I booked this salon after being told my service would be performed by a stylist with 10 years of experience. I trusted that representation and agreed to the appointment and payment. Unfortunately, the final result did not reflect what was promised. I expressed my concerns immediately. Although I returned for a complimentary correction the following day and spent several hours at the salon, the outcome remained unacceptable. I requested a refund due to misrepresentation and unsatisfactory results. The salon refused, citing a strict "no refunds" policy, even though the service did not match what had been represented to me beforehand. I have time-stamped photos and video taken at and immediately after my appointment documenting the condition of my hair. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before booking. If you want expert color, go here. They specialize in that "lived in " color look, which I love! My cut was amazing, I'm older and I got a mid length shag cut, took 10 years off of me! I couldn't be happier. The service was excellent, great communication and the staff really gels well together. Everyone was very friendly and it was a fun experience. My name is Franny and I had my very 1st appointment with Kiercy at 1:15pm. This morning I woke up and my boyfriend (who drives) had severe vertigo. I gave him a meclazine to help with the vertigo, but he told me not to cancel he would probably feel better. It is 11:53am and he is still very dizzy and sick to his stomach. He was in no condition to drive so I just called to cancel my appt. I felt so badly because it was so close to the appt. I spoke with a gentlemen named Hugh and he couldn't have been nicer. He explained to me there is a 36 hr cancelation policy, but he waived the fee because it was my first time. So sweet and understanding. Even though it was so last minute, they were so kind and I have an upcoming appt. next week. NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Fox and Den Salon. Kiercy I will see you next week. I don't even know where to begin! This place is fantastic. From the moment I walked into the salon for the first time, I was impressed by the entire staff's customer service, and just simply the vibe of the place. They made me feel so comfortable. I was even offered a glass of wine! So freaking fun. I was referred to Fox + Den by a girlfriend of mine who had just gotten extensions installed by Scott. Her hair looked incredible, so I decided to set up a consultation for myself. I always wanted extensions, but I have naturally curly hair so I was concerned I wouldn't be a good candidate.. but Scott knew exactly what to do and how to approach it! We went through every detail regarding the process. From the color, texture, length, etc., Scott made sure that it would match perfectly - he even pinned the extensions to my hair to show me what they'd look like. I decided to go forward with the process! I got my extensions installed two days ago and I almost cried at how beautiful they turned out. My hair is thicker, longer and exactly what I've always dreamed of! Also, I CANNOT GET OVER HOW INCREDIBLY PERFECT the curly extensions match my natural curls - it legitimately blends right in. From beginning to end, I cannot express enough how awesome Scott was; friendly, knowledgeable, honest, hilarious.. oh, and not to mention his great sense of style! He is a super fun conversationalist, so no moment is awkward. The time passes quickly and is super enjoyable. Scott has absolutely changed my life with my new hair. Hands down, his work is phenomenal.. the absolute best! I am so much more confident now. Who could ask for anything more? I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The girls are the sweetest and they do a great job with my hair! Such a fun vibe inside- very cozy, clean and well decorated. Only feedback is that the steps you have to go through to just schedule an appointment is absurd You have to fill out a form, then they call you- then you can call back to make an appointment (but you are unable to leave a voicemail if they're busy with clients)- but if you book online through the link they send you, you have to create an account and navigate through an outdated website. It would be so amazing if they used a better platform to make an appointment faster without so many steps. But they do such a great job with my hair- so whatever. It's worth it ‍ read more

This place is everything you want in a salon. The vibe is fun and welcoming, all of the stylists are warm and friendly, the decor is beautiful and the people there are amazing! I had my appointment with Shana, she was easy to talk to, understood what I wanted without me having to say too much, she just got me. When I say it was exactly what I had imagined that doesn't even do it justice. That girl read my mind and improved on it lol. I've been seeing Alena since 2017. She always does a fabulous job. She will not let you leave her chair until you love your hair and will bend over backwards to get it just right. I'm pretty sure she can fix any hair problem. Just look through her social media posts! Scott specializes in hand tied extensions and curly hair.
