Last time , Juan the owner did my hair . The guy is a total snob , overcharges and horrific customer service. After my experience with him . I will never come to this place again . They also Google clients . Because they mentioned something about me in conversation. That you would only know if you googled me , because of the blogs I write online . ( Not a big deal just tacky and off putting ). I did find the prices high for being a salon in the middle of nowhere . However I only come here for an emergency. So it don't bother me to much. However it's grossly overpriced. Sterilization issues : My towel was damp and he said it was from being cold. I don't find this feasible. I also didn't appreciate him using a comb he took Out from a dingy draw. Also , when a place has a small percentage of reviews for the time in business . Buyer beware , because they sometimes tell friends and family to write reviews . So the place appears better than it truly is .

I have visited this salon twice during these Covid times and found the salon to be following all protocols and very clean and very safe. Since, it is such a huge space, it feels quite safe in this pandemic and Juan is very careful of all protocols. Highly recommend this place for high-end quality haircuts!

I had the last appointment of the day and the last rushed me into a color and hair cut appointment. The silver lining was, I was charged $230 for all this crap.
