Cute little spot in Sparkill. Came on a recommendation of a friend. Blueberry scone is tasty and the iced coffee is good, not too bitter. The counter worker was on the phone when I got in so I had to wait for him to wrap up the call to order. I would come back but not go out of my way since nothing pastry wise excited me. read more

Delicious and lovely place! Came here at 8 am and the owner is so wonderful! He went above and beyond by double checking everything. The scones and almond croissants and delicious. He even asked me how strong I like my tea which I really appreciate because most places just do the same thing for everybody so I appreciated that he took extra care. I didn't get the chance to have his Turkish coffee, but it is one of my favorites and he did let me know. He has so many flavors of Turkish delights, including saffron, which is a personal favorite. Stopped by today and had a lovely experience. The owner was very nice, there was no wait, and the cafe itself was decorated nicely. Great ambiance. I got an iced caramel latte and an iced hazelnut cinnamon latte (from fall menu). Both were delicious and the quality of coffee was outstanding. Will be returning and highly recommend to try Noble Cafe. There is a market across the street owned by the same couple that sells Turkish and Mediterranean items. read more

This is not a tea bag in boiling water kinda place. This is a place where you can find and enjoy the finer delicacies of a tea service in a ready to go location. The tea was brewed by a man who knows his stuff. Efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend listening to his recommendations. I had the meat pie which was a meal for me. And I had the signature Noble tea and it was light flavorful and delicious. It's the kind of taste good that you burn your younger but keep drinking. The atmosphere was coffee shop all the way, nice light music plenty of chairs. It's a sit over this year and have a long conversation place. Maybe stick with coffee and muffins here. I had a turkey sandwich and it came with 3 or 4 unappetizing thick , rubbery slices of deli turkey, a little lettuce and some homemade dressing. Why charge $1 extra because it's a wrap? No drink and it was close to $20. For that price at least use fresh turkey, not gross, thick, deli slices. Needs a little refinement. Setting was nice and service a little slow. Won't be back anytime soon. read more

This afternoon my daughter introduced me to the Noble Cafe. We were spending the afternoon with her grandfather and we decided to walk down to the cafe. Supporting the local cafe already feels good but it's even better when everything is delicious. They have a nice range of drink choices. I was focused on their loose leaf teas. This to me is the sign of a cafe that takes pride in what they are offering. Anyone can toss a mass produced teabag into hot water but good cafes use loose leaf tea. I enjoyed the Persian tea and then the shop owner had me try a complimentary chai. Both were excellent, very well made. The baked goods were also delicious. We had a cinnamon crumb muffin, chocolate chocolate chip cookie, and a coconut brownie. I found all of them to be excellent, the coconut brownie was a favorite. My father in law enjoyed his coffee as well. The ambience is great as well, trendy and clean. Most importantly the owners are very pleasant and proud of what they are doing. Noble Cafe is an excellent addition to our neighborhood! read more

$35 for a plain doughnut, cookie (they have a nice one on display in the case, but brought out a weirdly damaged one from the back), glass of plain milk (3.50), bagel & lox (14.00), and one chai. We drove 30 mins to try this cafe, and while everyone was friendly - I'm very disappointed by the prices and food quality. Pros - it has a lovely location and friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. Pastry case looks nice. Cons - Food was very expensive, and not very good. I'm not sure why you would serve a damaged cookie with a big thumbprint and scratches to a customer. My suggestion is to go for coffee & conversation, enjoy the lovely scenic location, and maybe enjoy a pastry. Skip the food, and go eat elsewhere for a main meal. read more

Was biking to Piermont and ran into a friend outside Noble who recommended it for my mid-ride coffee/snack break. I stopped by on my way back from Piermont and enjoyed a great iced coffee and delicious cider donut. I also had lovely conversation with the staff about the other cyclists who had been by and how he likes to connect to cycling groups who are coming from/going to similar areas. This coffee and tea shop is a mile from Piermont and another popular place with bikers in the area. Many of the coffee shops in the area appear to attract bikers as it is part of their route. The shop has Persian roots and some cultural elements can be found if one looks closely. Good service and nice vibe. There is seating outside. I tried the lavender, saffron vanilla latte and a regular coffee latte. The vanilla, lavender, saffron latte was made in a cool copper container and was very sweet. Spoiler alert - when I got it, I was expecting a coffee... but it actually a specialty tea. It is very good and I am sure will be appreciated by tea lovers. It is fairly pricey - about $8 per cup. As for the regular latte - it was good at first try but not the best one I ever had. The milk temperature could be better combined with the coffee. Overall, the service was good and so was the tea. It was definitely on the pricey side. The coffee wasn't great - I ended up having very little of it and throwing out the rest. It is a nice pit spot for bikers. I could see why they enjoy it... as for covid rules - masks are required for those who are not vaccinated. Vaccinated customers can be there without a mask. read more

What a charming business and fantastic owner of this new locale. It's unfortunate the folks at another coffee shop in Piermont didn't understand the magnetism and dedication of this young man when he was employed there for over a decade. Their shortsightedness has given him a golden opportunity to succeed in his own terms. We are certain he will find success with his new venture. I am so sorry I didn't write down his name but since we'll certainly be back I will make sure to write it down next time. The drip coffee was very smooth and flavorful, a testament to his knowledge of coffee beans and the tastes of his customers. We absolutely love the freshness and flavor of our cranberry muffin and almond croissant. I'm not sure if they make them there, but they were definitely worth the calories. What will make this place a true success is the welcoming owner/staff, and their dedication to the customer experience. That takes nothing away from the charming decor of this corner cafe. I got a real sense of a European vibe on our short visit. We look forward to our next visit! read more

My wife and I were driving by and thought that we would stop by and get blueberry muffins. What a mistake. We had just gone to Starbucks so we had 2 Starbucks cups with us. WE PURCHASED THE MUFFINS and sat outside. Some weird employee with black hair came outside and confronted us about having Starbucks cups and said "Oh No, we don't allow this here in a loud voice trying to embarrass us in front of a few other customers sitting right next to us listening... about having a Starbucks cup..lol, "We cant have this here, "WE JUST WONT ALLOW IT" then handed us 2 plain cups and said "your gonna have to put that in here". We complied, and he just grabbed our Starbucks cups with the sleeves and walked away with an attitude that implied "DONT EVER COME BACK HERE.. The other customers kept looking over to see our reaction to this dope.. RULE #1 YOU DONT TRY TO EMBARRASS PAYING CUSTOMERS UNLESS YOUR INTENTION IS TO LOSE THEM... RULE #2 DONT BE A Jerk O## , Just quietly ask nicely ( if its really the end of the world for you) that we had a Starbucks cup and can we please put it in another cup..DONT JUST CONFRONT ME OUTSIDE like we committed some kind of crime in the store.. Just pretty bad management that no one is supervising this idiot..unless he was the manager.( I really hope not for their sake) In any case we get the message, we won't be back..You lost 2 customers and anyone else that asks us about this place.. The tables hadn't been cleaned off and the two young girls working behind the counter were confused about a lot of things, I think they were new or in training. The meat roll was tossed in the microwave and the croissant with nutella was served cold, with no napkins or cutlery. I would have gotten it myself but couldn't find it. Doing another review for my favorite cafe! They are so incredibly nice I went here again today with my mom and sister and we got coffee, tea and, three baked goods. I got tea it was amazing and I usually don't like tea! My mom loves coffee and she said it was one of the best one she's ever had! The baked goods were delicious and my favorite was the chocolate croissant. And I love how they have indoor and outdoor seating this time we chose outdoor seating and it was just as good as indoor seating! This is one of my favorite spots in town!!! read more

I really wanted to like this cafe. It is in a great location and has very kind staff. I just had so many issues with the experience that made me question why this cafe has such great ratings especially on google reviews! I'm convinced that it is because when you submit a google review it is not anonymous. That is why I am posting this on yelp. It all started when, I ordered a "noble specialty latte" which was not great (highly do not recommend). My friend who paid for me ordered a mango and banana smoothie and chicken wrap. Want to guess how much those 3 things cost her? $32, I bet you didn't guess that because my jaw dropped when I heard the price and once we got all of the items I instantly regretted coming here. So let me tell you why. -I'm going to disregard the latte because that's on me for ordering such a unique blend of flavors. -The mango and banana smoothie tasted like mango puree with crushed ice and I did not taste a banana. If you enjoy the taste of mango puree and ice you should totally try this, otherwise you might find this off putting. -I went to this cafe to get work done so I was there for a few hours. I saw that staff never wiped down the tables after people left. -I spilt some of my latte, so I went to go look for napkins. There weren't any in the napkin dispenser so I asked the very sweet young lady and she gave me one napkin.. just ONE napkin. -I also tried charging my laptop, but the outlet I was trying to use did not work. -The music was not cafe music. It was intense and made me anxious. Honestly, I really liked the people there and I wish I didn't have to tell you all about this. Best chai iced tea I've ever had and it's non caffeinated which is great for an afternoon boost without the jitters! I would have to agree with other reviews that prices are expensive but will justify it as a treat once in a while. Very friendly staff! Can't wait to go back! A great addition to the area! read more
