The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.

You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. I had scheduled a pick-up for 11:00am for transportation to Logan Airport . . for a business trip. By 11:05am with no one having shown up, I called all three phone numbers for the business . .one of which is Mike's cell number . . to no avail. By 11:10am, I had to load up my car and drive myself to the airport! What annoys me most is that I had spoken with Mike the prior Wednesday, October 26th, to confirm my transportation, and he said everything was all set. Mike finally did call my cell phone just prior to my boarding my flight at about 2:00pm to ask if I had made it to the airport. He said he was "looking into what happened" and would get back to me . . which, as of today, November 6th, he still has not. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer having used this business exclusively for both personal and professional travel , and have recommended Airport Express Direct to many friends and family members. What a horrible way to leave a customer . . just shameful! I obviously shall NEVER again utilize or recommend Airport Express Direct. If you were truly a stand-up business, you would have called me back . . . let me know what really occurred. . . how you dropped the ball and offered an apology . . . perhaps even offered complimentary transportation for my next trip. I had a hard time finding a limo to do a one way transfer for a wedding; we needed a limo to bring…read morethe guys to the venue and then the girls. Most companies won't do a transfer for a wedding and we had no need for four hours of limo service since the ceremony and reception were in the same location. A Formal offered three hours of service (the shortest window I could find) and at a reasonable rate. Tom (the owner/driver) was easy to book with over the phone, quick to respond to emails and provided a smooth ride in a beautiful Lincoln crossover limo. However, his customer service skills left much to be desired. He came across as aggravated the last few times we spoke on the phone and actually had me in tears after one call (the services were already paid for at this point). His attitude during my drop off at the venue was terrible and this was during the point of the day when I was the most nervous. The car doesn't have an interior light or mirror (I guess I was supposed to know this) so if you need to do any makeup touch ups, you have to rely on a bridesmaid to hold her phone flashlight and use your front facing phone camera.

I had seen their limos around previously. Upon calling I spoke to Tom who was friendly and accommodating. His original phone call quoted me and I hung up with all the info I needed to check with parents and get a deposit. When I called back a few minor details had changed, and as expected so did the cost (we added 2 people and half an hour). I gave a deposit and was told cash could be paid on the night of the prom. We had rented the town car for 9 people. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Upon arriving at our meeting spot a few parents had already said our driver was waiting asking for me. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy and provided both my contract and receipts for both transactions. The contract was simple and easy to understand and the driver was excellent. He texted me when the kids arrived at the venue and when they were back for the night safely at after prom. This was huge to me considering the car was full of mostly minors. I was very happy to know all the kids arrived safely. Bonus: because the had a bigger car availabe (a Thursday night) the kids were excited to see the SUV pull up. I believe this seats 16 (sorry if I'm wrong) and the kids were super excited for the "upgrade" and the nicer car and more room. Parents were a bit jealous, too!! Excellent service, great communication, kids loved the driver and everyone had fun. We will be using them again.
