Only one woman was handling eyebrow services while another staff member was doing a wax in the back. The line moved fairly quickly, but the place did feel a little understaffed. I also think some of the services could use a bit more privacy. One woman was getting a head massage in the main area, and it felt a little awkward having a line of people waiting nearby and watching.
