The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. It does not have your typical spa style vibe, which is OK since they don't advertise themselves as a spa. I would recommend you bring cash so that you can pay the regular price, as if you pay with card there is an additional fee. Also if you want to leave a tip make sure to tell them prior to paying if you're using card or they will have to do a separate transaction for the tip. Case in point, bring cash to pay for your services to Limit confusion and fees. I'm not sure if I will try other services, but I will definitely be back from massages regularly. Consoni does an awesome job and the prices are very affordable. I've paid MUCH more for massages that aren't near as good as hers. A spa vibe is my preference for a relaxing day. I like a place to sit and just relax a bit after a massage with a cup of tea prior to getting back to the hustle. My sister also experienced the same issue and was quoted one price but charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, there was an issue with the tip on my sister's transaction. She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.
