Not only until I actually went up to her and forced her answer someone told her something did she actually take time to address us and give us a complete answer instead of mumbling under her breath ignoring people and walking away. If she doesn't like dealing with people she shouldn't be doing this job. Hope management addresses customer service needs with her.
