Cute space, great service, and the best espresso I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this place.

I was looking for a great espresso and found it! I had done some research online to fine this place as I was traveling into Nyack, I happen to come on Tuesday when they were closed. I was so disappointed and started looking for another coffee spot in Nyack and I saw a woman with a large coffee to go and asked her where she got it and explained that I had come for Salonniere Coffee Bar but it's closed. Lo and behold is was the owner of Salonniere and she took pity on me and opened up the shop just for me and made me a delicious Cappuccino! Thank you so much! Cute little cafe nestled in Nyack NY. Was looking for good coffee joint on my way upstate and found here. They have few seating inside as well as outside. Several great pastry options and coffee. Tried their latte, they have "Oatly" if that matters, and tried the cream croissant and cheese + pepper pastry (forgot the name). Cream was slightly citrusy, and croissant was spongy and soft rather than flaky kind. Ambiance is quaint cute local cafe feel. read more

Continuing to sample espresso far and wide, I celebrated the beginning of the weekend with a Friday afternoon double shot. The shop is clean, modern, and features some nice sidewalk seating. The staff were pleasant and service was quick and professional. The espresso was robust and smooth, very enjoyable! Definitely worthy of being in the rotation! read more

I went with my family and we had a great time. The coffees, Italian desserts, and panini were all excellent. It minded me of the great experiences we had in Italy. We also were able to pick up some normally hard to find Italian products like double milled semolina flour! The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, and the owner, Marcella, was just wonderful. So, if you're hungry and can't get to Italy, visit Salonniere Coffee Bar in South Nyack. 3.5/5 Maple Bourbon Latte: good, not too sweet, but the latte art was horrendous (hence no photo). The drink was also not filled to the top. Hubs liked his Americano. Not sour or acidic thankfully. Too bitter for me, but also not a full cup of coffee. Would come back to try their shaved ice dessert! read more

Cute! With seating in the back room, it's a little dark and cozy. They open at 8:30am on Sundays and the very nice person working the counter was kind and served me at 8am. I'm told some pastries are from NYC and come cookies are from Italy. read more

My wife and I stop in for a coffee regularly. Marcella is the Walter White of coffee chemistry. We also love the products in the adjacent food shop. The pasta is like nothing we've ever had before and the white balsamic vinegar is spectacular. I now purchase these and other staples of my kitchen only from Marcella. read more

An incredible spot my great friend Omar took me too during my first trip to Nyak. This beautiful french-centric space has been very well curated by the owner. Excellent Croissant and even an Aperol Spritz option is available. The back tea room area has amazing oil paintings from 200 to 400 years old on the walls. I could sit and look at their brush stroke techniques for hours. I will be back and happy to enjoy all that Salonnière has to offer. Merci! read more

Got to try this coffeeshop recently. The barista was very nice and informative when I had a lot of questions re: the drinks. I got the Shakerato and omg! It was amazing! I requested a small dash of cream to top it and let me tell you, I love espresso based drinks. And that was it!!! read more

I am sorry to say I am a spill over from a packed Art Cafe... but I am not sorry to find this place. This coffee bar was the exact thing I was looking for the 3 hours I had with my rented bike. I needed something quick to eat, something cool to drink and something to "pick me up" from biking. What I got were great pastries and a refreshing iced cappuccino. I really was satisfied with the tri-color cookies. They are my favorite kind of pastry and I am happy I was able to end my Nyack adventure trying them out. If your also biking around the area keep this place in mind if you want coffee or treats while in Nyack! read more

Top quality coffees, lovely baked goods and mini sandwiches (and empanadas). The barista knows Italian, so that's always a good sign. Customers are often local and there's a friendly, community vibe. Outdoor seating on the sidewalk because of covid precautions. Amaretto latte is delicious and not too sweet. read more

Best espresso coffee bar in the area! They made a proper cortado. I moved to the area two months ago and tried many coffee shops and finally found the ONE... A word of advice, if you are a popular chain crowd it may not be for you because they use proper portions of espresso/milk ratios the size may throw you off but in return you will get a great coffee experience. read more

**Be warned: NO WiFi HERE.** Don't be fooled by the chairs in the back room: they would really prefer that you take your coffee and go away. The staff suggested that I take my coffee to the library if I wanted WiFi (and were surprised when I noted that food and drink aren't allowed in a library..."you can just sneak it in" they suggested). I had high hopes for this relatively new business in my neighborhood, but I probably won't be back. read more

It's 2024, get some damn wifi!! Or at least put a sign at the front saying sorry no wifi. I came purely to get out of my house and do wfh, so having to grab my order and leave was a disappointment. They didn't offer to warm my food and it was served room temp. My mocha was horrible, the chocolate wouldn't mix so it was chunky. The barista guy was very nice (he deserves 5 stars) and offered to remake it, it still didn't taste as sweet and good as other cafes mochas. Personally I'm never going back! read more

Love this place! Friendly owner and staff. Excellent coffee. And their pastries look like something out of an Instagram photo shoot. It's a very European style coffee shop - think cafes of Italy or France. Definitely don't be afraid to get adventurous on their coffee menu and try something new! I had a maple bourbon coffee drink and it was like heaven. Hope to make this my new weekend haunt. read more

This small charming cafe has all sorts of coffees, teas, and some exotic fruit/soft drinks, as well as pastries, scones, muffins and other delectables. The back room is a lovely cozy place but most people (since COVID) get their items to go and can sit at the tables on the sidewalk. The best best best item here, in my opinion, is the coffee granita -an icy crunchy absolutely delicious sweet expresso frozen into a sorbet and which comes with whipped cream on top. Heaven! I've stopped in here at least ten times since I moved to Nyack in December. I dream about the maple bourbon latte, it's so good. I highly recommend trying a pastry too, they're from Balthazar and they are delicious. read more
