I had a cut and foil highlights (partial). I was happy with the color, but not so happy with the cut. They did tell me to call back if there was something I wasn't happy with, which I appreciated, but I didn't have the time as I was leaving for vacation. I was a bit surprised by the total price, which I had anticipated being around $150 from looking at their menu. The grand total came to $185. My husband has had the same stylist cut his hair, which also wasn't great. He's now going to a different salon. She was so sweet and cut my hair just like the picture I showed her. She suggested a few adjustments because I was going from medium length to short. Let me start by saying Laura did my hair and she is great. She made sure she got everything just right (I just wish I had remembered to tell her not to use ash). I called Salon Tease at 10:15 to see, if by some miracle, they had an opening that day. I told the receptionist I was new to the area and saw the great reviews on Yelp. She asked me what I needed done, I told her and she said she could get me in at 12:30 (AWESOME). I got to the salon at 12:15 just to be safe. The receptionist told me Laura was running behind due to a client taking longer than expected and I told her that was no problem at all. Laura came out a little later to let me know she was running behind and to ask me a few questions about colors I like, etc. I told her it was no problem, I'm patient and in no hurry. I sat in Laura's chair at 1:05, but during this time, the receptionist was so worried about time and how long my hair would take. She told me about 10 minutes later that it may take 30 minutes longer and then a little after that said maybe an hour longer and then a little later said I might need to reschedule. -Let me just stop here for a second- the client who pushed everything back was at 9 am (according to Laura), I called at 10:15 and didn't have to be there until 12:30. If it were going to be such a problem, don't you think you should call that person to let them know (or just not make the appointment at all)? Then the client would have the option to come later or decide to go somewhere else, instead of making the client feel unwelcome. (again, Laura did not make me feel unwelcome at all) I got to the point where I started to negotiate with this receptionist what I'd have done to my hair, just so I could stay for my appointment. This whole time, it seemed so much more of an issue to her than it was to the girl actually doing my hair. She was so huffy and puffy the whole time. She told a stylist, "Sorry, Nathan, you'll have to take the kids (because my girl was running behind), I know you hate doing it." Who says that in front of people at a salon?! This is just one example and not the only thing that happened during my time that made me think this salon is "meh." ****In a not-so-small nutshell, the things I've observed at this salon: Teamwork doesn't exist. The receptionist needs to take a xanax, uncross her arms and smile a bit, OR find a new career path. Stylist Nathan is a crabby patty and needs to eat a snickers. Laura is great and should just open her own place. The make-up guy has a great, bubbly personality-and awesome hair- and the young blonde-haired girl is great with her clients. read more

But if your hair is what is " important" then you've found your place. Brought in a few photos, was told "no" to the longer style. Picked a photo of an angular bob longer in front than back and very thinned out on bottom. Consultation was 2 minutes, haircut was maybe 20 mts. Hair was cut three inches shorter, but did not look anything like the angular modern bob I had pointed out. Never thinned out and styled my hair to achieve the style I had selected. Had the style in New York many times and was familiar with how the cutting technique should look. Being late due to a miscommunication on the appointment time could have had an affect on the end result, but I was willing to sit there all day if it meant walking out with the hair cut we agreed on. I would have never said yes to cutting off the three inches that took so long to grow if I knew the haircut would turn out the way it did. If the stylist needed more time, he should have let me know and asked if i was willing to wait. Stylist talked to someone standing next to my chair almost the entire time dishing on how bad a fashion show was put on by another salon. Yelled across salon at other stylists to get them to confirm how awful the salon's styling was. Also talked about salon tease staff negatively in front of me with David; discussed how much certain staff should be paid for a weekend job, punishing stylist for not showing up that day, etc. Ate, wiped mouth and then touched my hair. Stormed around salon complaining that he could not find his products because people never put anything back where it belonged. A haircut should be a relaxing experience and this was NOT. This was way too much drama and not enough focus on the hairstyle technique itself. So glad I purchased $40 coupon on yelp and did not pay full price. Shocked to read all the positive reviews. Described my experience to a friend and she knew exactly who I was talking about just by my description. So glad this was not my wedding day. if this is the highest rated salon in town, Naples better step it up! read more

I went from super long hair to a beautiful shoulder length cut with long layers that frames my face perfectly! I don't dye or color my hair but I wanted something different. Christian saved my hair! Before leaving NYC for my trip to Naples I decided to get highlights. Long story short, the stylist in NYC left me with orange streaks with hints of red throughout my hair...an absolute mess. Fantastic experience! Went in with a groupon for a haircut and blow dry and was styled by Amber. One of the best cuts I've ever received! Usually stylists will give me attitude about having long hair and either, not cutting it off so they have less to work with, or for only getting a haircut and not a color as well. Amber was just awesome. Great cut, great conversation, great care tips. Amber separated and blew out every single section of my long hair which took quite some time but felt so good and looked wonderful. New location is currently undergoing a renovation so the atmosphere is pretty lacking right now but you can tell from the finished areas that the place will be chic and relaxing. Some people are very turned off by the owner's attitude, and I would agree that he can be obnoxious and a little over the top. But guess what! It's HIS salon, not only can he do whatever he wants, but the large number of clients getting service at the same time as myself seems to mean the place is doing okay. When it comes down to his interaction with his employees, he seems very knowledgable and just wants them to be the best they can be. His opinion of me needing to get an extra half inch to an inch more cut off than I wanted was well delivered and spot on accurate. I can definitely handle listening to some personal stories from the next chair over if the payoff is his insight and highly trained staff. The con is the everyday price, I'm not at a place where I can afford to pay that much for hair services but some day when I am, I'll be back. Wonderful haircut and a blow dry to die for. I have a very difficult time find a salon that knows how to deal with curly hair, and I haven't had the best experiences in the Spanish salon in town. I did my research for Naples salons, and found all these wonderful reviews about Salon Tease. I went today for the first time to get a hair cut/style and was a little skeptical. My reason is that I have very curly hair and I'm particularly picky about how to style my hair. My stylist was Casey, she was really sweet and seemed to know what to do with my hair. She did an excellent job, I was pleasantly surprised. I would have liked for her to talk more about the products she was using on my hair and why, I may have bought the product for my home. Today was my first time trying this salon. I needed a refresh on my cut (a long bob with bangs) and I have relaxed, ethnic hair. I made my appt by phone and explained my needs to the receptionist and she referred me to Laura. My first impression of the salon was fantastic. The decor was posh, it was very clean, and I was greeted immediately by the receptionist and Daniel, another stylist. Laura greeted me just a minute after I sat in the lobby. She listened intently during the consultation. I showed her a few pics of how I wore my hair and how I wanted my hair. She was confident and clearly knowledgeable but she asked questions; it was after all her "first date" with my hair as she explained. I really appreciated that. The cut and style took a total of 90 minutes. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and what we discussed. I LOVE the cut and style. A few notes for any other "ethnic" or curly haired girls: the salon has anti-frizz products but not moisture products so bring your own. My hair is relaxed so it's easier to work with, I would be cautious if I was a "natural" girl. Daniel, the aforementioned stylist, did offer a "gloss" which sounded like the IC Hair Polisher I use but I did not get it for fear that it would make my hair heavy. There was also a $40 charge for that which I had to ask about. All in all, it was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and most importantly, my hair looks amazing. I searched Yelp for a hair salon during my stay in Naples. Salon Tease was located near where I was renting and judging from the reviews I felt confident that it was the right choice. Daniel and Candace were amazing as was the gal that took my appointment and greeted me when I arrived. I haven't had my hair colored by anyone other then my trusted stylist back home in NJ. The staff seems lazy and unwilling to do what people ask... Took my mom in to get perms and unfortunately cause we had used over the counter hair dye we where unable to funny thing was 3 other people asked the same thing and they had excuses for them also.. At the beggining although disapointed cause i could not gwt my perm i told her the max price i was willing to pay and asked her if she could do some kind of a cut and style... Instead i got my hair washed counditioned and ahoved under a way hot heater was told to let them kniw if it was two hot but was ignored and got a headache waited over 30 minutes to be rinsed as i was forgotten by the shampoo girl she made a few snips to my hair and although she put a curling iron to it at first to show me something she said she could not do a style with the iron as my hair was to messed up.. Than tried to guve me a bill over 50 dollars more than what i told her i had more or less if u just want a snip shampoo and told how bad your hair was the whole time u where there and left to feel like something and leave with your hair the same way you do when you do it your sekf for outrageous prices than this is the salon for youwill never go back had to go to another salon to have our hair done made us late to my moms burthday party never again read more

Stop wasting time and make an appointment at Salon Teez. Their reviews speak for themselves but I have to add mine. I came in with a hot mess of brassy stripes after a super stupid night of diy hair lightening. I left several hours later with almost platinum but on the yellow side hair. I also left feeling Overwhelmed by the cost and overall time it took. I think there was a lot of miscommunication. I was pretty unhappy but I wanted to see if it would grow on me. The owner Michael reached out to me the next day and sincerely wanted to know how my experience was. I told him the issues I noticed and they wasted no time contacting me and insisting I come back and let them make things right at no additional charge. They fit me in the next morning and David met me there to get started even before the salon was open. He took his time to listen and find all the spots I was unhappy about and made me feel so validated. He spent the rest of his day perfecting my hair. He talked me through each step and I knew I was in good hands. My original hair stylist was there the whole time and I thought it was cool that David used the opportunity to increase her knowledge. She was a great stylist, I'm just not sure how many stylist out there could do my color correction right the first time around. You can tell that the salon is invested in the success of all their stylist and they often work together to achieve best possible results. I could not have been happier with my hair when I left the salon the second time. I went from long orange/brunette/blond/ blue to a short platinum white with beautiful metallic tones. It is stunning.
