Not only was I pleased with the quality of care, but also the hospitality they extended to each of their clients in the salon. Nathan!!! It's not the salon I go to, it's the hair stylist. I've gone to salons most of my life, and as a guy I've always preferred women cutting my hair. My wife got Nathan and said he did a really good job. I hesitated when she made my appointment, but now I've found my new hairstylist for as long as I'm here in Naples. I was a "spur-of-the-moment" appointment as I was only going to be in Naples for less than 24 hours. I did a search for hair salons in Naples, and I read some of the reviews for Salon Teez. I decided I would try and get an appointment for 3:00 pm on a Saturday. As I was asking for the appointment (online), I noticed their Saturday hours stating closing at 3:00pm. I never thought anything more about it and assumed that I would not hear back, AND not get an appointment. To my surprise, I got a call back from the salon within an hour, and they stated that they WOULD be staying open until 7:00 pm that day, and I could have my 3:00 pm appointment with a stylist named Katherine. I accepted. Katherine was everything I hoped for, and more. A very, very good listener, she did highlights, lowlights, conditioned my hair, and gave me a wonderful haircut. Today I did my hair myself, and that's the true test. It looks fabulous, and is easy to style. I am thrilled with it....! While I was there, a 4 year old boy received his first haircut from a super-caring stylist, a bride-to-be got some great advice for her upcoming wedding in January, and had her hair styled in the manner that she wanted to wear it for the occasion, and a young teenage girl had her hair done for what I'm assuming was some sort of school dance or event. All three people looked really good after their stylists were finished. Everyone in the salon was obviously quite talented, and their concern for their clients was palpable. I was very nervous about finding a new stylist since I had gone to the same guy for 12 years near Clearwater. I looked at the online reviews and decided to give David a try at Salon Teez. He put my nerves at rest immediately with his kindness and warm personality. He seemed genuinely interested in giving me the best haircut/color. I am beyond thrilled with the result!!!!! I was trying to decide where to get a haircut and I found a nail salon in Naples now just needed a hair place. I'm Chicagoan but we have a place here. The salon aesthetics is beautifully decorated and clean. They are somewhat friendly, I had Katherine, I don't think she was fully happy about the groupon deal when I first told her but anyhow she cut my hair dry which I prefer, she also texturized which I didn't want but she swore they do it differently. She cut my hair exactly like I said. Blowdryed it beautifully but unfortunately in Florida it frizzed up by the time I got out to celebrate my birthday. But the only downside slashed star is the actual price to get hair done, so the groupon was a fabulous option. Nothing extraordinary to pay extra. No extra special features or treatment. I have done my hair in every salon in many fabulous countries and big cities...haircuts should be more reasonable. Mom loved Donna...I would love to go back for Donna if we can do the groupon again. I am sitting in the chair as I write. I found through Facebook that my stylist in Key West was moving, so, as I spend 50% of my time in Naples, I started doing research for a salon here. I read tons of reviews and decided to make an appointment at Salon Tease as they seemed to be what I was looking for. This is a happening salon! The staff was pleasant and courteous. Asking a few times if there was anything that they could get for me. This is a NO DRAMA salon. Everyone gets along wonderfully, a very pleasant working environment for everyone and it shows. It was clean, clean, clean and well maintained. In fact, there was some construction going on but you would never know it!! Sir Daniel (aka Danny to his staff) is personable, entertaining and a master stylist/ colorist. Initially I made an appointment for a cut but sitting in the chair I knew I needed color as well. Even with a busy schedule, Sir Daniel fit me in for color and highlights. My base color is perfect, now it's on to highlights and a cool cut. I have no doubt that I will look like a new woman when I leave Salon Tease. Later on..... The cut was EXACTLY what I wanted!! The highlights are subtle and blend in perfectly with my new hair color!! I arrived home and my husband was shocked! He had been after me to go back to my original color for some time and I just resisted doing so. He loved it!! Thanks for the recommendation on the hair color Sir Daniel!! I went to an event in the evening and received a ton of compliments about my new hair color and style. I was even told that I looked 15 years younger.....that felt good!! This was my first visit to Salon Tease and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Naples. Not only do I FINALLY feel like I have colorists who actually know what they are doing but they once again knock customer service out of the park with in-depth consultation before they get started but they offer coffee and wine with a side of fun conversation in a posh atmosphere. i had my hair done, cut and color and it was perfect. my stylist was nice but had too many political comments which offended me. I am all for free speech but in this day and age please keep these to yourself. I probably should have asked the price. I am used to paying about $250 for my appt. The stylist was training a new person and she did a lot of the procedures. The total cost was over the top .I tipped the stylist and the trainer which cost an extra 150.00 dollars. I went in there by recommendation to David specifically in a fit of desperation over my current hair color (white blonde). I had never had a hair stylist sit down with me and be so attentive to what I want and down to earth when explaining how he could fix it, what shades of colors would work best, explaining what he was doing to it while working on it - really just everything you'd like in a great first encounter with your hair stylist. I had an appointment scheduled for a Tuesday morning. I discovered on Monday morning that I would have to change it, and I called immediately (8:13 am) to change it. The man who took the call said it would not be a problem and they slotted me for Tuesday afternoon instead. When I got there, the stylist appeared to be upset with me (her client) because she still had to come in in the morning and she blamed me because, had she known I had cancelled my morning appointment, she could have taken care of some family business. Before my visit to this salon, I purchased a voucher for $40 that was good for $80 on new clients first visit. I spent over $300 including tipping 20%, although I was disappointed in my hair when I left the salon because the color and cut did not look like past photos that I had shown of my hair how I wanted it to be done. However, the salon is lovely, and my stylists (who are the owners) were pleasant and I felt they did their best, so I thought since this was my first visit to the salon, I would possibly return again next month and see if we could get closer to the color I was looking for. When I got home, I realized that due to some confusion before I checked out, I forgot to hand them my printed voucher. I called immediately and asked if they would please redo my transaction to reflect the $80. They refused to do this, and said the only thing they could do is allow me to use it at next visit. Unfortunately, I was not certain that I was confident to go there for my next appointment even though I was still considering.
