The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.

Due to the weather 90% of all the flights our attendees were on got delayed. Moe's went out of their way to find out when each flight was coming in and actually sent texts to each person to let them know when and where they would pick them up. Every person that arrived said they were so impressed by the service Moe's gave them. I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs.

There were 6 of us, 2 being children 6 & 9 going to Logan airport on August 20th. Pick up was on time, the van left a lot to be desired. Appeared to be old and certainly dirty inside. On the way to the airport on I 93, about 10 miles from the airport, the alternator went and we were running on what was left on the battery. Told the driver we needed to get off the highway for safety and to get an Uber with the hope of making our flights. Driver thought he might be able to make it to the airport, but when he said his power steering went I immediately insisted that he get off at the exit. We were able to get 2 Ubers to the airport at the costs of about $40 plus dollars and fortunately just made our flights. The Driver said the boss, Doug, wasn't going to charge me for the trip. That should have just been a given. He never offered to pay for the Ubers. I received a text from Doug for our return pickup on August 26th for the pick up on August 27th. I decided I would give him another chance since things do happen and sometimes things go wrong. Did I make a mistake!!! I responded and indicate ok, but told him that I was unhappy about the trip to the airport and asked that he provide a different van if he had one available. We arrived a Logan this past Monday. When I arrived there was no message from the driver that he was waiting in the cell phone lot. I sent three (3) texts to Doug who never responded. I called his cell number and business number but he decided not to answer. The long and the short of it is that he NEVER INTENDED to pick us up and didn't give me the courtesy of telling me a car would not be there. After a day of traveling, again we were left to Uber. We were able to get 2 Uber at the cost of about $125 each plus tip, but it was more than worth it considering the drivers were courtesy, prompt and the vehicles were clean and cared for. Escort Limo totally lacked any professionalism and should clearly have their license, if they have one, revoked. BEYOND A DOUBT, THE WORST. IF YOU USE THEM, YOU ARE DOING IT AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
