This was the first place I ever tried having a Brazilian done. My first visit went well and I was satisfied. I started having them done monthly and unfortunately the thoroughness of it was not great. I was usually left with a patch somewhere or some strays that were missed. Now, I'll say I didn't give them the chance to correct it either. I didn't feel like having to come back in. Karen is my esthetician and she is fantastic! I have been to Wax and Relax in Flowery Branch 5 times and she has me in and out super fast with excellent results. Drove an extra 5 miles due to the prices listed on their webpage... once at the salon, I was told prices were DOUBLE what is actually listed. Webpage says $10 for waxing eyebrows, I was told $20 once I drove to the salon... they should list their correct pricing on their webpage instead of lower prices to get you there & double them once there. Once again I have patches of unwaxed area on my "half leg" which is really barely a half leg. The ladies are nice but seem always in a hurry and I almost always leave with wax stuck to my skin or patches of hair missed. "Half leg" to them means below the knee, while everywhere else I've been waxed it meant the knee and below. Maybe that's a Georgia thing? Maybe their higher-priced services are better and I'm just not spending enough. (They do offer sugaring and Brazilian but those aren't the services I use.) read more

Amazing customer service! I walked in because I was in the area so I just searched a waxing place. I came in a little down because I hate waxing my face. But the workers were sooo kind and the place was clean. They had HGTV playing and the waiting wasn't as bad for a walk in. I think I waited about 6-7 minutes until they called me back. Tabi did my waxing and she was very nice and understanding. She was also helpful with tips and advice on how to care for my face. I'm definitely coming back! I highly recommend this place. read more

I didn't leave dissatisfied but wouldn't have been writing a five star review by any means. She made me 10x more comfortable then the first time and first person who i saw. Got a bikini wax here the other day and I have to say I'm so unsatisfied. I still have a lot of hair that my waxer did not get. And it's not even in one spot like she may have missed a section, it's all over. It's frustrating because I feel like I need to go get another wax now, when this obviously should last me a good 3 weeks before that's needed. Don't go here- unless you want to go home and immediately shave afterwards. I will say the salon is clean and has nice ambience. But that's it. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE the owners Ron & Sil. This shop is honestly the best family oriented place I've ever been to. Ron and Sil always remember their clients names and their needs. Took a risk today and got someone else to give me my Brazilian and was a little nervous because I only let Sil touch me. Gina was AMAZING. Definitely going to let her give me a Brazilian now.
