The perfectly lit facial room. So relaxing.
    Jocelynn S.

Such a beautiful day spa. Quiet and comfortable. The facials are customized to your skin needs. Aesthetician, Leann, is amazing and has the perfect touch. She explains the products as she uses them. The owner, Melrose, is so sweet and knowledgeable. Call the salon for monthly specials on facials and product. This salon is stocked with a line called DMK that is world renowned and science-backed. Definitely going back for more spaahhmazing facials.

Great Find!!! Worth the search to find this salon for permanent makeup, hair, waxing and so much more! Melrose the owner is nothing short of fantastic especially at getting ready for Prom-Banquet!!

So I'm going to leave two stars because I do think that melrose is very talented and my review in the past was 5 stars. I would not have left a review if it was handled properly with an apology. To start off I had an appointment for brow wax at 10:30 I show up 5 mins before to the doors being locked the girl who answered the door looked confused so I told her I have an appointment which she says very rudely we lock the doors. Not hello welcome thanks for coming in. Than proceeded to give me dirty looks as I waited. Melrose texted me after 10:30 saying I am running behind- no I'm sorry no acknowledgement that I took time of my day to be there on time and she was running behind. No apology and to be honest I could have waited little bit longer but to have some one of your staff give dirty looks is not my idea of a good time I just wanted to get out of there. When I texted melrose about my experience she didn't even apologize. Not a good way to run a company and treat existing clients. Also ones that I have referred to her. I'm all about supporting woman in business but this was handled not good. Simple apology would have gone along way. Here below is my text to her as you can see in the text no apology and no text saying I'm sorry that my staff treated you rudely. No mater who comes in the door should always be greeted!

I came in here today to do my hair by Baily Welch 6/6/2017 ,it is my first time here to do my hair appointment. I was scared and a little nervous today cause it's so hard to find a good hair stylist now days ,but Baily made me feel at ease and very comfortable and relaxed. Baily, explained everything that she did and how she was going to do everything and more. Baily is very cheerful, very friendly young lady who has great customer service and she is in style with all the new colors and styles that are in . Baily did an awesome hair color and cut, blow dry, and hair style today that I love . I love my new look . This Salon is very relaxing and very clean and all the girls working here are very nice and had great customer service. I definitely will be back here again, I found a new hair stylist and I'm very happy .

Sarah washed my hair, the MOST RELAXING hair wash I've ever had!! Love this place!!

Just had my hair colored and styled by Julia. I love the copper highlights she added !!! Not only did she do a fabulous job she educated me as to how to add the volume I never seem to get on my own. The Eufora powder lift she recommended is so awesome!! best place!

My new color that Gemma did. I wanted something bright and fun.

I was hoping the desert air would make the impossible, possible. Arrived on a day with nothing but blue skies. They had lockers to store my belongings; robes and slippers are included for the day. They offer facials, massages, and body treatments. It was so nice to unwind and bask in simple pleasures that life has to offer. I took a dip in all the pools from one to the next; I love mineral pools. Something about this mineral water feels like magic. Time just froze. It was as if my whole life led up to this moment. Nevertheless, sky gazing is allowed and in fact encouraged to watch the clouds drift. Birds chirping was music to my ears. The plants were oxygenating and the landscape was therapeutic. Staff and guests were friendly. Prime spot for spa-goers. Welcoming inspiration. Get inspired today. You know people are known to see water in the middle of the desert...Was it all a mirage? It's hidden in the hills in a residential neighborhood and looked rather small from the outside. But as you enter, it opens up to a very nice, open pool and garden oasis. There aren't many rooms, as it is a more intimate type Resort. All of them are ground level and surround the main pool areas. I stayed in a suite which had a private patio with a stone tub so you can have your own personal mineral bath. The room was very clean, not a lot of amenities, but it did have a small kitchenette and a very cool record player complete with records to play. There are three mineral pools. One is smaller with jets and has a higher temperature than the other two. There's another bigger one that serves as a swimming pool with a lower temperature. And the third one is enclosed with a medium temperature. As you walk further through the garden and down some stone steps, you will reach a small spa that has various rooms for treatments. There is also a dry sauna, showers, and an infrared sauna on the outside. This one was my favorite because the glass doors face the garden. It was very Zen. The massage therapist were very good. Thank you to Landon and Andrew for that. I really appreciated the intimacy of the Resort and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Mel was especially helpful and kind. I left the Resort feeling very relaxed and at peace. I will definitely return.

While the environment and background sound made the visit very relaxing, deep tissue was not in the room with us. I am used to really getting knotts dissolved i guess you can say and my body going full y into rest mode. Yes, its painful but also necessary. I will say I got a stomach massage also and that was probably the best part. I wish that would have been longer. I could feel rhe bumps and weird spots that help tension and lack of digestion in my organs. It reminded me of those Mexican grandma massages you'd get when you were a toddler. While I appreciated the experience I would not return for the deep tissue massage. I would however be curious of the rest of the treatments they offer at this location. The gentleman who treated me was professional and attentive ensuring I felt comfortable at all times and continuously checking on me. He also advised me to continue stretching and hydrating after the massage. Massage gets one star but the therapist and location, including ambiance really make up for it in their own way. Like I said, they have a variety of other offers worth exploring.

10/10 would go back…read more I really enjoyed my experience at this spa. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. Here's how to make the most of your visit with a Day Pass: Pack a tote bag with swim suit, dry clothing, fresh undergarments Mock Up Itinerary: Arrive by 12-1 pm, Leave by 6-6:30 pm Dry Services: 12:15-1 pm I recommend starting off at the Salt Cave for 30-40 minutes, then going into the Mind-Sync area where they have meditation and relaxation. Wet Services: 1:10-1:50 pm saunas first, then rinse off Sauna Tip: I always start with dry then go to wet spending 15 minutes in each one. 1:55-2:15 pm *Depending on what slot is available upon checking in, you can book 15 min Hot Mineral Water bath which was my favorite. Be ready in the waiting area 5-10 MIN before your appointment because they will not go around looking for you!! 2:30-3:30 pm Hit the pool. They also have mineral water pools outdoors no appointment needed. 3:30 Shower 3:45 Snack/Gym. I didn't do it but you might as well. 4:00 Go BACK to Mind Sync and try something new Additional Comments: Price: $160 pp (holiday upcharge) / I do not know the regular price but I believe it's $130 on weekdays Spa: women's spa area was a bit busy with groups of ladies. The hair products were running low, lotion as well. Showers around 6:30 pm were in busy rotation and some ladies had to wait for a shower. Visitors/People: Some visitors do come in groups and might not follow spa etiquette in terms of using their quiet voices but that's outside of the actual spas control and is a result of visiting on a holiday like I did. Check out: Can get a bit crammed up during the holiday weekend (I visited memorial weekend) so be mindful there are 3-4 people behind the counter and if you try to leave 10 minutes before they close you may be stuck waiting 10-15 minutes. I suggest planning to leave and checkout by 6:15 pm Meditation Area: The blankets in the mind sync area are very soft however they are reused so once you're done the staff will fold it and place it back onto the chair. They have headphones and they offer headphones covers for sanitary purposes, which is great. Food: They have a cafe and a food service window by the pool area. I did not have the chance to try the food on site. You can also probably bring your own bev/snacks. They have oranges and nuts on site from what I remember.

We easily spent most of the day here enjoying all of the amenities they have to offer. The day pass is not cheap - $165 per person but you do get to enjoy quite a bit of options. The star of the show for me was the grounding room where I was transported nearly out of body while laying on a vibrating chair with a warm electric blanket and headphones. The mineral bath was nice but a little hot for my taste and the the salt cave didn't quite feel salty enough for my taste but overall an incredible experience. The staff works very hard to accommodate every request and the aromatherapy towels helped me endure the sauna and steam rooms.
