker turnover.. I bought a 10 wax package last time and I completely regret it now. I will not be retuning here even if I can't get a refund for the unused package. When this tech was done, I asked for them to fix the thickness. She said my nail beds are round and that's why it looks like this. I felt defeated.
