This one was the only place that insisted I bring it in to 'see the size and weight.' I drove over with the comforter in a plastic bag. While I waited at the door with the bag in my hand, the guy glanced at it and quoted $85 on the spot. It felt like a waste of my time, especially since the other quotes were significantly lower and given remotely. I ended up going elsewhere for less than half the cost. It would be helpful if he could've asked the right questions and quoted over the phone.

I'm not cheap, I just hate people that talk down to you like you don't matter while they try to rip you off. Especially when new ones are $35-45 a pair. I guess not everyone in Norco is nice and definitely do not give any kind of breaks to a Senior Citizen. I hope their cleaning services is at least satisfactory. I found someone else that does this work on the side and they are doing all for $100 cash. I'm glad there's still decent people out there. I wish there was a zero star option on here.

I took the suit to another tailor, and she was shocked at the quality. She said it looked like a dry cleaner's work, not a professional tailor's. You offered to redo it--but after seeing your work, I was not comfortable letting you touch it again. I asked for a refund, and you refused. I also requested my other suit back, which shows I had already lost confidence in your services. At the end of the day, I paid for professional tailoring and did not receive it. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. Next time, if you're not capable of doing the job correctly, just say so. Don't take on work you know you can't properly complete.

Their machines did the job well and it was quite affordable. The employees are very nice, kind, and helpful. I came on a weekday afternoon and didn't need to really wait, thankfully one opened up for use. I did notice all the machines were in use, so it's possible you may have to wait if you need the bigger washer. Plenty of smaller ones though. I generally don't feel all that comfortable going to unfamiliar/new places but the folks there eased my nerves. I'd go back. Thank you very much for the assistance. One thing to note is that in the meantime, you might want to bring coins in case the card readers aren't working, but I heard their payment system will be updated soon.
